Has furniture and products at a low price.. also it has a lot of different things for your pantry.. I'm glad I stopped there today I got a lot of things I needed.. the only thing I would say I didn't like, is that everything that you can actually get from the store is not out on display.. you should go on the website and find out what you might want and you can go there and tell them and they can order it for you.

They had a nice assortment of products. Only the layout was a little confusing but overall a great store to go shopping! Bought a cute spiderman dog toy.

The store looks great. The new location really went all out on design. The staff was helpful and kindly walked us through the steps when we came in to buy a new couch. Lots of selection in the store, and the clearance section wasn't too shabby either. All in all, a nice place to shop. Looking forward to going back.

Well my partner and I were in the process of getting things for our new apartment. We had about $100 worth of items already in our cart and came to the home section for a new trash can, our experience was fine until a blonde older woman employee was invasive to our space and started observing what we were doing.She inserted herself in our conversation hostily, and said she could not sell it to us as it was, with the lid. Why wouldn't it come with the lid if it were placed there on the clearance rack, attached to the can?She made up this rule on spot and rudely kept making excuses as to why we could not buy it and treated us like we were lower than her. Needless to say after such a terrible encounter with this woman, we decided we didn't want to do any shopping there and left the cart feeling disrespected.Anyways, they lost money We now plan to buy our furniture set, elsewhere.Perhaps some communication skills for someone who considers themselves in a management position, should be more polite when talking to customers. Save your time, most items are overpriced and cheaply made.

Tons of products you can't find anywhere else! Store is huge with a neat & tidy layout for all sections and areas. One thing appreciated, is... each department (for the most part) has an employee or one nearby. That solves the problem of customers running all over the store to hunt for customer service. Most products are reasonably priced, where others are simply unbelievable. We were able to find many things, while there were several we could not (a larger selection of electronics products, more reasonably priced clothing & shoes, particularly for women's plus-size population and a larger, more quality selection of bedding products).

They sell box springs with underlining already torn off and displayed mattresses during covid as a new set fully priced. Furniture Department needs big time improvement.

Don't know what happened to Big Lots. Used to be called a big Lots Small Prices, but that is no longer true. Better prices at your local grocery or on Amazon.

I hit the jackpot today with needed items and items I didn't think I need, but will definitely use. Love this store. Plus I had a 10% off Birthday coupon. Win-win.

Great new location and plenty of parking and parking for curbside pickup.Very spacious and clean.Prices are very affordable.I will definitely make this a store of choice when making out my to do lists!!

Found a few good deals but the majority of things there are just way over priced. Cashier was nice, no employees on the floor to ask questions.

We had the unpleasant experience of our couch Cushing covers falling apart After not even having it for more than 3 months.When we inquired today about the issue they said they only have a 30 day Return policy unless we had bought the extended warranty.... but I guess we were not offered it because it's not available if you do the progressive leasing.So, after speaking to the nice associates and furniture manager, Tony, we were able to get the issue resolved! They may be now talking about the crazy cushion family but hey at least our couch is probably good for 3 more months 😁🤷🏼‍♀️

I'm an Amputee and in a big store I need a Electric wheelchair and there was none. They had one regular wheelchair with a basket on the front and I can't do those.

I always thought big lots was a discount store more or less, so why is everything more expensive there $9 for a glove hat combo for kids, couldn't find anything less than 8 for either gloves or a hat

It's a big store. Nice furniture and the bed and bath section is nice. Out of alot of things so maybe I'll find what I need next time.
