The employees at this specific store are rude apart from like 2 employees. I’m local so this is the only store around for random hours. Most nights I choose to drive an hour plus to avoid having to deal with this store. Sometimes I fail, end up going, having a horrible experience, and being so upset about it when I knew how it would go. The credit card machines aren’t up to date, constantly declining different cards due to unverified merchant (I’ve contacted multiple banks and have been given the same answer, it is the system this store use) so if that isn’t already a small enough annoyance the employees get angrier than a Lion if they have to try different cards. Level 100 rude about 75 percent of the time. All in all the store is outdated and filled with the rudest old women I’ve ever encountered. Huge shoutout to the taller dude with the beard! ALWAYS friendly. Always helpful. Always smiling. It takes NOTHING to be kind. Get a new card system, again, because your last update did not fix the issue.and drop the angry baggage. Two stars strictly because of the few employees that are pleasant.

My car broke down at this 7-11 on a Sunday night. The staff there—the Assistant Manager and the two gentlemen working the 4-12 shift were enormously generous and helpful. And good company. The Assistant Manager found a mechanic who looked at my car. I was very fortunate to have broken down there. And the coffee was excellent and hot at 7 pm. Good people work at this place.

Told that a shirt was not allowed as a face mask which was completely understandable. But the employee outside talking on the phone, the one who notified me, addressed me with a rude attitude. Then upon asking if there were masks provided inside, she informed me there were not. I’ve never been to a place that does not provide a mask to individuals that do not have one, and made my experience very tedious.

Stop here on occasion coming home from doctor appointment. To grab a snack and drink. People are pleasant to deal with and it doesn't take long to get in and out.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Worst customer service ever!! Rudeness and nasty attitude from the manager and her daughter who apparently works here as well. That is a conflict of interest but I’m not even gonna start on that one. Policy changes regarding coupons should be posted. The staff doesn’t all seem to be on the same page. One day they take mobile coupons, the next they don’t. And apparently the franchisee doesn’t WANT them taking mobile coupons however no where is it stated that they don’t accept them. 7-11 in Wardensville just lost a customer for life and anyone else I can reach with my words(over $1.00!!) Shame on you franchisee for not supporting those of us just trying to make every penny count.

I frequent here many mornings 6a-ish. Most of the time there are two men in and around the store hanging out, very cool. More times than not NO MASK, so ok not the issue really. This morning I go in forgetting to put on my mask thinking no big deal right? The man has no mask, the cashier prepping food behind the counter has her mask off her nose. Then I get approached by her, where is your mask, you must wear a mask when your in this store. Ok, but really? I put on mask no problem. Guess rules only apply to outsiders. So fa-q I just won't be here and you can take your bad review.

Employees seem like they have an attitude towards employees and they never know how to answer the phone when i call at night to see if they sell something. Plus the lady that drives the chevy avalanche always give attitudes to all the customers that i have seen.

My sister in law and myself drive from Baker just for coffee so was unaware of what was going on today and asked if they were open thinking there was just something was wrong with the pumps and not the entire store.. Well I asked the 4 ladies standing by the road if they were closed and one said yes and I said ok..No problem.. Until one rudely said " That's why we have cones here".. To which I replied "I just asked a question you didn't have to be ignorant about it".. So they all stood out there running their mouths and laughing even as I drove by.. If you need employees with no customer service skills whatsoever then apparently you don't need to be in business since your employees reflect your business and customers are what runs your store.

They require masks even if you are medically exempt. Furthermore the employees are extremely rude. No public restroom is a huge downside. Every 7-Eleven I’ve ever been in has a public restroom.

Horrible experience, pony tail man with Abraham Lincoln beard was rude, some child walked in at the same time that I did and I went to get alcohol and they told me they would need her id as well, I don't know the kid, pony tail man then proceeded to assume I was lying

Was in there today and my husband asked a worker that was behind the counter if they sold the zynx pouches and she was very rude and disrespectful and said I have no idea so he asked something else and she said I don’t know she didn’t want to look and check or anything was a older lady with long blonde hair and glasses very rude
