If you walk up to the front counter it's hard to get service. When a car pulls up to the drive thru, the girls finally rush out from the back where they've been eating little Ceasars food and then they finally notice you there but they serve the window first. There should be a bell on the counter or something. Also they never washed their hands after eating and before serving customers.

Ordered two large blizzards and they were not frozen. They were runny like the cream in the ice cream machine wasn't chilling right, they didn't even flip them like they supposed to do blizzards. Top it off didn't even stick them in blizzard cups but in the cups they do milkshakes and jewlius in . When the employee was questioned they simply said that is how a blizzard is... what a joke of a place. I don't like to write things like this but this isn't my first experience at this one to top it off they don't do burgers neither. I think the management needs to pull their head out of there rear to learn how to educate their employees which you are nothing but a bunch of high school students would rather stand around in the back smoking on Vapes that they acquired some way or another or more interested playing on their phones and shooting the bull with coworkers. Sometimes it's like forever for just one to come to the counter. You get better service from the little Caesars employees and same for the gas station cashiers

Average service. I went there earlier this morning and got a snickerdoodle blizzard. The ice cream itself was pretty good. However, the bald woman and lady with dark brown hair were very kind and funny! They put a smile on my face and excellent ice cream in my tummy! Lol. However, I went again with my wife later that evening and a short, dark haired girl yelled at me! She was very rude and upset my wife. The morning shift workers were excellent and kind, but the evening shift had no manners and were on their phones. Very unprofessional and unsophisticated.

Let me start by saying I love Dairy Queen, but this location is an exception. I've had enough bad experiences at this location ( again today) that I won't be going back to it. Do yourself a favor and don't stop at this location unless you like long waits only to be told they don't have what it is on the menu that you wanted anyway or they can't make change for the cash you're trying to spend. You would think having a great location in a gas station right off the interstate that this place would provide better service but it's been this way for a few years now.There's an ice cream place in Weston, go there instead and avoid the horrible service this place is known for.

me and my boyfriend went here a few weeks back and the service was kinda bad. we went through the drive through, and had to sit there for at least 10-15 minutes before we were even spoken to. there was no one behind us or in front of us. we were about to leave but then the woman working the drive through said she was assisting another customer. & it’s worthy to be noted that she was really nice when we spoke to her at the window. the ice cream is always good. and the few food options they do have are good. i would say that young lady was just having a busy day & was overwhelmed.

I was there to pick up a birthday cake for my daughter. Both the manager and employee working there ignored me when I called for them and had smirks on their face.. I didn’t realize that it was a couple minutes before 10 I didn’t have my phone on me but the polite thing to do is say we will be with you shortly we are open in a couple of minutes. I can see how they were annoyed with me but it does not excuse being rude like that a little bit of kindness goes a Long way ! I told the manager she could have at least acknowledged me and my kids standing there and calling for her the way she said I am sorry made me sick you can say I’m sorry but if you still have a rude facial expression it doesn’t mean anything but is actually more insulting. I won’t go there anymore and will spread the word. There isn’t much hope when even the management does not know how to treat their customers.

Me and my daughter stopped there yesterday and everything was good. I ordered our usual, and the girl came to the window and gave me our stuff but then I told her it was wrong in a very nice polite way. She says I cannot take it through the window so I got out and took it back in and she still would not take it back and I asked if I could please have what I ordered and she got such an attitude and cussed at me. I will never ever stop at that store again.

Ive been here many times and the young men working are very polite,courteous and always seem glad to help...that being said there are a cpl young ladies working there thar everytime I go to order they act as if you are bothering them and they dont even want to help you and barely speak which why work with that attitude..This seems to be their daily sadly..ask them for something extra and that really does it..

Dirty tables. At the time qe qent in there was a girl behind the counter ringing up her purchase. At the same time she was chewing out snother employee. The clothing she was wearing waa not suitable for wear at DQ even if she were an employee. Would never go there again.

