Stunningly beautiful bouquet! I appreciate the time and effort spent on my daughter’s prom flowers even before a flower was touched. All of the questions about colors and wants/needs show how much care M&K put into their work. All of the small and delicate touches made it even more interesting & beautiful.

I love this place. The staff is intuitive and friendly and they do great work. I hadn't bought any flowers from anywhere other than a grocery store for several years, so the sticker shock hit me pretty good, but it was worth it. They are beautiful! The last time we got flowers from here, they lasted quite a long time compared to the grocery store arrangements too.

I just wanted to give the advice that if you order flowers from them, you have to specify EVERY DETAIL that you DON’T want or they will take creative action on their own. I ordered a bouquet and picked up something that looks nothing like the picture. The only specific that I added to the inspiration photo was no feathers and add glitter. She did recommend limonium flowers instead of the feathers, which I agreed to. I brought them home hoping that my son’s date would still think they were pretty since we were short on time now. Her response was “ Oh my God. Can you fix it?” I messaged her to let her know about my issue. The only helpful response I received was that I could bring it back and she would remove some of the items but she could not re-create the bouquet. She did not offer a partial refund either. I spoke with her one time on the phone a few days ago where she reiterated using limonium and I agreed. I did not say to add gold accents or tell her to do what she wants to make it pretty. When I ordered it a month ago, I told her I wanted exactly what was on the picture but without feathers. I’m uploading my text message exchange. Everyone I showed the picture to said it looks like a Christmas centerpiece and not a bouquet. The last picture is a bouquet I made myself for less than $40.For reference, I paid $180 for this and a boutonniere.Moral of the story, don’t pay quadruple the price for something you can make yourself in less than 45 minutes.

Wow! I Called at the last minute when they were about done for the day because I procrastinated. She sent me pictures of what she had available and even delivered them on her way home…all within an hour! Very beautiful arrangement & accommodating!

With the craziness of life, so great to work with a local business that cares! Our dance was changed and they are still honoring our flowers with no extra fees. I called at the last minute and needed a flower arrangement delivered to the hospital today (other florist called and said they had an issue and wouldn't be able to deliver until Monday). M&K was great!!! Not only were they able to make an arrangement, but, they delivered it today and it was GORGEOUS!!! THANK YOU SOOOO MUCH!! I will be a return customer.

They went above and beyond! I ordered flowers to weirton medical and found out upon delivery that they dont allow flowers on the 5th floor cancer unit. They delivered them somewhere else for me but they definitely didn't have to make all that effort. Thank you so much. It meant alot.

So not only did my son wait til last minute to go to homecoming I had no idea how to get a corsage. The owner, Kim, made ordering so easy and their customer service is above and beyond!! I have used their flowers for every occasion and they have never disappointed! Ordered flowers for my fiancés bridal shower to give to her mother, my sister, and my fiancé. Knowing the theme and a couple of colors she put in extra time and effort to do some research on the theme to make each bouquet even more involved and on theme than I could’ve imagined. I will continue to use them for my flowers and I recommend you do the same!
