My daughter and I love to go to Panera Bread. I got really hooked on them while we lived in Nashville, so when given the chance..I stop. We went for lunch today to enjoy some Soup and Smoothies. We both opted for the Creamy Tomato Soup and we both got Smoothies, her the Mango and myself the Strawberry Banana...I love the Panera App also because I can get Points that will reward me with free food and discounts. The store was clean, the staff friendly and I will definitely go back again!!!

It was an early Saturday night, not busy. It took almost 20 minutes to get our food. My daughter ordered a bread bowl which they were out of at 7:00, ridiculous. We went to get our drinks, station dirty, no straws and tea not marked. Would give this place a minus 20.

Well the cashiers were awesome. But my bacon Turkey bravo....um has no turkey.... and was def not heated like I has asked but mainly. It's missing all the meat. Pretty annoying cause I'm now back home in marietta.Also tried to call first but the phone number is not accurate. Or working.

So it was my birthday and they offered me a free dessert. I got the cinnamon roll and it would have been awesome if it were warmed up. So I had to eat it at the house.Parking: They have a big side lot for parking and also parking in the front.Kid-friendliness: It is a kid friendly place. But keep your kids on a leash. Just kidding. Let your well behaved, and manner using kids in there.Wheelchair accessibility: They have handicapped parking with wheelchair accessibility’s.

Two of the last three times I ordered via the app my order was not correct. On top of that they moved the “Rapid Pickup” to behind the counter. Now I have to wait in line just to get my order. Kind of defeats the purpose of rapid pickup. Will no longer order from Panera.

I have tried to give them many trys... But it's always an issue.My food has been wrong so many times, and I'm not making adjustments... My order has been given away. The staff is always rude and act like your an issue because they messed things up.They only make so many of their breakfast souffles. I went in and order one plus other items. Well they served my food in two different areas and apparently the manager gave the last souffle away, skipping my in house order. Then getting a refund was ridiculous.Never again

First, I want to say, I have had good service and food from Panara. But on my last visit I purchased two meals, drinks and a chocolate chip cookie. The cookies are usually soft and warm. This time the cookie was so hard, I took one bit and couldn’t eat it. I went up to the manager that was in the register area and told him. His response was, he could give me another cookie, but it would be hard too, because they are all from the same batch. I felt he should have offered me a refund on the desert or offered me a different kind.

Panera Bread in Marietta,Ohio was a terrible choice to eat tonight. They were sold out of bread bowls and all soups of our choice. The chili soup with turkey was terrible….beans were hard. Grilled cheese sandwich was nothing but a piece of bread with melted cheese between it…not toasted. The cinnamon roll was hard and cold. No ice for the drink machine! This is a new facility and did not offer anyone to help you figure out how to order. I witnessed several people leave because of food being sold out or not being waited on 🤷‍♀️….there weren’t even very many people there. Very poor first impression and most likely won’t be going back. Prices were terribly high for what we got and the service we received.

I fell in love with this chain 25 years ago in Fairfax Va. The food was great and I ate there once a week. Over the years the food is still good but it seems like the portions are smaller. The prices are higher. The wait time seems longer than average. For the price it’s not worth it anymore to go there. But you may enjoy it. Their French onion soup is very good.

This was my first visit ever to this location, and I must say, it was a fantastic experience. The interior is stunning, clean, and relaxing. The fireplace is a nice touch.The food was hot, amazingly fresh, and the Tuscan chicken was absolutely perfect along with the corn chowder. Such a fantastic combination.The variety of lightly sweetened specialty teas and other drinks were a delight to try. Very refreshing. And so different from the usual slog of incorrectly mixed sodas you run into in every fast food restaurant.The price is a bit higher than your average fast food fare, but the quality more than reflects that and is completely worth it.

I love the Mac and cheese here.. they used to have good potato soup and got rid of it.. At this particular location you definitely need to bring your own silverware. Mine has been gross to the touch last couple times I’ve been.. even when I asked for another to replace the first, it too was disgusting..

Good food. Love their teriyaki bowl and their bread. Also chicken soup. Some of the soups are a little too salty for me. I love their smoothies.Vegetarian options: Their salads are very good.Parking: At the side of the restaurant. In a good location. Plenty of spaces. Any overflow, they are able to park in some of the Grand Central Mall's lot.

Wonderful friendly employees that made me feel like family!! I do not live in a city with Panera or other fancy coffee places so I had alot of questions about the menu and what meant what. Counter person very nicely explained the options to me and laughed with me about my thoughts on making my decision. My friends and I sat and enjoyed the pleasant, clean, welcoming atmosphere while we chatted and laughed. The manager Kayla came around and asked if everything was okay and was so pleasant, open and friendly! We had a couple of very nice conversations with her about our experience with ordering, the products offered, her crew of employees and the clean welcoming atmosphere. All of the employees that I saw were properly wearing masks ( their smiles showed in their eyes and words) and everything including the restroom was spic and span clean! Even the employee that was taking out the trash seemed happy, was masked, had on clean clothes and was friendly! Thank You all for taking steps to protect against the COVID 19 virus! Thank you all for being great and providing a fantastic place to come in and relax and enjoy ourselves! Thank you, Kayla, for running your shift in a fashion that had everyone happy to serve and enjoy! This was a awesomely fun visit and I will come back again and again!!

I place order for 2 dozen bagels on a Friday to be picked up Saturday paid in advance drive 2 hours to get them they gave away or something . Replaced order for pick up Sunday drove 2 hours again one way the don't have them. I will never grace the doors of this business again

Sandwich was small and cold. Soup was delicious. Price is outrageous for what you get, I spent $14 and that was for lunch. Restaurant was clean and manager was walking around talking to customers, and helping with cleaning, something you don't see at other places. Really need to work on the prices for your for, though. Wouldn't make a special trip to eat here, especially for the price.

Service was very slow and the cashier put in the wrong order for my sandwich. When we finally got our order, the food prep person got my husband's order wrong. Employees wore masks but they did not enforce social distancing as people we're leaning on the back and side of our booth waiting for their order while we are. Not one of our favorite places a d we go there very seldom. We had a gift card to cover our lunch which is why we went. I think they are overpriced for what we ordered. Doubtful we will go back.

Just went to dine-in. I ordered a you pick two, Mac and cheese and a heated bacon turkey bravo. The items were correct however, the Mac and cheese was still very cold and almost tasted hard like it was still frozen or had just been taken out of the fridge, and the bacon turkey bravo I had was cold. The kiosks card reader does not work either.

$27 for lunch for my wife and I. Both of us had Pick-2 and a drink. My cream tomato soup tasted like spaghetti sauce, and was about the same consistency. I had to add half-n-half to thin it out.The store really needs cleaned. The carpet is filthy with caked on grime and several of the booths need new seats as they are torn. I will not be going back.