I usually love Dairy Queen Strawberry milkshakes. But this particular DQ used bad ingredients, the young man didn't seem to know what he was doing, used flurry cups rather than milkshake cups. He appeared as though he may have been stoned! And the place was dirty! DQ should not have their name associated with this place!

the food was good, but i saw two employees not wash their hands after using the bathroom and it made me regret eating it☹️🤮 one was chubby with highlights, and the other looked middle aged with shorter hair, so if they’re working i recommend to skip! hello health code violation!!!🤮🤮

I have never seen a Dairy Queen with such a tiny menu. Yes they had soft serve, Blizzards, Dilly Bars, and some other treats. Other food was scarce. Chili cheese dogs, rotisserie chicken bites, a chicken sandwich that they were sold out of, and one other item (pretty sure it was chicken too), plus soft pretzel sticks. That's it. Combos came with chips and a drink. No fries, no burgers, nothing else. I don't now why they don't call it Dairy Queen Express or something. Very disappointed

It's a small store with not much to work with. A lot of equipment is broken down but they still do the best they can in getting their job done. Please, just be nice to the workers. Your inconvenience is not their fault. Great chili sauce too.

They never have enough people working! You sit in line at the drive thru forever no one ever comes! You finally leave & go inside & there are 10 people waiting inside! It is ridiculous! Terrible management! Something needs to be done!

Waited in Drive thru for 30 minutes. Called inside to ask if the drive thru was open, and was informed that the employee was by herself and had a line inside that had to come first. There were four cars waiting. Three of us decided to leave. I feel sorry for the employee that was alone, and I blame very poor management. I was actually giving them another chance, since last time I was there, their ice cream machine was broken. Terrible place.

I found that the shop was extremely unsanitary and the practice used to make the blizzard I ordered was discussing. I Would not recommend after walking in to order and seeing the ways the orders were made.

i would 100% put 0 stars if i could. it says online that they close at 9 and i went at 8:00 sharp and the lying employee told me that they were closed already. just because her day is ruined doesn’t mean she should inflict upon others even her own coworkers.

Waited in the drive-thru for a little over 10 minutes with my wife and kid with no response. When we pulled around the person wasn't at their post, so we decided to walk in and as we were walking towards the desk this person raced to the lights to shut them off on us approximately 5 minutes till 10:00. I was sure to check the website before we made the drive and it says they do not close until 10:30. I informed the staff of this and she rudley said I was wrong. I didn't want to make a scene so I calmly left with my wife and kid.. that was pretty unprofessional, irresponsible, and disrespectful. Will be notifying management of this06/24/2017

This locations ivecream machine never works. We have came here a few times the past 2 months and everytime it is down. The employees are rude. And don't want to talk to there customers. The cashier rather bite her finger nails in front of customers let them decide what they want and then tell them there machine is down. Never again will i come back.

Manager never at store when they should be. Employees lack training then get blamed for rveeveryth. Never a manager or shift leader closing the store down and it should be safety violation.

I've been trying for 6 weeks to get ahold of this so called manger. No luck. At one point was told she had covid. If I pay 5 bucks a blizzard I don't want half a cup of plain ice cream. Get a new manager that can do her job.

I was very disappointed. When I picked up my order, NOT one worker was wearing a mask and only one person was wearing gloves. They may have been 6 feet away from me but not my food. They should be taking more precautions during this time.

I ordered a LARGE Blizzard and they handed me a MEDIUM. My mom ordered a Mudslide and they gave her God knows what, but it wasn't a Mudslide!! It took forever to get our order - ICE CREAM. Not too impressed with this location, but I suppose it could've been worse.

I ordered 2 ice cream cakes to be decorated! They did an AMAZING job!!! One was a Tardis from Dr. Who and the other was an ICP Hatchet man! My kids LOVED them!!! Thank you soooooooooooooo much!!!!!

Blizzard was sloppy. Did not turn upside down like they were supposed to. Had no long spoons so was given a tiny spoon that couldn't reach the bottom of the cup. Disappointing experience.
