Not only did they have the exact food I needed for my rabbit, the price matched it for me. Because of this I was able to get two bags of something that has been having supply problems at the manufacturer’s level. Ben was cheerful and aweet, and very kind with my 5 year old daughter who was with me. This will be my regular stop for bunny food and other needs, from now on.

Usually very good but today the water was only one temp and the dryer didn't work, and no warning that this was the case. No $ back on it either, poor dog had to go home all cold.Need more signs or a warning before starting a bath on a large dog and then poor thing had to be all cold. Could have done better job at home if would have known.

We had to speak to management about something tragic that happened in our fur family a couple of weeks after Christmas this year and they were REALLY nice, attentive and understanding. I placed an online order for a specific toy ball my dog thinks he can't live without. The store was out of them but the staff let me know when more might arrive, then called when they got there. Saved me a lot of time, energy, and travel to find this toy and my dog is happy again. Great service and helpful staff! Thanks!

The groomer Alexis is the best! She is very good with my little bear! Little Bear can be very hyper, and she is always carefully not to cut him.

I went here a few weeks back looking for a hamster for my son who is a bit younger but really wanted one and the lady was rude and giving unwanted advice about his age and capabilities as a pet owner. She kept assuring me that my son would probably be bitten so I took my business elsewhere to a local pet sales place where I was assured their hamsters are friendly, and so was their stuff. I won’t be back here. I’ll order online at another business.

I always get welcomed and greeted with a smile when i walk into Pet Supplies Plus in Vienna. My mom and i were shopping, looking for the food our puppy eats when Gene welcomed us and asked if he could help us find what we needed. He ended up offering a great alternative since our usual puppy food was out of stock. We had no problems finding some additional toys and some cat food because the store is always so clean and organized. Gene checked us out and offered me some useful info on their rewards program which i really appreciated. I love seeing fellow retail workers go above and beyond to help customers’ shopping experience so much more easy and enjoyable. Thank you, Gene! We’ll definitely be back. :)

Friendly atmosphere and they did a great job on our Angel just a shame that the groomer constantly calls off , they may want to consider getting a new groomer since the one they have does not want to show up for work.

I love shopping here bc they normally have a big variety of stuff. They also help the humane society with trying to help adopt cats by having a enclosure with a few cats from the humane society for people to see and they also help with food drives for several different area shelters.

Went to use the self service dog wash, the area was extremely muddy. Tried to use the squeegee they had sitting in there to clean the floor so my dog would not get filthy again after the bath but the floor drain wasn’t working, so I had to stand in mucky water while I bathed my dog. No conditioner provided like was told, only shampoo and 2 in 1. After the towel drying my dog, tried to dry with the dryer, but it only blew cold air. It’s a cold day outside and cold air on my dogs double coat did nothing to dry it. Had to towel dry best I could. Went to ask for more towels for myself and the other customers in there and told them the dryers were not working. Employee told me they aren’t allowed to turn on the dryers heat because it might burn the dog. What is the point of a cold dryer? Paid and left with a soggy dog. Will not be returning or recommending the self dog wash.

Tarantulas in the wrong enclosures for their species. Staff acted like a harmless benign tarantula was going to kill them, barely working up the courage to get a juvenile arboreal tarantula out of its shoddy haphazard enclosure to sell it to me. Selection on enclosures is lackluster too. Definitely won't be coming back here.
