Found the cashier rather rude and condescending. Heavy set guy with colorful hair. Normally most employees there are decent but this guy shouldn't be in customer service. Place has a great owner and is a nice little store other than that.

Been going to Ella Vape since they first opened up in the building beside their current location. With a wide selection of mods, tanks, coils, and a wall full of vape juice, they've got you covered on all your vaping needs. This most recent time I was in the store on 9-2-22, they're now carrying the disposable vapes (Elfbar, Hyde, etc.) which are really popular currently. There's a lot of vape shops that have popped up in Weirton recently, but if you want to get quality vape products that are 100% authentic and want to deal with people that actually know vaping, go here. The other shops can't answer a lot of vape related questions, which says something right there, so just stick with the shop that is legitimate and knowledgeable. You can't go wrong with Ella Vape and the owner has gone above and beyond to help me when I was in a tight spot. I live only a minute away from the shop but I spend most of my time staying in Toronto, and I still go to Ella Vape rather than going someplace closer to me. It's worth the trip. Plus, they've got a ping pong table in the store and hold events and giveaways, how awesome is that? I've been vaping since 2014, I've been to a LOT of vape shops over the years, and in my opinion, Ella Vape is one of the top ones and by far is the best one you'll find in Weirton compared to the other shops in town.

We love Jess and all of her staff. Very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about their products. They constantly bring in new products and e-liquid companies and flavors.So you can expect to see a new flavor at each visit. It's great for new and experienced vapors.

Way over priced. $30 for a bottle of juice. And it was 60ml. I can literally grab 100ml for $21. And the juice was not good. I guess from what they say. they are heavily taxed compared to Ohio. Well I heard their tax is less than Ohio’s. I don’t know I’m just disappointed in the pricing and the flavor. Other than that the atmosphere was nice and people there were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely go back if I needed something in a pinch only. Just way overpriced for the same thing that I can get 8 miles away.

Very wonderful place. I’m not even from here(Ohio) originally from maryland. And in a pinch I found this establishment and it was a very good experience..a very very rare and far far far few in my lifetime sadly; great experience but the woman that was there, she helped me and even graciously offered a great deal and service. I will be returning to shop here.🙏🏽🙏🏽👍🏽👌🏽 and if I may say respectfully.. she was so very beautiful and sexy too. ..my my my.. I wish so much.

By far the best Vape shop within 100 miles. Helpful, friendly, convenient, and goes above and beyond for their customer. I've been to more than a few in the Ohio Valley and have only actually purchased something from 3. I've decided to make Ella Vape my go to shop now. Been a faithful customer since they opened and I will never hesitate to recommend them.

Very personable and knowledgeable. Not like most Vape shops where you feel uncomfortable, because you're surrounded by a bunch of people lounging around in a cloudy room. Very comfortable environment to shop for supplies. Fair prices, as well. I highly recommend Ella Vape.

I absolutely love this place!!!! They have great products at amazing prices. Everyone there is very knowledgeable and can answer just about any question you might have, and if they can't they will find out! I refuse to shop anywhere else...... the people make the store that's for sure. Whether your a beginner or an expert vaper this store is the place for you!

Being very new to vaping and wanting to support local business.......I came to Ella Vape. The store is VERY clean and professional with the owner's very classy personal touch. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They help me every step of the way, to getting the right settings on my vape to help me pick out my flavoring. I highly recommend to anyone who capes, whether beginner or not. Prices are great and a wide selection and variety to fit your needs!

They have many many different varieties of vape juices,devices as well as Hydes & other disposables. CBD products. The customer service from the employees is top notch as well. Definitely a great shop and why not support LOCAL SMALL BUSINESSES! Highly recommended!

They are constantly updating their inventory with quality products and their prices are hard to beat. Another major reason I will only go to Ella Vape is because they support our troops! As an active member in the vape community and a passionate vapers myself, along with my love for doing my vape reviews, I was very excited and much anticipating a trip to semi-local vape shop whom I had heard many good things about. But I left there a disappointed and kind of bummed out. Don't get me wrong they had alot of options for juice and devices and the ambiance was nice, but the staff wasn't very kind or helpful. However upon talking to the owner,I have strong faith this was a hiccup and by no means they way they run their business. I will definitely be going back to Ella to give them another try!!

A lot of variety of mods and juices. Willing to actually take you step by step to make sure you understand the products before buying and are very knowledgeable about the stock they have on hand! The owners and staff at Ella Vape are some of the most knowledgeable people I've ever encountered when it comes to vaping. The are always so incredibly friendly and quick to help you and you can go in there knowing that they are going to listen to your needs and find the perfect mods, tanks, coils, and juices for you. They would never try and sell you the most expensive pieces in the store just to make a good sale and also would never let a new vaper walk out the door with a dangerous setup beyond their skill level. They are like a family in there, and it's a fantastic establishment. They have such a large selection of juices, tanks, coils, and mods that you really don't need to shop anywhere else for your vape needs, and they keep their prices as low as possible considering the WV tax. 10/10 would recommend.

I was helped by Jamee (I remembered because of the weird spelling.)Great hardware selection, friendly staff and a lot of liquid that I had seen, but hadn't tried. The owners are the nicest, most helpful people ever. If you go in and it happens to not be one of them tho, I kind of feel like they don't want me there. Great experience overall. Staff not pushy or aloof like many other shops, but I wasn't looking for much this time anyway. Just needed a low wattage pen vape to be used with ccell cartridges. Super big fan of the vibe of the shop & wanted to show some love!

Its a cute store front. Nice people, the woman was amazing and helpful. There are lots of vape juice flavors to choose from and options to try them first. If you are a second amendment supporter, she is as well and supports are right to carry. So if you vape and carry, you should support her shop.
