If you want the taste and the smells of an old school bakery this is the place to go their donuts are made fresh daily cakes are amazing cookies are amazing they figured out the pastry game I've never gotten one bad thing from there that's someplace we go over any chain restaurant like that or Bakery you guys are amazing keep making fantabulous food

I went in for the first time this afternoon and I was blown away! We just moved here a month ago, and I’d heard nothing but good things!Everything is easy to find, clearly labeled and priced. It’s nice and cool and everything is so clean!The woman behind the counter was incredibly kind and handled my sweets with care. I got tons of goodies for only about $20. I will definitely be coming back.

10-6-2023. I visited Gus's Goodies today after dining at Huddle House in Weirton, WV to treat my lovely bride to some of their wonderful donuts. Betty loves their lemon-filled donuts and I adore their chocolate iced crème-filled éclairs. All of their items are homemade baked on premise. I do not know anywhere else in the area that compares to this Bakery. Summer took excellent care of me delivering superb customer service. She quickly picked the donuts and éclair, boxed them and took my payment. I recommend Gus's to family and friends.

A coworker brought in the angel food cake, this is the best cake I have ever had and I’ve baked my whole life and always loved sweets. The angel food cake is bouncy, light, fluffy and the icing is not over powering. The hint of almond is a nice touch. Wonderful!!

Love their peanut butter and fudge donuts with crushed nuts on top. No photo available unless you get a scope down into my belly! They also make great cinnamon donuts with their own whipped icing! Just wish they were open on Sundays.

When I was a kid my mom would drive my dad to work and on the way back home we would stop at a little doughnut shop. It was one of my favorite memories. Thank you for bringing that back with something as simple as a cinnamon roll!

They have a great selection of baked goods! I haven’t had the chance to try them all just yet but the ones I have tried taste amazing. Even their paczkis are delicious! I also have to say their staff are super nice and accommodating. Definitely a gem here in Weirton!!

I had Gus's Goodies make a sheet cake for my wedding cake on Saturday. It was half chocolate and half white with butter cream icing. We live about an hour and a half away so everyone kept questioning why I picked a bakery so far away when there are tons of local bakeries. There wasn't a single slice of cake left and at least 10 people told me it was the best cake they've ever had. It was fresh and the icing was perfect and not too sweet. Gus's cake made my day complete! I highly recommend!

Gus's Goodies has the freshest, most delicious, fluffy and light donuts I have ever experienced, and this girl has(obviously 😬) eaten a lot of donuts at a lot of places. The staff is wonderful even though they are always hopping with customers. Their cakes are also delicious and never disappoint. They make A HUGE GLAZED DONUT CAKE (thank you Lord Jesus), and as my friend who is a professional chef puts it, "It is just as delicious as their glazed donuts and loses nothing in taste or quality by being huge."

At 1st I felt bad that I had never discovered this place as long as I have lived here. But now after a year I've steadily watched their products go downhill. The brownies used to be topped with a lot of frosting and were moist and yummy. But now they're just dry with a thin coat of ganache. Also they will sell things over the phone while you're standing right there and then look you right in your face and tell you they are sold out even though you were there 1st. I didn't find that very cool.

I live in Pittsburgh, PA, but when I want the best in cakes, then I'll drive to Gus's Goodies! And anyone who likes chocolate will LOVE the Death by Chocolate cake!! It's well worth the drive and gas to buy your cakes, pies, donuts, and cookies from here!!!! I picked up a Lemom cake for a friend's birthday, and they're hooked!! You WILL NOT be disappointed with Gus's Goodies baked goods in Weirton.

They have the best doughnuts hands down in the area. The staff is very efficient and quick. I highly recommend ordering any cakes through them also. All around great place.

We love this bakery! We are new to the area had promised my 5 year old daughter a barbie cake. They made her one so beautiful and delicious and she was filled with joy. They also made a delicious boston creme cake for my husband's birthday that was delicious and not so expensive. The people are very kind here. One young lady in particular who takes the orders is always so patient and gentle even when my young daughters came in moving about. Thanks be to God for this sweet bakery. ❤️

I did not get a chance to go inside, I sent my husband in because there are five of us and they were allowing three customers in at a time. He came out with some of the best cookies I’ve had in my life. My kids loved the stuffed chocolate chip cookies and I thought the lemon and orange iced cookies were to die for. We think that they were definitely worth the 45 minute drive!

Best homemade donuts around! Take them over dunkin any old day. Had a free sample of a sort of lemon cake which was incredible moist and soft like you'd never find elsewhere in a cake. Pricey, but definitely worth it.

Called for a cake for my son. I had planed on making it myself, but plans had to change, and I didn't have time. I called at 9am with a request for a red velvet cake with raspberry filling, upgraded frosting and decorated with an among us character. Even though the bakers had never heard of the character they agreed and made it in under 2 hrs. It looks great! Thank you for saving my son's birthday!

I drive from Pittsburgh to Weirton just to buy a cake here!! Death by chocolate is a family favorite because we're all chocoholics but you can't go wrong with any of their cakes or deserts!! Amazing bakeries are rare so if you're looking for something that'll satisfy your taste buds and yourself then you jave to checkout Gus's Goodies!

HORRIBLE service!!! I’m calling from out of state to place an order. On Uber eats it says the bakery delivers so I placed an order for my grandma’s birthday. I called to confirm the order and the lady literally YELLED at me. I managed to keep my composure because I will not stoop to her level but extremely uncalled for and unprofessional. Do not order from here. Terrible service.
