Nicely kept Dairy Queen store with a comfortable seating area. Been here a few times and the food has always been prepared well. The service is also very friendly as well. We stop here a lot on our way to or from home in Pittsburgh. We'll definitely return again!

Stopped by today on my way home on 3 springs drive to grab a bite to eat. Noticed the friendly atmosphere, and positivity immediately. I ordered no a flame thrower combo. Let me tell ya that was the BEST burger I’ve ever had from DQ. I made sure to call the restaurant and express how satisfied I was with my meal ! No grease dripping , it was well put together and tasted amazing !! The manger was the one who made the food! The employee who packaged our meals was friendly also. I will make the 45 minute drive to the DQ in Weirton from now on ! Thank you for all that you do ! And just know I appreciate your hard work and the fact you took the time on preparing the meal and on the presentation!!

So, so, so slow. I could understand if they were actually really busy, but usually it's a handful of people inside or out and it's still a 20+ min wait for food. The girls working the drive thru are almost always rude, and unfriendly. They cannot even be bothered to greet you properly or speak in complete sentences..."your order?".."size?".."next window". The last time I was there the girl taking my payment moved in dying snail mode when taking and returning my debit card, and literally stared at me with a blank, confused look, mouth open and eyes wide the entire time and didn't speak a word. I cannot figure out what is happening here...

Excellent friendly service after flying in to Pittsburgh and driving through to Ohio. The young man who took our order was awesome and came to check on us while we were eating. Very impressive. He had great suggestions and we bought more because he was fun to talk to.

One of the better fast food places in the area. Staff is always nice. The snack wraps are made fresh. And the order is always correct. Plus who doesn't love a Dilly Bar in the summer time? I would recommend to anyone wanting decent fast food or a sweet treat.

This is one of my husband's favorite places to get ice cream. He is a big fan of the blizzard. I have never been much into ice cream like he is. This time he got the Nestles DRUMSTICK with Peanuts Blizzard. I was onboard immediately! Who doesn't love a Nestles DRUMSTICK ice cream cone, with chocolate coating and chopped peanuts?!? This Blizzard is amazing!Go try the Nestles DRUMSTICK with Peanuts Blizzard, you're going to be glad you did!!!

The food was fresh but forgot to ask for the sundaes to be held until after we ate. They fixed them before the other food was ready and put them in the freezer until we were ready for them. Not good for hot fudge sundae. If I had asked they would have waited so be sure to ask.

I ordered a crispy chicken sandwhich with only lettuce and nothing else, a regular fry, and a small vanilla cone. The fries and cone were fine but the sandwhich was different. I checked to see it but instead of lettuce they gave me may and tomato. There wasn't even a single leaf of lettuce. And on the receipt it even said only lettuce.

Maybe the owner should read these reviews. Went through the drive thru at 6pm and had to wait about 15 minutes to get a blizzard. All because they wouldn't pull the other car up out of the way. Most like because the employees didn't want to step outside. Pulled up to the window and all I see is employees eating blizzards in the back. What kind of people do you have working there? If I could give you a zero I would. Terrible place. This isn't the first time I had bad service there but I guarantee it will be the last. Wont be back.

Seems to be a good place. My only complaint is if I go through the drivethru and there is a worker out back smoking. Find a better place, I don’t want to smell your cigarette smoke. Besides that, they have good food and great ice cream.

Nothing majorly wrong with the business. Seems rather stressful for them during high volume business hours which is to no fault of the staff but moreso to the detriment of management. A few employees seemed to be lax about wearing masks, if that matters. Food was forgotten. Runs like a traditionally ran fast food restaurant.

Took a while to get our food to go.Ordered four burgers all we're cold. Took forever to get the food yet it was cold makes no sense. We we're traveling so there was no time to complain. We were already well on way before discovering it was cold. Spent $32 on inedible food. Will not get fooled again even the fries were cold!!

Took 45 mins for two double cheeseburgers and a blizzard. People in the dining room were getting the wrong food brought out to them. The manager thought that it would be a perfect time to have a cigarette during an already busy and hectic lunch. Bad service all around. I feel really horrible for the poor girl they left by herself on the register. It seemed like her first day.

The only place in studentville or winnersville that I know of right now that has the best milkshakes chicks and they're always working McDonald's you McDonald's you be lucky if you can get one

The drive thru, in my experience, is more often than not where you will get the lazily made I've cream treats (blizzards etc) and they always put a lid on them without asking first but if you go inside it's always flawless so overall 4 stars

I have eaten here in the past and during my last visit, as well as today, absolutely terrible. I have filled out the surveys but no response. Food is regularly cold. You almost have to beg to get your meal. One employee works hard to get things right but she is unappreciated. Rest of the employees are incompetent. Don't eat here!

Their food is good but the one older lady with glasses is sooo rude it’s unbelievable. I came in there I was respectful when ordering she told me there wasn’t cheese bugers in the 2 for 4 so I just asked what they had and the whole time she kept rolling her eyes. Turns out there are cheeseburgers on it and I got it so ig its alright.

Typically the drive thru is quick, quick, quick. Not today it wasn't. Waited sometime at the speaker to give our order and then again at the window. Maybe training new crew members? The food is worth the wait though!
