This is a great store and the employees are awesome!!! While picking up an online order I was greeted at the door by a very friendly associate named Chris. She really went above and beyond to help me figure out the Walgreens app to utilize for store coupons and sales. Her excitement at helping me save money made my day! Thank you, Chris I appreciate you!!!!

I had to drop off a large package at the Fed Ex drop off in Walgreens & my printed mailing label would not scan, so the attendant typed in the numbers, nothing. He said if you can bring up the label file on your phone we can print it over in the photo center. Got the file uploaded to their printer & a new label printed out, & we were able to process everything that had to be done. I didn't see the young man's name tag, but he was very polite & very knowledgeable. It's hard to find employees like that anymore.

I made an appointment for a COVID-19 booster and a flu shot at 9:30 PM on October 12. I arrived early, just as instructed to do on the website. I went to sign in and I was told they weren’t doing shots until 9:30, with quite a bit of an attitude. I replied my appointment is at 9:30. I was then told, rather rather rudely, to sit down and wait, or I can come back at 9:30. Note, it’s 9:10 AM when this conversation is happening. So I just canceled my appointment, went across the street to Village Square, walked in and they took care of it. I will never give this Walgreens my business in any capacity scripts, groceries candy… Nothing.

3 Stars Overall✨ The large selection of skincare, beauty, and healthcare products is excellent, as is the Nail Bar; the pleasant ambiance, tidy environment, and product variety are the most notable PROS...but the disappointing customer service in the Pharmacy is lacking, and the most notable CON👎. First of all, there were only a couple customers in front of me; the Pharmacy was (not) busy. A Female Cashier told me that I would receive a text when my prescription was ready; I never received any texts from Walgreen's. Same cashier said she would update my address in the Walgreen's computer...a half hour later, when my presc. was finally ready, a Male Cashier said he had to update my address and phone number--my old Florida address & phone number were still on file from a decade ago,--even though the Female Cashier claimed she had just updated my contact information. Apparently neither cashier successfully completed this task, truth be told...In brief, TWO CASHIERS (on the same day, mind you) stated that they would update my address and phone number in the Walgreen's computer--yet the old, outdated Florida address & phone number were printed on my prescription receipt🙄✨✨ OMG: Pay Attention!✨✨...Anyway, I thankfully only have to get prescriptions filled at this Walgreens on very rare occasions, so I'll just stick to the good stuff in the ✨rest✨of the store for future shopping visits👍

Went there to go get my flu shot today and the pharmacy was great. Got my spend $1 get $5 coupon. So I had to get water for my family so I wanted to use the coupon and they said it wouldn’t work cause I didn’t have my phone number in the system. Gave me tons of attitude and it wasn’t worth fighting the rude manager over. Very rude and not a way to treat people.

Don't Waste ur time. I dropped off a paper script alittle before Noon,Waited all day to receive confirmation it was ready. Never got a text. Closed a 6, causing a 3 month surgery to be canceled. Not Dependable! Store Staff was very Rude, & just didn't care at All

Pharmacist Julie went out if her way to help me get the medication that I needed! They really take care of their customers…thank you Walgreens and pharmacist Julie!!

Ignoring all the dumb people who are blaming Walgreens for their own ignorance, this location is great. Staff is very kind. When I lived in the West Coast, I couldn't say the same thing. Pharmacy staff is very kind and caring.
