Steve and Frank are friendly, great guys and were able to help my mom and I sell a 1oz Gold Eagle for a good price close to spot. We are from Buffalo, NY and wanted to increase our trip spending money by cashing in on the recent large increases in gold price.We even got some advice from Steve and Frank on local places to visit and eat at. Professional and friendly to beginners in metal investing. I'm rather paranoid about any kind of investments, but they were willing to prove the purity of the metal. Even down to explain the tools used to verify the metals. Give them a good heads up, and you can get as much metal as you want. Prices are at industry standards, so it's fairly predictable.

I inherited some gold and silver Eagles from a relative. I went to a couple different places to see what they were worth. Steve was super nice and offered me more for them than both of his main competitors. Some of the coins carried a premium because of the year of mintage and Steve informed me of that and treated me 100% fair. The other places didn’t bother telling me that and just wanted to low ball me. I won’t go anywhere but National Gold & Silver to see Steve now.
