Does not honor advertised prices and refused to help after a cashier mistake. Cashier was rude and in hurry. Customer service was absolutely useless and denied access to submit a complaint. Will never shop here again.

Had what I needed as expected. Just marking down due to the very poor lighting in parking lot. Need to have more check-out lanes open. Gave feeling of a seedier area. It's Walmart so as consistent an experience as other locations.

I've been standing in line to check out for 32 minutes! This was after the huge amount of time it took to get less than 15 items, due to the employees trying to stock during the busiest time of the day instead of on evening (or, greatly preferable, overnight) shift. I'll never be back to ChinaMart.

This trip to Vienna Walmart was the worst, I will never shop in store again, the parking lot is full on non driving people who obviously have never been taught directional arrow parking, the employees are rude, they look even more disgusted to be there than the customers who can't walk through their disorganized isles. Be prepared to get ran over by buggies because when shoppers stop dead in front of you, it causes a chain reaction 5 carts back & it's like a traffic jam ... Then we have 4 open registers with actual people 🙄

Parkersburg Walmart Super Center really is a disappointment compared to the South Side Walmart. Again, we are comparing Walmarts so not a real big deal. I like the pharmacy is convenient and easy to find and location is okay. But getting in and out is just terrible. Not sure who planned that mess but go try it out. The selection of items are fewer and deli has less items. They removed the print center. Really? The store is usually packed. Not a great selection. As I stated how can 2 Walmart’s that close be so different. You’ll just have to decide for yourself. Again it comes down to convenience. So I may be wrong but check it out.

I can handle the grocery side cuz it's usually set up pretty nice; however, I think it's still quite a hassle to find help because they never have enough associates working and in most cases they (the associates) have to know about every department and honestly it's hard to know every department unless you've been there for years.... Self checkout is always nice, because there is someone there to help in most cases. The stores look varies from location to location and how many people are in the area. I mean some Walmarts stay so busy it's virtually impossible to keep up store facing. So don't blame all of the associates when there is not enough of them.....

I shop here a lot. But there are some issues I've ran into. I was buying stuff for my daughter on her WIC. I tried to buy bread that was WIC approved according to the app. The manager lied and said there's nothing he can or is allowed to do. When all he had to do is manually enter the product and it would have been paid for. I tried 3 different product that are approved by WIC according to the states app and the tags on their store shelves and had the same problem with 0 help from management.

It's Walmart. I usually go on Sunday morning. Lately the shelves have been low on items. Seems they have more employees pulling orders than stocking shelves. They do keep it pretty clean. Not the friendliest employees. But again, it's Walmart.Went to the one in Vienna and it's so much better. Employees are much friendlier.

Walmart usually has a lot of different varieties of what you're looking for and pricing is normally better then a lot of sell prices at other stores.. it's late February 2024 I just got back from Walmart in Vienna, they rearranged the store and it's even easier to get things now.. and it also seems like they have more cashiers available

If I am looking for an item, it is usually out of stock. Shelves are bare and it could be in the middle of the day. How can shelves not be stocked especially by early afternoon?

Shelves often empty. They also seem to like playing the "let's move things around" game. Every time I go in, I spend time hunting for new product locations. Then, often finding the item, either it's not in stock, or it's locked up and no one us available for the great unlock. The personnel often act like you're bothering them to even check out. What used to be at least semi-pleasant is no more.
