Good variety of shoe-sizes per style (I'm 8-Wide so that's a lifesaver); plenty of great sales (50% off in some cases) and the prices are fair overall for affordable shoes that get the job done.Stopped in for 30 minutes and found solid dress shoes that fit well and I know I'll get a lot of use from.

I went here looking for a new pair of Hey Dudes and was not disappointed. The store member was able to help me find the exact pair that I was looking for. The store is very clean and there is all kinds of different shoe brands here for all of your shoe needs. I was very pleased with my purchase.

Store says they open at 10, 3 cars waiting in front of the store after one left and no one answering the phone or in the store.

I rarely leave reviews for stores like this because I genuinely don’t have time to mess with it. However, because this store chose to waste my time I figured what’s a little more time wasted.The store is about a 20 minute drive from my house. My husband called to see if they had a particular pair of shoes in stock and after “checking” they said yes. So we drove the 20 minutes to pick them up. My daughter decided to purchase 2 other pairs as well….(his pair was waiting at the counter) so when she was done we got to the counter the woman was gonna just ring them up and bag them. But my husband asked to see the pair first…. She showed him and they were NOT what he asked for. There were two other men behind the counter and when she went to look for the pair he did want, one came over and said “we don’t have those ones” so basically they lied to get us in the store, were planning on selling us a pair of shoes that was not what we wanted and became snarky when I was I was obviously upset we drove all the way down there just to end up with a pair of shoes that wasn’t what my husband wanted. (He’s stubborn and bough another pair anyways) my daughter paid almost $200 for shoes and when asked if we got a discount for THEIR mishandling of the situation I got a very disingenuous “I can’t do that” when I know in fact they can, as we have had issues there before in the past and was given a discount without asking for one.We stopped shopping there years ago because we asked to exchange a pair of shoes (same style different size) that were brand new with the tags still in the box and they wouldn’t allow it because they were 50% off. I 100% hope that the little boy behind the counter had the day he deserved…..

I'm not coming back. My self and my daughter wear size 12. I was told order online. Great then EVERY woman should have to order hers online. We are not an odd size it shows 12s at stores that carry them are always low on stock. So this customer will go elsewhere.

Went to purchase a pair of work boots for a veteran returning to work. Staff were great. Place was clean and the employees looked like they were having a great time. It was a nice change of pace.

Well this certainly wasn't an optimal trip with my gf.First off, when we first got into the store, we waited for 15 minutes for help.Granted, there was a sale going on and quite a few people there. However, right next to us were two employees that were talking, leaning over a table. We figured we'd wait until they were done to be polite, plus they kept looking at us so obviously they could see us.Nope, 15 minutes later we got to watch them ask some random family that had just walked in if they needed help and then walk away.Next we decided to ask someone with a walkie (I assume a manager) for help. She said she was very busy and would send someone to give us a hand. Guess what? Noone showed up. 10 minutes of waiting.We decided to just try to figure out everything ourselves. Not one employee we passed greeted us, asked if we needed help, or even so much as acknowledged our presence.After finding what I needed but getting exasperated trying to find her a good fit, my gf walked straight up and asked someone if she could help her. The girl seemed overwhelmed but was incredibly helpful. Thanks to her my gf found a good fitting pair of shoes.The hits didn't stop coming. After we checked out at the front counter, all the employees just wandered off. In the middle of us looking at other things we were considering purchasing. If we had a mind to, we could have just walked out with them.As someone that works front cashier in a store, this whole experience left a bad taste in my mouth.Here's my summary:This whole experience sucked. It took over an hour longer than it needed to. I've never felt more like a ghost in a store. The only reason I'm not giving this review one star is that lady who helped my gf. Though clearly overwhelmed, she seemed to be the only professional employee in the entire store.Sorry Shoe Carnival, you won't be seeing me back anytime soon. Step up your customer service game. This is why people are buying shoes off Amazon where they're $15 cheaper.

Had an issue with a pair of work boots i bought baisicly falling apart... and management was not very helpfull with the issue, did not have the item in stock and would not order them for me without me turning the pair i had. Since i need my shoes for work, i was going to wear them till they came in then make the exchange... manager disguised with the idea said smuggly "i cant do that!"I know i have bought more than 30 pairs of shoes from them. Not sure i will go back.

It is awful when u r trying to cancel an order u just made an hour or two ago!!!! you have to wait to see if its OK to cancel, they will send u an email to let u know if its ok!!! REALLY!!! Then once u do that u have to wait 3 to 5 business days for ur refund? Wth?? Come on!! Never seen so much BS for a pair of boots that i found 20.00 cheaper somewhere else!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Never again will I deal with them!!!

Some good brands such as Irish Setter, Keen, Georgia and Wolverine. Not a lot of items with water proof liners such as gore-tex. Often has sales.

We were here to get a pair of shoes for work and seen a sign in the door requiring face masks to be worn. Funny my governor has not issued a mask mandate. So I decided to take my business elsewhere. So buyer beware they will force you to “mask up”
