Every goodwill around me has really changed their policies and the way they do business. It's really not fun to thrift there anymore. I used to spend hundreds of dollars at goodwills every week. Now I'm walking out with nothing most of the time. This location in particular has gotten rid of their dressing rooms, started taking tons of items off the shelf (even while you're looking at them lol so rude!), gotten rid their rewards, only out certain brands on the floor now...like what incentive do people have to shop goodwill anymore? So disappointed.

Nice, clean store. Some days they are pulling tons of clothing off the shelves and there's not much to chose from. Conversely, I've found some excellent antique glassware at exciting low prices! The staff is very nice too!

Better than S.S locationI hate GW as a whole- very greedy and corrupt company... But despite that, I love thrift stores.Morals aside, this location is much more fair and sells more quality items, less garbage. I wish they still sold books. The staff are friendly and I'm there often enough that some recognize me and I adore them for their kindness.I just wish corporate didn't demand any worthwhile games, music, etc media and good electronics weren't auctioned off online. What I'd give to actually find what I love most in life. Miss the days of finding old Nintendo games at GW.

Not a great experience. Tried to return a holiday sweater that didn’t fit for a different item of equal value. Rude experience that followed. Then asking can I resonate the item and just swap for an item of equal or lesser value? A blatant no was given. Customer service and experience- 0 stars

They auction out anything good. Even legos! They are not a charity. They are a for profit business! Don't donate to them!!!!!

Always has SUCH a frequently changing, high quality merchandise to choose from. Ranging from some extra cups for your household to AUTHENTIC designer clothing, that frequently has tags on them still - and some women will spend $80+ on JEANS ( 1 PAIR.) at a place like "Buckle," & a woman like ME will spend $80+ at Goodwill & have built myself an ENTIRE wardrobe from scratch and take pride in my willingness to broadcast my super supportive & first choice store for clothing as GOODWILL ( & of course I give back by dropping off unwanted/discarded items there too. ) Honestly, I hope people stay overlooking the phenomenal selection there because then I will always be one of the few extremely lucky customers who has spent the least, to have the MOST. I should rate it low & trash it BUT greed isn't going to keep this business afloat & open for business that way, so check it out, take your time, even try things on - there is something for everyone & has so much more than clothing, too. But, don't trust me, go see for yourself. ( The outfits in the shared images totaled less than $30 .)

Visiting relatives and staying in the hotel next door. Your store was spotless, very organized and great staff. First time in a Goodwill. When I got back home, thought I would check out the one near me in Williamsville, NY. So disappointed. You should be very proud.

Only two stars cos this one is better than the new on the other side of town. And seriously: why, oh, why, must the clothes be organized by color? Attempting to find anything in my size is a disaster, and the tags don't even have sizes. It's even worse when the shirt has the tag missing. You can organize by color, but by size as well. I also don't like stuff being on top of the clothing racks, I get it, you get more clothes than anything but I've been to better organized Goodwills. It's impossible to look at stuff without having to move things around and be in someone's way. There were clothes on the floor, carts full/partially full/empty everywhere, clothes thrown in the space in the hangers, stuff strewn everywhere. Staff has always been nice at least.

Prices on items keeps going up. It's almost the same price to buy a Tshirt at Walmart. Doesn't seem right when all items are donated. Seems like they would sell more and in return make more with prices like they were not long ago.

It's been a while since I've been here but this place has really gone downhill. Nothing seems remotely organized.I did find a couple items. The workers were nice.

The only good thing was the purse I bought. Clothes were nasty dirty with holes, also clothes on the floor in isles and nobody picking them up and putting them back on hangers. Several employees standing around making fun of another employee while 1 lady running register with a line to the back of the store. She had no help

I bought so much from the place last nite I did not realize the time they close at 8 and I didn't get out till 834 t h e manage r and employees were so helpful I felt bad I'm sure they were so tired from being there the store is awesome love it could spend all day there and still would not be enough time thanks goodwill in Vienna wv

12/28/2022. 12pm1st time there in over 2yrs.Boy what a MESS this store is. Cannt find anything. They rearranged this store all wrong.Could locate better when was old way. Appliances and knickknacks on top of clothes, BOY. ALL WRONG !!! The one on southsideSame way. Will never enter thur doors again !!!

Over all my experience was good. I went in and found a bunch of clothes for next to nothing. Of course the store is nothing fancy. It’s there to save you money. I couldn’t believe the deals I got. You have to look around and it’s not like shopping at Walmart or JCPenny but you leave with a lot and money still in your pocket. Great for thrifty people and folks on a budget.

I love shopping at Goodwill and always find good bargains I can use in my new apartment. I bought picture frames I needed in black for $1.00 a piece. Excellent service from the employees also. I also donate lots of unneeded items regularly and the dock employees unload items I'm donating for me. Keep up the good work. Thanks to all of you.

I love goodwill. But since they remodeled the Vienna, wv store it is harder to look at things. Everything is piled up on top of things in the baskets so u have to touch everything to see what is in the baskets. And if you happen to be short well just forget it. The staff has always been great

This is the best Goodwill store in our region. The staff really care about your shopping experience and handle your donations really well. The staff work hard especially in the back sorting through everything ant receiving your donations. Did you know that you can buy brand new mattresses and box springs there too! My little son was also treated very kindly.

I love Goodwill. I can find good clothing there. I could stay and look all day. They have a huge selection and up to date stylish clothes. Even when I can afford it I don't buy new clothes (very rarely) I go to Goodwill.

We were on a road trip for a few days and love to shop at Goodwill. However while shopping this location on 8/30/17 at 5:50 pm the lights were turned off and it was yelled that the store was closed, and it was time to check out. I thought that this was rather rude and nasty for an organization that relies on donations to stay in business. I know we will not return to this location. And I don't recommend people donate to this location either. Take it to one of the other locations where the staff is much nicer.

Really dislike the color coordination and the rack set up. For one it looks cluttered, and if you're in the middle of a lane of racks, and someone is behind or in front of you, there is no way out. In the time of COVID19, that is a very poor setup. This store could really use a cleanup and some organization.

Very strong air freshener nasty for anyone with asthma. Clothing in rows by color, not size. No one wants to search through all the clothing to find one size.

Clean and well organized. Woman at counter (Brenda?) was very pleasant, singing/humming tunes when she worked. Bit limited on men's clothing but definitely worth a stop. *S*

Why would you sort clothes in a thrift store by color? If I had to guess, probably 65% of your customers jusy get frustrated and leave. Sales would go up tremendously if you sorted them by style/size.

Okay selection, higher than usual prices, and ho-hum service makes this thrift store less than favorable. I've often visited without finding so much as a shirt that even interested me. I'd much rather visit a local place like Newstart Thrift Mart or ReStore for thrifting outings.

Stuff there is mainly useless. There are older video games some newer too for pc I got the original sims game and once got guild wars 2 which is a good game. Clothing smells weird..
