Terrible customer service, I'm a personal trainer who moved into the area. Decided I needed a new power rack, came here for a deal they were having, they didn't have any in stock had to special order. After talking to 4 people I finally found somebody who could special order it (and that took another 35 minutes). They took a 200$ deposit and said we will call you, they called once I missed it and I called back but they couldn't figure out why I was called. That was 3 weeks ago, today I get called and told I forfeited my deposit cause I never came in and picked up my power rack, " we tried calling you multiple times." I gave the buisness my company number, I don't get called by 304 numbers cause I'm not local I only ever got the 1 call and I called back but was told nothing. Im willing to bet the other locations are better but everybody at this location is incompetent.

We purchase all of our sporting goods here.They always have what we need.My husband makes a trip there often to get his fishing things.I never knew there were so many different types of fishing equipment

Prices are better than sportsmans warehouse, but the black powder selection is nearly non existent, only 209 primers, and nothing for more traditional shooting like cap and ball or flintlock supplies

I like the variety of outdoor stuff they have and sometimes you can find good prices on things and other times the prices are a little high. All in all I still enjoy going there and always get something so it's never a wasted trip

Sooooo slow! This is not at the ordinary. The people running the registered are retired folks who aren't comfortable with the system and their checkout system is so outdated it takes 5 minutes to check out even with just one item. Love the store but hate shopping there.

This place always seems disorganized and they never have things you expect they would have. I mean they only have one brand of jockstrap. And it's not even like the national brand it's some weird never heard of brand That doesn't even fit that well. Sorry picture not included lmao

No deals on women's jeans but $10 on men's jeans. Good for my hubby.Must have gone at a better time - got some jeans, 1/2 off, which makes me happy!Prices just seem a little pricey for what they have & offer.... (still feel the same).

Good general purpose sports store. I needed swim masks for an upcoming trip and this was my last resort as all other stores have switched to winter and removed swim stuff. Found an aisle with a good selection and price range. Things are priced on the high side, but some deals are to be had. A little something for every sport under one roof. Lots of sports apparel for local and collegite sports. Friendly staff.

They have good stuff for sports, but if ur buying somethings you can not return it, like a canopy that you take and put up once and was broken when you got it, but because it is not in a unopened box you can't return. So now we have to try through the company that makes it. So there goes 200 dollars. Just watch what you buy and always ask can I return this.

Kyle at the gun counter is a very friendly and willing worker! He helped me get through all of my troubles of purchasing my first gun. I recommend asking for KYLE every time you are interested in anything to do with guns , he knows a lot and will help you instantly!!!! He should get a raise , he is so amazing at his job and has awesome customer service!

This Muddy Droptine 1.5 man is a real nightmare to assemble. I should have known it would be difficult. Made in Vietnam! I was over there in 1968 and must have irritated the individual who designed this ladder stand. If you purchase one please buy a 5/16 drill bit; because many of the drilled holes don’t line up.

One of the worst places in the MOV. Terrible service, it's like no one works there. Prices are mislabeled,.When you do actually find something you want, you have to go ask the girl at the checkout to call someone, and when they get there the price is $600 more than it says. I hate Dunhams! Rural King is right down the road. Don't waste your time at dunhams, overpriced , and terrible service. Negative 5 stars.

Normally I wouldn't bother with this BUT, If it weren't for the fact that I was looking to purchase a pistol $ in hand.. Stood at the gun counter for 25 to 30 minutes then called the store from said counter and asked for help. Right away they said, Well ANOTHER half hour goes by and waited no more. Took my cash elsewhere!!!

Called to ask about a fish fryer the guy who answered the phone had to get a manager, I was on hold for 8 minutes. I hung up and called back was put on hold again, this time someone else picked up finally. I asked if they sold pot and basket separately. No we don't sell parts independently. I then asked, how much for the whole fryer? I don't know. I'd have to go back there and look to see if we even have one.

Awful awful service on a gun. Drove an hour to buy. Bad my legal paper document Identification printed from the dmv. Was refused sale because of this. A family member with me tried to buy the same gun was told they were buying it for me so he could not buy it. Very very upset after having to leave work early because they refused to make a sale. Went in to look for a pair of shoes. The staff was very unfriendly and didn't want to help me. When I asked to speak with someone from management to get help since the attitude I was receiving was unacceptable they said the manager stays in the back and doesnt help customers. I wont be back. Go anywhere else.

Somewhat overpriced items in my opinion and difficult to get service at the gun counter. Some of the employees there are bad at customer service. I enjoy the wide selection of sporting goods.
