A Hidden Gem 💎 in West Virginia!The place is BEAUTIFUL. Feels like an oasis of peace full of plants and good vibes. It includes a chapel with stained glass windows, a big (separate) dining area, and a foyer with plenty of seating by the water fountain/pond where pizza is cooked. The vineyard has plenty of parking.We bought 3 different wines. - still haven't tried it.But the most wonderful thing they have is the family! This is a family business and they are the soul of this place; warm, friendly, kind and open. It has been such a wonderful experience, we have vowed to come back!Of course I recommend this place!!

Great wine and hospitality. A must stop in Weston. Weekend and weekly events with pizza and wine.Good area for kids to play.The wedding chapel is beautiful. Mr Lambert and his family are very attentive and helpful.

A very romantic place to escape in the countryside. A very clean and well arranged venue. The tasting room is very attractive and lots on display with wine and locally made pottery. The grounds are great to chill and talk especially around the fire place. The chapel is a work of art that needs to be shared. The place is perfect for a wedding or special event. A beautiful banquet hall for large groups. Try the Blackberry Merlot, it’s a great chilling wine.

Very friendly owners and staff. Gorgeous quarried stone architecture, craftsman doors and gardens with lots of outdoor seating. If you like sweet wine, you are in for a treat. There are also dry options, so something for everyone. Wine tastings are 5 dollars for 5 wines as of July 2022. Food is not served, but there is an option for a cheese plate. The lovely atmosphere is worth a five star plus rating!. There is also handmade beautiful pottery by the owner and uniquely designed handmade cutting boards from a local craftsman of the quality at art festivals.

I had the pleasure of having my wedding here and it was the best decision ever. The winery itself is stunning, but I love how they took care of everything for me. Christina is the coordinator and an absolute rockstar. She handles everything and has so much experience to help with any question/ problem with wedding planning that may arise. There is no way we could've survived the wedding day without her. The food for the rehearsal and reception were exceptional and all of the guests raved about it! They decorate and setup everything for you, you just drop off whatever decor you want. I was able to use a lot of what they already had for the cake table and centerpieces. The best part, they clean everything up after the wedding. I could not recommend this venue enough!!! And, they're wine is so good. I am always fully stocked with their wine at all times, it's my favorite! I highly recommend whether you're looking for a wedding venue, date night, or causal wine tasting!

What a perfect venue for our wedding! The property is beautiful, the staff is extremely friendly and attentive, we could not ask for more. Christina, the coordinator, knows exactly how to make a wedding work and makes everything extremely simple! Would highly recommend for any event, especially a wedding! I wish I could give it more than 5 stars!

What a gem of a place!! From the staff to the grounds everything was absolutely outstanding!! I stumbled upon this peaceful beauty via Airbnb while looking for a place to stay near the Upshur County Strawberry Festival. I took a chance and booked it for a surprise birthday getaway for my boyfriend and am so glad I did!! We were both very pleasantly surprised upon our arrival!! They offer two different rental cabins and a treehouse!! We stayed in Cabin 1 which has a covered porch on the back. The cabin was impeccably clean, extremely roomy and ultra comfortable. We were even able to bring our dog!! Cooper Bradley loved it just as much as we did and he even made a friend in the neighborhood dog, Romeo (such a sweety!!) We stocked up on wine, planned an evening by the fireplace at the winery and couldn't possibly be enjoying ourselves anymore. Thank you for sharing this phenomenal place with us!

This place is incredibly beautiful!! The staff went far beyond for us . Loved the wine tasting. Britney was knowledgeable and sweet! JB was so nice showed me the cabins which were beautiful definitely booking soon ! Can’t wait to come back again!

Fun out-of-the-way spot to sample some good wines, relax and interact with some great people. A Groupon deal initially brought Lambert's to our attention, and we are certainly happy to have stopped! Several wines were quite good, so we opted to share a whole bottle on the bench swing by the fireplace. The owner and other staff members were all very enjoyable to be around, providing both hospitality and entertainment. The owner was even kind enough to take us on a quick tour of the new additions to the wedding venue that were under construction! We will definitely stop by again on our next pass through West Virginia!

