They're products are good, an stock was working overtime. The mandatory self check out at night is horrible. I wish they would hire more people, at least 2 that don't also have to stock to help people checkout.

The staff are very helful and friendly. They always have a great selection and now they are getting more organic and vegan options. They even recently got a self checkout area so you never have to wait in line to checkout. It's really convenient that they also have a gas station

8pm Sunday. Not one fresh strawberry in the store. A price in front of potatoes said $2.69, however the tags weren't marked so the way they were scattered on top of each other it was hard to tell which bags were that price. I asked the young man at the checkout, he said these are $4.99 or $4.49, not sure. Another employee at the end of the checkout asked if o had my Kroger card. I said yes, thought maybe she was going to cut me a break. The store was not packed, no one was waiting behind me and neither clerk offered to get me the cheaper advertised ones. However a week ago I was there looking for Gold Peak sweet tea and I must have had the puzzled look like when you can't find something. So a lady looked my way and I asked her where the tea was located. She was so very pleasant and helpful, told me I was way off base and nicely zipped down two aisles to take me too it. She was very helpful, super nice, so I asked her her nsme..Cleo...hats off, kudos to Cleo, that's good custtomer service, you should show everyone how it should be done. 🙂😉

Kroger's Pharmacy and groceries. A great place to shop.Only problem I have, and it is in a lot of stores now, is the self check-out. I won't use them because I prefer to deal with a REAL person. I don't like the idea that I am helping to cut humans from a much needed job so companies can make more profit. And something seems to screw up and you have to on someone to correct whatever the problem is so your not saving time.And as I said, I prefer to deal with a Real person and the pleasantries of human interaction!Thank you for the opportunity to express my thoughts.

Decent store and decent prices, but, my biggest concern is putting false sell by dates on the meats. Bought a small Chuck roast on sale that went bad long before the sell by date. Went to take the meat out of the fridge within a day an a half, it smelled rotten and was browning pretty bad. Please don't do this to folks, thanks!

I absolutely Love this Kroger. I go in early with my kids to beat the crowd and almost all the employees who work at that time know my kids names by heart, they always make a point to give them stickers and make them smile! Cathy, violet and Emily are our favorites :) when I'm getting a load of groceries sometimes I'll have 2 buggies full by the time I leave and an employee always helps me walk them out to my car, would be very hard with a 1 yr old and 3 yr old to push 2 buggies. THEY ARE VERY SPECIAL EMPLOYEES THANK YOU SO MUCH WELLSBURG KROGER!!

Terrible experience every time. Over charged on multiple items every visit and the only way to get your money back is to return to the store. The employees and management are rude and unhelpful. They act like you are bothering them if you ask a question. They take full advantage of being the only full size grocery store in town. The worst Kroger with in 50 miles

While my experience in-store has been okay, my experience online has been very very poor. Krogers does accept EBT in store and for pick up customers are unable to shop online using EBT and have groceries delivered. This needs to change. I am a senior citizen and I have no transportation so delivery is my only option. Unfortunately there aren't any stores in my area that will accept EBT and deliver. Instacart does work with Kroger's, but does not accept EBT for this location. So basically this really isn't any help to this customer.

It seems like the freezer section and coolers are not well stocked but the friendliness of the Kroger employees makes it worthwhile. Stock better.

may be one of the worst Kroger stores in the area. the only thing it has going for it is convenience. 2 brands of deli meat, 1 brand of deli cheese produce selection is terrible, meat selection is terrible. this place needs a major overhaul to be more like the steubenville and weirton stores.

My hometown store. And i am glad you all are here in wellsburg wv. Don't have much to complain about , store not long ago was remodeled and reorganized, sometimes it's hard finding things bit the employees are always there and happy to help you find what your looking for. In time I will know where everything is again and i can say i met some very nice respectful employees here. The only thing i wish there was in Kroger phamacy is a drive thru , phanacy employees are the best and always there to give you advice with a smiling face.

Local supermarket pretty much the only one that's within a short distance. I really do like krogers tho they always have deals on stuff like example if you buy 10 powerade's you get them for a dollar a piece like 10 for 10 dollars that's just an example they have alot of stuff like that. I also enjoy the money off each gallon of gas depending on how many points you have. If u spend enough money throughout the month you have the opportunity to get a dollar off a gallon. Might not sound like alot but if u use it when your tanks empty then you will end up getting a few gallons of gas for free cant beat that.

Good prices, especially if you have the rewards card. Not a big store but everything you need for a basic grocery store and some features like Starbucks coffee and Krispy Kreme donuts.

Didn't have propane available. As usual, the registers were slow and the self check-out was all backed up because half the registers needed assistance to complete the checkouts, but no staff available.

My visit to the Krogers store in Wellsburg West Virginia was a BIG Disappointment. Krogers had Two specific items on sale this week that I wanted. Heritage Chicken Brest for. 88 cents a pound. The wasn't a single one in the store.They also had Nestlé Splash Water 6 to a pack on sale 10 for 10 dollars. I drink the Wild Berry flavor. There wasn't a single 6 pack of it in the store. Leave it to the Krogers in Wellsburg to advertise something, then NOT have any. What a waste of time!!!!Paul Robinson

My first visit to this Kroger and it does not compare to the others in the area. Found many expired items on the shelves, and many of the yellow 'sale' tags were not up to date.....I spotted some items where the sale had ended almost a month ago but the sale price was still tagged.....The staff did not seem to be very friendly.

Not good,they changed my Visa account 125.00 for 14.60 dollars of gas,it was corrected in about 15min. But that is an excessive charge.

Don't live around here,but when I'm in visiting family,I always make a trip( or two) to Kroger's. They all are always friendly and very helpful.
