This is a good Walmart. The only issue is it is a smaller Walmart and this town keeps it busy. I believe Walmart should replace this store with a full size supercenter.

What can you really say about WalMart. It's WalMart. This location, however, boasts the Supercenter name but lacks in every department of a Supercenter. Not only does this location not have a bakery, deli or the square footage that should qualify as a Supercenter but every department here is severely limited in what it offers. On the plus side it does have a friendly and helpful staff and clean facilities and does offer decent employment for an area that, itself, has little to offer. So for that reason I give it kudos.

I went grocery shopping and their system wouldn't scan the cold and freezer items. Every one had to leave these items at register. Happens everytime the electric goes out, even if just for a minute. Instead of letting customers know the problem to prevent inconvenience they don't tell you until checkout.

It's nothing special but there is also not much bad to say. Their biggest problem is a few of the greaters chasing you down or of the store determined to touch your receipt. Most of them do not do this anymore but this store has a couple employees that will. I don't mind the 100s of cameras all over the store but they should come up with better ways of loss prevention. I am usually forced to do self check out because when they change shifts the cashers shut down their lanes 20 minutes til & I don't know how long after that the next shift open. If I'm going to be forced to ring my own stuff up they should trust that I've done it right.I do miss being able to take a scanner through the store with me & scan everything as I shopped only having to pay on my way out. That was their best idea but they quit that.

I've been shopping here for decades. I've never had any problems with employees or merchandise purchased from this Walmart. The meat is always fresh and never expired. The dog food is well-stocked. They always have a large selection of cleaning products- which is a must with the pandemic.The best grocery store OW!

They stop carrying the 52 lbs bag of olroy dog food I buy 😕 now it's 46 lbs and it's more expensive. Alot of prices have went up on the products I buy and some of the products I used to buy they no longer carry.

This Walmart is the smallest one I've seen. Less of a selection in every department but its always clean and well stocked, for the most part. Never enough registers open during busy times. Employees are friendly and helpful. Disappointed with the Garden Center with the pitifully small selection of flowers and plants to choose when they're open.

When in Wayne County WV, this is THE store to shop at! They're the largest, with the widest selection of merchandise, and usually with the best prices. The grocery department in particular definitely surpasses any other store in Wayne County. This particular WalMart has a very competent pharmacy, which I use regularly. It also has a Subway restaurant inside. It does not have a deli department though. Also, there is an "automotive department" that sells automotive products, but there is no garage to actually work on your vehicle or install any of those products for you. Still, it's the best shopping experience in the entire county.

We easily found all of our items, but the best experience was our cashier. My mom wasnt feeling well as her sugar was a little high. She is insulin dependent. The cashier asked if she was alright. She was quite friendly and very observant. All WalMarts should have amazing employees like her.

I absolutely love this particular Walmart!!! They always Greet you at the door, always help you, no matter what your looking for, and the employees are extremely wonderfully well mannered & very advanced training skills. The training skills show very, very much so. I recommend for anyone to attend or visit this wonderful Walmart in our small little town of Wayne, W.V.!!!! Super, Super, Extremely wonderful staff. ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS INDIVIDUAL WALMART!!! A MUST VISIT FOR CERTAIN.!!!!

I love this Walmart because it has a huge selection of Clear American sparkling water flavors. Fuji Apple is the best flavor in the bottles and Black Cherry is the best in the cans. This walmart also has a great fabric and crafts section, more variety in the frozen section and.. just more. So worth the trip.

The shells were adequately stocked with the items that I went there to purchase. The women's clothing section, specifically the pajamas and nightgowns, we're kind of under stocked. Not a lot of choices. A lot of small sizes, not for adults., temperature in the store was rather warm and there were only three cashiers working for the entire store but front.

Be prepared to wait in the checkout line for up to a half hour. They never have more than two registers open at a time when I'm there. And usually everyone around me in line is also co.plai ing about it. Walmart needs to step up and hire more cashier's instead of trying to cut costs and peoples jobs with self checkout.

Very unsafe at this Walmart Super Center. Many employees wearing masks pulled down or well below their noses and not providing or respecting any social distancing. They even are allowing customers in the store completely without masks. This will likely be my last visit to this store.

They are pretty much up to date on all their merchandise and the employees are always ready to lend you a helping hand and look for items that you have requested and don't forget they got reserved pick up

If I could give them less than one star I would!!!!. This Walmart is TERRIBLE!!!!!. The staff are so rude!. They won’t help you && they are illegally pricing items wrong && charging more!!. I was there today && had gotten a two pack of raid && there was an ENTIRE shelf FULL of them an they were priced $3.49 && they tried to charge me $8 even though I OFFERED FOUR TIMES TO SHOW THEM WHERE THE ITEM WAS TO PROVE I WAS RIGHT!!!. But of course... the lady at self checkout was too lazy to walk back an check so she tried to charge me the wrong price an I walked out!!. I understand sometimes THEIR employees mess up an price stuff wrong but that is NOT MINE NOR ANYONE ELSES FAULT!!!. We should be given the price that’s marked PERIOD!!!!. I’ve been a part of the Wayne community my entire life && I’ve ALWAYS shopped at Walmart despite their rude attitudes an poor customer service.. well after today, I’ll take my business elsewhere!. My hope is that you will heed my warning && shop elsewhere!. If not have a great day && good luck to ya!!.

I made an online order with free in-store pickup and when I picked the item up (shipped by fed ex to the store) it was broken. Customer service was very helpful and nice. I wish I could remember the lady's name but I can't. CSM Melissa also helped and was very nice.