The beautiful buildings and landscaping, excellent wine and friendly, welcoming owners and staff make Lambert's Vintage Winery a must visit. We were passing through the area and this Harvest Host popped up so we decided to give them a try. We are so glad we stopped and can't wait to visit again in the future. The Blackberry Merlot was our favorite.

I've been to some nice wineries but Lambert's is top of the list. Seriously. Let me start first by saying the owners are absolutely wonderful people. Very warm and inviting and just good genuine people who work hard at a family business. Super people to say the least.Now let me tell you about the winery itself. We stopped in to visit on our way back to Indiana and let me tell you it did not disappoint! The grounds are beautiful. Rolling hills with beautiful tree lines. Everything is neat, clean and looks great. Lots of little extra touches that make this place so unique. A warm inviting fire, rocking chairs and porch swings. A small waterfall in the courtyard area adds the perfect touch. Lots of other little things that make it quite unique. Far to many to list.There is a small store area that sells some fantastic items. Everything from hand carved wooden spoons to wonderfully hand made pottery items from one of the owners. The store is full of handmade items. There is something for everyone. We bought several hand made mugs and other items....and of course wine!Speaking of wine.... lets get down to the good stuff! And when I say good stuff I mean good stuff! The blackberry merlot is absolutely amazing. I've had several different blackberry wines but this is by far the best I have ever had bar none. Just enough blackberry with a blend of merlot that makes this a true Nectar of the Gods. They have a Pinot Grigio that will make your tongue slap your face it's so delicious. We also tasted the Chardonnay and it did not disappoint. We ended up buying several bottles as well as a few other nice things from the gift shop.Even if you aren't a big wine lover I guarantee you they will have something you will like. Do yourself a favor and treat yourself by visiting this place. Take time out of your busy life to slow down and enjoy a little slice of heaven on earth at this place.

We stayed the night here in our RV as part of Harvest Hosts, and the staff was more accommodating than we could have ever imagined.Fantastic semi-outdoor space for colder weather, great wine selection, and a really nice ambiance. I can't recommend it enough!

GORGEOUS winery!!!! Amazing craftsmanship on the architecture!! Definitely a must see. The sign at the base of the road sucks but continue past the primitive signs establishment and turn right...you will NOT regret it!!!

Visited this place after Manncave distillery and was a very cute spot. I'd love to come back in summer and see the outdoor area in use. Had a tasting and saw all of the pottery goods they have for sale. Very homey venue.

Great atmosphere, beautiful setting!! Wine tasting was great and they also have pizza nights. Highly recommend, it was a fun night with great food, drinks and live entertainment! We had an awesome time and can’t wait to return.

We went to visit during posted hours and no one was around and the doors were all padlocked, no signs. Except the sign posting the hours, right next to a padlock. That was disappointing! Another couple in the parking lot was also disappointed. We had called twice before coming to check about tours and no one picked up and there was no voicemail, the phone just rings. We went into town to find an alternate plan and another trio in a shop had the same story. There are plenty of fine reasons not to be open during posted hours, but at least post a sign, please, and set up a voicemail recording saying you're closed if you are.

The property is gorgeous! We took a little tour and did a tasting. I didn’t catch the woman’s name who waited on us but she is very knowledgeable and you can tell she loves working there. The venue area for weddings is absolutely beautiful and all built by the owners. We were very pleasantly surprised!

A spectacular getaway wineyard, even if you don't drink. It's relaxing, with beautiful view. Nice place to walk around, we stayed in the cabins on top, let me tell you, breathless. The weather is always perfect even when it's raining, the neighbor/owner dog "Romeo" is the most wonderful and cute dog you'll ever see road.ing around. Staff are very friendly. It's a romantic place and good for venue, wedding, party or even just to chill. Will definitely be back again.

We went with another couple while we were out on a Sunday drive. It was a bit out of the way, but well worth the drive. The facilities were beautiful. The owner took us on a private tour. He has an amazing personality. The chocolate wine was my favorite. Superb toilet paper, too!
