Pets Smart has a pretty good selection of products and also has crickets and feeder insects for those who own reptiles. They do keep a wide variety of pets to get, and also work with the local humane society to adopt kittens. All the staff is very nice and genuinely seem to enjoy their jobs. Some items can be a pit pricey, but honestly what isn't these days. Good atmosphere. Very clean. Doggos and support animals are allowed to enter as long as they are leashed and supervised.

Definitely don’t recommend going there for grooming since tori left. Asked to keep some length and then shave his paws and trim his tail. I got a very spotty summer cut. Very long tail and very long ears. Also asked to keep the head longer and the head was buzzed except for ears. Pretty laughable, but a waste of money.

Unhappy with the grooming service. The groomer, Emili, doesn’t seem to be the right fit for the job. I don’t recommend scheduling an appointment with her, especially if you have an anxious pet.She unfriendly and not welcoming - she didn’t greet nor pet my anxious puppy when I hand him over. She just walked him straight to the bathing room without saying a word. She looked unhappy to be at work and that reflected on her demeanor towards my puppy.I watched her brush my puppy - she could be more gentle and comforting. When she finished and handed my puppy back to me, my puppy wasn’t completely dry and his hair was all frizzy.I avoid scheduling with Emili. Perhaps try Brooke.

Terrible experience!! Don't show up early for your appointment!! Drove an hour to get there, showed up 15 minutes early and they wouldn't take my Maltipoo till the groomer got there. Had a appointment for my Samoyed also for the same time with a different groomer. Well I booked the most expensive service they offered and they said my dog had a little matting on his belly. Whatever!! Got home and it brushed right out. They wanted me to book another appointment with a actual groomer. Wasted day. What a joke!! Lesson learned. Find a local professional you like(mine retired) and not one of these chains where next time you go there, it will be a whole new staff of dog bathers.

If I could give no stars I would. I wanted to get my dog's nails trimmed and he just had his rabies shot 7/11/23 and I showed proof he just had this done but it wasn't good enough! Well anyone that does anything with dogs should know rabies shots are good for 1 year. They wouldnt do it without speaking with our vet for the expiration date! And there closed on the weekends and I don't live close to this place! Seems to me they didn't want to do it cause he's Cane Corso Pitt mix and is a big dog!!!!!

I enjoy shopping at Petsmart when I need a cleaning or health product for my dog. They unfortunately don’t carry the brand of bird food my birds eat so I go to petco for that and the toys I usually get from Pet supply plus due to variety and price but overall the core items like calming chews, other chews and name tags I can find here. I think the store is set up well and is clean. Bathrooms are in the back and very clean. Gave 4 stars because they don’t carry enough pet clothes options or other things I like for competitive prices so it’s not my one stop shop. Employees always welcome me in and are kind.

Not real happy with the grooming. Every time I get my fur baby groomed I have to clean her up. She never looks polished or finished. I also have to clean the hair out of her mouth, as the groomer doesn’t and leaves long hairs around her mouth. I’ve yet to get a good groom for my fur baby at this petsmart. Petsmart in Florida was fantastic and it’s not at this venue. Very sad. I spend $$$$ on my baby, yet their quality of service is poor.

They were getting ready to close and the cashier made that known to us by saying "we got 5 mins" so we was rushed around and not very friendly. My daughter asked to hold one and the lady was like oh well I can't let you hold him. Just in case she runs away.

I came in looking for Betts and found quite a few it was a bit disturbing to find 5 or so dead. No matter who's responsibility it was once I was helped I was shown what I needed and also fresh stock that was just about to be put out and ended up with some great deals.

Every time I've gone in there I've either been treated like n annoyance or completely ignored. And the fish are continually sick. I wanted to get a gerbil for my nieces and they wouldn't even open the habitat unless I told her I was "buying one for sure." The girl who opened the habitat was very rude. Does this place even have any managers? I feel bad for the cashiers. The poor girl behind the counter had line and no one helped her.

The cashier that helped me last night was extremely helpful. The store is well stocked with a lot of selections. The only negative for taking away a star was because they have the snakes right in the front left. Just wish they were in the back out of sight for people like me that are scared of them.

We took our collie to Pet Smart and Emily did such a great job. I was super anxious to leave my fur baby with someone I didn't trust but Emily walked us through the process and was so gentle. I can't speak for the other groomers yet but Emily is 10/10. I will be returning as long as she's there.

The store has plenty of the usual pet supplies. I have found the prices here tend to be higher than some other local competitors. Also, I wish the enclosures for the cats were wire instead of plexiglass so that I could pet and interact with them.

When making a grooming appointment bring your paperwork even if they tell you they can call vet. I arrived and an hour before my appointment was told they couldn’t check me in until groomer was there (groomer) at lunch, understood and waited, groomer come back takes people before me when my turn comes up do you have paper I said no they told me you would call vet, vet busy I agree to run get paperwork and she’s already stating she will be behind I was like I have been here an hour and if you would have called when I first got there, it wouldn’t have been an issue. So I run to get paperwork 4 blocks I’m back by 210, they will not see my dog. Spoke with manager she tried to make it right but a no go. 2 weeks I have waited for this appointment. But here’s the crazy part you need proof of rabies shot to be groomed but can walk all over building with out one…..needless to say Pet Smart you just lost 63.00 every two weeks in dog food sale fish supplies and cat supplies. Thank for making my day worse. People need to be more understanding and caring and don’t make promise of what you can do and can’t. Ive never seen a more poor field of service. Got my dogs nails clipped. Paid for a file also and alls i got was a poor clip. My dogs nails look horrible. I dont think the girl should work with animals. She was not very warm or inviting my dog did not like her. Not to mention she just drug my dog torward her instead of trying to get my dog to approach her. I even told her to say my dogs name and she didnt. I will never return. Very strange people working there!

Some problems with ordering, first showed me coupon to set up autoship, after finished order coupon no longer showed. Also one item showed on autoship, but when I ordered wasn't showing on auto ship. Very disappointed as have 6 cats and would have saved me some money. So I didn't place order which was over a hundred dollars. Customer service wasn't much help. Ordered from different company.

I do not recommend this place for a grooming on your pet. I had to reschedule my dog Wendy at this place twice. The first was because she was in heat and the second time was because the documents I had wasn't enough proof of her rabies shot. Whenever my husband brought her in after them calling the vet on Monday morning and getting her proof of rabies they made an excuse of not being able to groom her because according to them she apparently had servere matting. Then they gave my husband a vets phone number to get her groomed there. They said nothing the first time I brought her in about the matts on her that weren't even servere. They wasted my time and gas only to not groom my dog. My husband and I aren't very happy with this place at all.
