Worker named Chuck wanted to treat me like an idiot for sitting on a chair that was sold. One thing is it didn’t have a sold sticker just a small box on it which I moved and sat down on the chair. Cue Chuck “is this your stuff?” To which I respond “no I moved the box to look at the chair” Chuck “well it’s sold and it’s all together so it’s not for sale”I don’t appreciate getting treated like an idiot for not knowing a box on a chair means sold. Put a damn note on it it’s not hard. Will never go into this store again. Nothing but junk stuff anyways.

Anna and Bill treated me like gold today. I made an online order to pick it up. Anna told Bill, who had the order ready, and he took it to my car. Bill then neatly placed it inside the car. The order involved 10 gallons of water, which was a challenging task. Thank you, Big Lots, for having such kind and considerate people in your employ.8-11-2023. When I entered the store, Ashley greeted me. I asked her if purchasing 20 Crystal Geyser Gallon Bottles of water was okay, but I could not do it via the Online Pickup method. She thought it was okay to check with Glenn and directed me to him. I first returned to the stock to ensure they had enough, which they had plenty of. I then found Glenn and asked him to assist me because only 14 Gallons of water were accessible, and I required 20. He happily walked back and helped me. I loaded the water into the shopping cart and checked out with Ashley. She asked if I found everything I wanted and asked if I required help loading the water into my car. Ashley thanked me at the end and invited me back. Glenn was at the checkout, and he followed me out to the car and loaded most of the water into the trunk. Ashley ensured I received my $5 off $15 Big Reward and the 20% Discount. Thank you, Big Lots, for having such kind, compassionate, and helpful people in your employ. I recommend this store, Ashley and Glenn, to family and friends. :)9-4-2023. Dinah took wonderful care of me at the register. I had a 15% Birthday Coupon to use, and she ensured the discount was applied to my purchase. I found a nice Tee Shirt for my lovely bride and purchased it for her with my 15% Birthday discount. The Weirton Big Lots has a wide variety of Tee shirts for men and women. When I brought this one home, my bride loved it. I saw nothing to improve upon today. The store was clean, well-maintained, and organized. It was well-stocked; the employees were friendly and professional. I recommend this store and Dinah to family and friends.

Large store with a large selection, however most of it seems overpriced. Too many items on the shelves without prices at all. Messy and often the floors are dirty. Staff is rarely friendly and I've never seen anyone available on the floor to help with the furniture, with pricing the items that don't display a price, or even just for general assistance. Whatever you need, Walmart or Aldi probably has it cheaper.

The store should have a bigger and better selection when it comes to your household items. Furniture selections are nice, but you don't offer delivery. The checkouts make you feel enclosed, but the staff working the checkouts were friendly. The staff on the floor seemed I was bothering them for just saying the simple word of hello.

My family and I moved to Weirton. Due to a situation that I would rather not talk about or have time to discuss it. But we pretty much arrived with the clothes on our back and a few suitcases. It’s been great to have a store where we could purchase furniture. We love the real living line.

Very friendly. It's clean. Always having 20% storewide for something. If u have to order and its out of stock it can take forever and u may not get the 2nd of the same order. IE...2 recliners ordered, only one came in. But they do 2 coupons if say they're having 20% off and u have a 15% off new email coupon, u get 35% off! Love that!

This is the cleanest BigLots I have ever visited. Very very clean and well stocked! My only concern was that the price was not always on each individual items and not all shelves had the price listed. It kept me from purchasing items when I couldn't find the price

Big lots has always been my favorite store! I was so excited to see them put one in Weirton, however our store is a let down. Not alot of merchandise to pick from, higher prices, a big disappointment compared to wintersville and Calcutta. I walk out with nothing.

Love the new Weirton Big Lots! They have really come up in product quality and some nice brand names like Reebok clothing and a fitness line from Mario Lopez. My only complaint is that a lot of products did not have prices listed which drives me crazy but definitely a nice addition for Weirton.

They seem to always be overrun with mice. Not what I'd expect from a new location that actually does look nice and clean. But the employees are very friendly. I'd keep shopping there so long as they can take care of the mouse problem and keep the place clean.

Store is new so the stock is a little funky but it’s big and pretty clean. Brittany was my cashier and she was extremely nice and fast, I’ll definitely return.

Not what Big Lots used to be. It's pretty much 99% furniture. It's nice furniture but what about all of the other cheap goodies you could only get at Big Lots, once upon a time.

Love this Big Lots very clean and a lot of sales going on now. I like all the summer outside decorations, a lot to choose from.
