Sat in line for the drive thru for 15 mins and never got any service. This is the 2nd and last time I waste my time on such a poorly operated establishment. The times I've gotten service the food was cold. I watched exactly 7 cars behind me pull off and the car in front waited 10 mins to get service. This used to be the best DQ. It is now clearly the worst. Wellsburg can only hope for new ownership to take over or a new business altogether to come in.

I definitely recommend this DQ. We attend this DQ every Sunday as a treat. We also do it to spend time with each other as a family. Unfortunately, last night didn’t go so well. We were beat from the week we had and wanted something quick. I placed an online order for myself and our youngest daughter who stayed at the house with me. My oldest daughter and my husband decided to dine in and take our food to go. Long story short, we were missing many items that we paid extra for. Well things happen and we’re not perfect so I decided to give the store a call and explain the missing items to them vs calling corporate. I requested to speak to a manager and received Charles who was very friendly and apologized for the situation and took it upon himself to make it right. DQ is very fortunate to have Charles on their team; he’s a great asset to them!

Had my son a birthday party at this location and the service was excellent! The restaurant was clean, the staff was friendly and we felt welcomed. The food was quick, hot and correct! I would recommend this location for future parties for your little ones! Thank you for the great day

My brother got my Mom and myself hotdogs and onion rings, I took a bite out and noticed a silver dollar sized spot of green mold on the bun just behind where I bit. We checked the other ones and three in total had mold on the buns. Disgusting and should have never happened. Either serve good quality food that you over charge for or close the doors before someone gets sick.

If I could give you no stars I would. This is the third time I've went there and no chocolate ice cream. What kind of place is this!! Was told we can put syrup in it. Lol. REALLY!!! The service is horrible and the ice cream is like runny mush! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!! WHOEVER OWNS THIS PLACE OBVIOUSLY DOESNT CARE. JUST CLOSE IT UP IF DONT CARE ABOUT YOUR BUSINESS!!! DISGUSTING!!!!

If I could give a negative I would. Wanted Ice Cream but the mixer was broke, so we ordered slushy's when we got to the window we got drinks that were 100% liquid and no ice! They said that the slushy maker had issues. Soooo, we waited 25 minutes in the drive thru to buy slushy's that were not slushed that we had to throw away when we got home because they were all sugar.

I visited this location last night February 27th at 9 pm. I am extremely disappointed in the treatment and customer service I received. The staff was rude and didn't seem like they wanted to be bothered.I ordered a combo meal, a milk shake, and a banana split with hot fudge as the topping. We waited for about 5-7 minutes for our order to be taken and when it got taken, the cashier was practically rushing the order. I tried to be as polite and understanding as I could because I know fast food is a hard job to do. I worked at this exact store in 2018 up until the end of 2019.Once I pulled around to the window, I paid. We waited for our food and there was a boy who handed it to me. His exact words were "your blizzard or whatever will be out next." Which, fine, I never remembered all the orders either but he showed no care in what he was doing.Secondly, the older woman (whom I am assuming was the shift manager) was extremely rude and short with me as well. She brought over the milk shake to the drive through and said nothing. I asked if my banana split was in the bag with the burger, to which she threw her hand up and said "I'm getting it." I do not appreciate being treated like a dog. I explained to her that I did not know what was happening as no one said anything and just wanted to check. To this, she said nothing and shut the window.Once I got my banana split, it literally just had hot fudge on it. No banana at all. I pretty much paid 5 dollars for a sundae. Mistakes happen, no big deal. But before I even got to the window, she confirmed with me that I still wanted whipped cream/bananas. At this point, I wasnt going to address it because I didn't feel like receiving even more attitude than I had already gotten simply for asking a question and paying for what I had ordered.I hope the staff understand that their customers support their business. I work in retail as a manager and I would never treat a customer this way unless they deserved it; I certainly did not. Every time I come to this exact dairy queen, I get attitude, my food takes forever, and 90 percent of the time it's not what I asked for.I get that customer service is hard, but not all customers are rude. Most of the time if you go into it with a positive attitude, you'll get a better response from your buyers. I do not appreciate being treated this way. I strongly believe that this store needs an attitude adjust and better communication skills.

