7-8-2023. Marcy and Theresa took wonderful care of me today, providing me with excellent customer service. I had an issue finding some items, and they were very helpful. They made sure I received all discounts from coupons I clipped and my $5 of $25 Saturday coupon. I recommend this Dollar General store, Theresa and Marci, to friends and family.10-21-23. I shopped at the DG on Three Springs Drive today. Anna Bett greeted me upon entry and offered help. I asked her where she kept their Diet Mountain Dew 12-pack cans, and she escorted me to them. I was able to find everything else on my list. Anna Bett checked me out quickly and professionally, smiling and making sure my visit was okay. She ensured that I received my $5 off $25 discount and other discounts. Today's visit was fantastic. Thanks, Anna Bett, for a job well done. :)10-28-2023. When I entered the store, Annabett smiled, greeted me, and offered help. I returned the greeting. I had to ask Annabett to help me find the Cat Litter, which she gladly did. I noticed Craig stocking shelves. He greeted me also. All prices matched my receipt. Annabett ensured that I received the discount on the Cat Litter and my $5 off $25 coupon discount. She closed by wishing me a great day. I recommend this DG location, Annabett, and Craig, to family and friends.11-4-2023. I am normally Highly Satisfied with the Dollar General location on Three Springs Drive in Weirton, WV, except today, I had an issue with Craig. They were out of stock of the VIVA Cloth Paper Towel 6 packs, so I asked since they were out of them if I could purchase two of the 2-packs for the price of one six pack. He refused. I thought Dollar General employees were trained to take care of their customers, especially long-standing, loyal customers like me who continually do nice reviews here and on their company website. I did not ask for something that was out of hand or ridiculous. In the end, I only purchased one two-pack of the Viva Cloth Paper towels, which reduced my bill to just over $40 to use my $10 off $40 coupon. I would have spent more, but Craig angered me to the point that I would probably not go to Three Springs again. On a nicer point, Annabett was awesome. She took excellent care of me at the register and ensured my ten off 40 coupon worked. Thank you, Annabett, for making the end of my visit pleasant. :)11-22-2023. I visited the Three Springs Dollar General store this evening and had a short but delightful visit. I rarely visit DG at night, but I needed to purchase ice, and I found it conveniently near the entrance. Allen greeted me with a smile and eye contact. He quickly and professionally took care of me at the cash register. Allen handed me a receipt, thanked me, and wished me a Happy Thanksgiving. I recommend this DG location and Allen to family and friends.11-25-2023. Theresa took excellent care of me today at the Three Springs Dollar General Store in Weirton, WV. She greeted me with a smile, asked how I was doing, and offered help. I was able to find everything on my grocery list today without any assistance. Once I finished shopping, I entered the checkout area with nobody ahead of me. Theresa asked if I had found everything, to which I told her that I had. She ensured I received all discounts applied to the receipt, and Theresa verified them with me. The store was neat and clean; it was well-stocked and well-maintained. I recommend this Dollar General Store to family and friends.

Depends which dollar store in town you go to depends on how many stars I would give. I don't go to the one downtown often but I find they don't have as much as the one in the Kmart plaza, well the old Kmart. It's a little nicer because it's a newer building but I don't think it's better. The other one in town on Penn ave is just a hot mess. I literally live a few blocks away from it and I drive to other side of town to go to the one in the plaza because they always have what I need and have the shelves stocked unlike the one on Penn ave. Not to mention there is always a younger crowd around the Penn ave store that are always up to no good stealing from the store. It's just all bad there and I hate seeing that because I like the people that work there but I just don't get why the other store seems fine and it's way bigger but this one always looks a mess.

Asked the cashier if he had a restroom for my 3 yr old granddaughter who was holding herself. He shook his head and mumbled. The customer in line asked if that was a yes or no. He said very angrily “NO”. She then asked if he knew of any place, like maybe the store next door, he yelled “how would I know, I don’t work there?” . Then he said, lady if you would hurry up, I could get you and the other customers through and get her a key to the restrooms!’ This KID was so rude, That I took my business elsewhere. I ALWAYS stop at this store and purchase my weekly items, but never again. It’s a shame that a customer that I never met, who was being nice to me, was talked to so rudely by this cashier who is suppose to be giving the best customer service. Shame on him for talking to me and her as if we were garbage and for lying to me about a restroom for a 3 yr old!

They cashier and dark haired woman who I'm guessing is the assistant manager are very rude. God forbid you go in there to use the digital coupons that Dollar General offers, it's an attitude from the first step in. This same dark haired woman also had a talk with another cashier in front of customers about how people need to stay home and she's sick of people coming in during the pandemic. I suggest everyone do the surveys on your receipt. I just learned that they really do look at them!

Two cashiers on. One was outside smoking, the other left the register to go talk with another employee in the aisle. Waited five minutes until the woman smoking returned to be able to check out. Frustrating.

Wouldn’t allow me to use the restroom. Has the entrance way blocked so u can only get n one way. Which is dangerous fire hazard.

As with all people, DG is shopped at by many. However, this particular store on three springs is dirty looking, not a huge variety. Needs updated!

Really unkept store had isles "closed" cuz of all the chaos and clutter really couldn't shop with only 1 or 2 isles to get down. Won't be returning to this particular location!
