Excellent service and treatment for my senior Pomeranian Taz, when they were 'Browns Veterinarian Service', even coming to my home to drop off meds for her when required. The staff and Jennifer Summerfield go above and beyond for furbabies! They saw to it Taz was kept as comfortable as was possible and alleviated her pain that last year, then they came to my home to help ease her into her journey beyond.A little kitten wandered in this past July, 'Norman' (Bubby). I recently used 4 Paws for his pick up and neutering, they kept me informed with updates until they returned him to me. I'm out of state for them and found the pick up and return service cost to be very reasonable. They even clipped his claws free of charge, he's now healthy and happy. I'll not hesitate to reach out again to them for all his medical needs, as well as boarding when required.Highly recommend!

I needed to get my Huskies their shots quickly and wasn't able to get in to my regular vet in time. I called and left a voicemail before they opened. They called me back soon after they opened and were able to get me in for just a vaccine appointment this afternoon with several options available. They were friendly and quick. We have brought animals here previously when it was Dr. Brown's office. They have always been great. I would have them as my regular vet if they weren't 45 minutes from home.

The staff here are exceptional and helpful. The veterinarian is so knowledgeable and caring of all her animals. The costs are surprisingly affordable. Very thorough exams and offer suggestions that could benefit you fur baby.

I cannot tell you enough how wonderful & caring the staff is, they took us in as a walk in emergency without hesitation. They were very thorough while explaining diagnosis, treatment and prognosis for my parents beloved fur baby. Jennifer Summerfield, Chloe, Dakota and Brandon were all amazing. Although the outcome wasn't a good one, they treated our baby as one of their own and made paw prints and decorated a casket style box for our fur baby. I'll never go to anyone else, they're the real deal and their hearts are 100% in it. Thank you all so much ❤️

We have been going to Brown Veterinary Services for eight years now and they have always been great. The vets are very caring and take time to explain the procedures. We have used them for emergency surgeries, routine care, boarding, and home visits and have always been happy with the service. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Took my cat here Friday thinking he possibly wasn’t going to make it, she gave us all the meds we needed to take care of him at home (since we couldn’t afford the vet er) taught us how to give him fluids and by Sunday he was back to running around and being his normal self!! Would give 100 stars if I was able too!

BVS worked tirelessly to save my turtle, and they have also fixed my dogs' allergies completely. They always go above and beyond and truly care for their customers' animals. The staff is very friendly and I strongly recommend them to anyone.

Twice I tried their grooming service. Twice they did a horrible job. The last time my dog needed shots so I just had them do them while he was being groomed. On top of them doing a horrible job on his cut ( I could've done better myself) I was charged over $100. Never again!

I've been going there for years. I really like Dr. Summerfield and the staff. They are very caring people and knowledgeable.I've had several cats I've had to euthanized. It's been a blessing that they came to my house.

When I got home from work I found my dog had a treble fishing hook lodged in his gums and lip. I called Brown Veterinary Services 10 minutes before they closed to rush my 12 year old golden retriever to them. They waited over thirty minutes past closing for me. I was nervous about putting a dog of "Harry"'s age under but they assured me everything would be fine. My dog and I were in and out in no time. Aside from a little grogginess, you wouldn't have noticed anything was ever wrong with my dog. They even called three days after to check on him and make sure no infections had set in due to the injury being caused by a fishing hook. The staff was excellent, the prices were very affordable and I undoubtedly will always take my pets to Brown Veterinary Services.

I do NOT recommend Brown Veterinary services. After Chad Brown sold this clinic it has been one trouble after another. First they prescribed a BIG over dose of meds for our goat- thank goodness we caught the error, then this summer when we arrived for our two dogs shots and they were not friendly at all. This Summer my son had problems with his 15 yr old nanny goat again, he paid for another expensive farm call, and ordered meds for his goat through them, paid for it all on the farm right then, the Vet said she'd have them shipped to us, we waited over a week for the meds when we called to check she said, oh those have been setting in our office waiting on you to pick up. They know we live almost an hour from them, thats why we requested them be shipped. We told her those were suppose to been shipped, she said she lives only minutes from us and that she'd deliver them, we waited several more days, no delivery, she called and rescheduled delivery for the next night, then still no meds. When I talked to her she said in a huffy, this is the way it is, I don't care voice, she was NOT going to deliver them that night because she had children at home that she wanted to see. I said, we would have already had the meds if your office had shipped them like they were suppose to, now you've backed out of several delivery days, I got hung up on. NOT very professional or customer friendly ! When she finally brings the meds out my son asks how much to give the goat, she responds in a non caring tone that she doesn't know and instead of looking it up she just guesses a wrong dose again. Yesterday I called there office to get some antibiotics for our two kittens which have runny eyes. I talked to same Vet, I told her most of the accts were probably under my daughters name and told her that name, she asked, are you the daughter, I said no. She said, the last time I talked to your daughter she was very rude to me, I said, you didn't talk to my daughter, you talked to me. She said huffy, I asked you if you were the daughter and you said yes. I said no, I told you right off everything was under my daughter's name. She talks huffy and disrespectful to me the entire time, I said would you like us to find another vet? She said yes and hung up on me again. I asked to talk to the owner but he is never available and never returns calls, we have tried multiple times before. The vet has very poor customer skills, its not a ' tell the customer off ' and they will still use your vet clinic thing. She is hateful, rude, and simply doesn't care, she certainly does not need to be the one answering the phones or dosing the animals. She alone will destroy this business and cost them many customers, I'm one of them. And if the owner cared, he would return customers calls !

Dr Brown is no longer associated with this place.The vet that runs it does not care to talk to anyone about what was done to their animals during surgical procedure. They are not interested in any kind of pain management for the animal after they have had multiple large tooth removal. They don’t care for the animals pain and suffering

My husband and I are very disappointed in this facility. Our pet was tested and diagnosed with Cushings disease. Medication was prescribed. A second all-day test was performed. We were told that the results would be given with a possible change in the medication. After several phone calls and visiting the facility, we were told by the manager that a note would be given to the doctor to call with test results. We have never received any calls or information from the manager or doctor regarding the test results or required medication. They were very prompt in asking for payment when we picked up our pet, which we paid. We feel they have put our pet's health in danger. Also, the first time our pet's toenails were trimmed, he was brought back to us with the whites of both eyes totally deep red. The second time when he was brought to us he had very severe bloodshot eyes and a bleeding nose The manager came into waiting room and told us to observe our pet for complications due to bleeding nose. We feel there is a possibility he was mistreated. I would never recommend this facility to anyone. They do not deserve even a one star rating.