Tonight was pleasant surprise in that we didn’t have endure the usual 15 minute wait for our order. The young lady working the window was pleasant and courteous. The ice cream was a bit on the soft side but was good non the less. I will return but only because they are the only ice cream parlor in town.

Always a disaster at this location from rude staff to missing items on even the smallest orders. Today after waiting at the speaker. I was asked to wait again. 5 minutes later I was able to order. Now 4 others are in line and one leaves. I then give my order that is only a chocolate blizzard. I am then told they are out of chocolate ice cream. How the hell our you out of any ice cream flavor being that has to be your number one seller?

This dairy queen takes forever to prepare orders. I've been stuck waiting 10+ minutes before when the restaurant and drive through are dead. I have a feeling it's because they can't keep experienced employees but that says more about the management then it does the individual employees.

I'ma atleast give 1 star for the fact of the regular staff. They try their best,but I see what the real issue's is.Everyday on lunch for over 14months same issue.High Up management team clearly can't make a milkshake right let alone probably do their real job. Ownership want to have less staff at rush hours to make more money for them ,and expect the employees you do have to work with junk equipment.Couldn't tell you how many times I go there and Dairy Queen cant! produce ice cream with 2! Broken machines.Not bashing the actual employees and or the manager you all just lost, they have treated customers with respect.The Owner needs to hire with better opportunities, wages,etc for their staff ,and buy new equipment.If you cant.. shut the doors down completely.

34-37 minutes in the drive-thru TWICE is waaay too long!! I can get my order at Arby's, McDonald's or Dairy Queen's drive-thru in Weirton in a THIRD of the time. This Wellsburg location was operated like a tight ship when Val owned it. When she sold it, it went way downhill. ☹️... I read through the reviews and the complaints about cold food, long waits, flies in the dining room (that issue has been going on for YEARS!) and filthy restrooms; all I've seen from DQ is "We're sorry this, we're sorry that", yet nothing has been done to resolve any of the issues. If this DQ had been in a large city, the city health dept. would have shut them down until they cleaned up. It happened to the Burger King in Weirton, why hasn't this DQ been ordered to shut down and clean up -- what's going on?!?

Dairy Queen has always been my favorite fast food restaurant in Wellsburg. I won't be going back. I've had a terrible experience too many times. I haven't been there for close to a year, very sad. I have gone back recently and it is much improved.

Filthy store, restroom facilities are not clean, no working sinks. The employees were not wearing their masks, wiping their noses and touching customer's food. Employees left customers standing so long refunds were asked for. I used to love this place, so so sad. If the owners don't do something soon, it won't stay open long.

The first time I waited in line for 45 mins with others. Then only to be told they closed at 8, it didn't matter we were there way before 8 waiting in a slow moving line. The next time I made it at 7:30, Only to get a 2 large blizzards half filled, two order of fries put in one large box. They left the widow open and I heard the employees saying next time they will close the line down at 7:30 because they want to be done by 8. I thought this store was opened until 10. never going back again.

this experience was absolutely terrible. not only were we asked to wait in the drive thru for 10 minutes, they never came back on the speaker. we went inside and no one came up to us as we stood there for another 5 minutes. we were looked at by people standing around doing nothing, and the staff was rude. there was at least three people standing around doing nothing. complaining about how “busy” it was even though there was three people inside, and one person in the drive thru. horrible staff members.

The young man was at the register but he was also taking care of the orders through the drive-through while at the same time serving each customer and taking their payments and thanking them while at the same time he was overseeing the kitchen and asking answering questions from the other staff. I know people get paid for one job doing 3 today but he actually was doing so and doing so with dignity politeness patience and Keeping things moving smoothly.

Stopped and got fries for my 2 year old and they couldn't even bother to cook them all the way! Cold and barely cooked and it's not like they were busy! We were the only car in the drive thru.

Got 2 large sundaes with chocolate icecream, peanut butter and hot fudge. It wasn't hot fudge it was chocolate syrup and the large looked more like smalls. I'm a long time customer but the last 3 times I went it was rediculous so they now lost a long time customer.

The wait to be waited on innthe drive through was longer then it has been in a long time. Young lady was rude, young man that handed our blizzard to us seemed to not care that there was less than a cup of ice cream in the large blizzard. Had to knock on the window to get them to fix it. 6.00 for a half cup of ice cream is not standard. Neither of our blizzards were flipped as they are supposed to be
