Store manager is an overweight karen hippo that smells like cigarettes. She is rude and unprofessional cussing at customers and ignoring lines just to take a smoke breaks. When finally helping me she was huffing and puffing her dragon breath all over my purchases. Glad I was only on vacation and don’t have to deal with her again.

Today I visited Family Dollar in Welch,West Virginia. I was amazed at the customer service from the supervisor Rita & her staff. So very helpful & ready to asset in my shopping needs. It was such a pleasant experience just had to share.

I went shopping on June 8th, 2023. As I was walking down the medicine aisle, the pole that is attached to the cart knocked a package of feminine products down onto my head. I told the cashier and nothing was done. Now I have a headache from it. It could have really hurt some of the elderly people that shop there. Very unprofessional

I love this store. The only downside is they have closed their public bathroom. Just because a select few may abuse this courtesy please don't take it out on the rest of us.
