Update: been waiting a couple months for a call from the manager and no call! This rating is for the country pride restaurant. Don't forget to tip your server if your ordering for to go only. The 2 lady's in there were very rude when I didn't tip. Becky, was complaining the entire time that I didn't leave her a tip. Patiently waited on my food at the counter listening to the bickering. Once food was ready she threw my food on the counter and stormed off. Was also complaining about the other guy not letting her keep the change. Hey Becky, if you don't like your job at 3.00 an hour why don't you leave. Will not return to this ta location ever!

Shower was good but I ate in restaurant and was the worst service I have ever had at a ta. Server was rude when she threw menus on table. I got sweet tea was never offered a refill. Food was good but server never checked to see how it was. Dropped off check and I waited 15 mi uses for her to finally come take it. If restaurant was busy could understand poor service but was not busy at all

Came in for truck and trailer failing dot inspections. We were done. Shutdown do not pass go. Don't even go across the street. Rolling on a trash can. 2 days....... 2........ days..... TRUCK REPAIRED. The fastest mechanics I've ever dealt with for this amount of work. From the receptionist all the way down to the 20% off discount at country pride. Phenomenal job guys. Highly recommended.

It was okay, it's a huge lot so it's surprising how many truck drivers are already filling it up. There's no music playing and inside became eerily quiet. There's an adult club next to it so it's worth mentioning, I'm not too fond of that kind of vibe personally

My boss and I took our rig to this TA because we noticed one of the straps on our air tanks was missing a nut, could the strap have been replaced yes, did it need it though? No it did not all we needed was for the shop to put a new nut on it and we could roll. We disconnected our trailer and pulled into the bay a guy went underneath for maybe 2 mins tops, then proceeded to go to lunch without saying anything to myself or my boss about what they found. Keep in mind we just needed a nut replaced. 2 hours or more go by and we are still in the bay when my boss gets a call stating he has to release funds for the work. The work was never done so we went in to complain. They told us it was gonna be $128 minimum when they did nothing! Then proceeded to give us two nuts and said we could fix it ourselves if we wanted. So we went out to the lot and put it on it 20 mins tops. They wanted to wait till Monday to put a whole new bracket on when it was not needed. I wish I could give a half a star for this unprofessional service.

After reading reviews, I will NEVER stop at this place. Free parking that local fracking trucks take up and only leave the paid parking to OTR truckers? Jokes. With the prices on everything that rob truckers to start with, these places want to charge for parking? TA corporate (along with most other truck stops) should be brought up on charges of theft. Folks these places are robbing everyone as the prices you pay for all merchandise goes up due to 13 dollar salads, 20 dollar parking, 5 dollar cans of Pringles, and 8 dollar microwave burgers. The worst rip off in this country that people fail to recognize. I only hope karma strikes the CEO’s of these truck stop conglomerates.

Have eaten here twice, first time had cheese burger and tater tots, was ok.Today had the buffet for lunch, that was good and hot. The chicken was good, tender and juicy.Waitress was very nice and helpful, kept drinks full and cleared plates.

The quality of the food, the quality of the service I’m a foodie, but I’m a truck driver and this is probably the best cleanest freshest food on the interstate as far as the truckstop, the quality of the cooks and how they cook the food is past five star ratingexceptional quality of food and service. God bless this gas station.

Went in for what should of been a simple tire replacement. I was immediately pulled into the shop and my blown tire was removed and I was told I needed a NEW WHEEL. NO ONE HAD THE EFFING COMMON COURTESY TO TELL ME THEY DID NOT HAVE THE WHEEL AND WHEN ONE COULD BE ORDEREDI LOOKED INTO THIS AFFER A WHILEWHEN NO WORK WAS BEING PERFORMED , I DETERMINED THERE WAS NOTHING WRONG WITH MY OLD WHEEL. THESE UTTER FOOLS ONLY WANTED TO CLOG up their shop so THEY DIDNT HAVE TO DO ANY WORK. AS MANY AS TEN PEOPLE WALKED AROUND SMOKING, TALKING. EATING AND OTHERWISE HANGING OUT AND PLAYING ON THEIR PHONES BUT ZERO WORK WAS BEING DONE AND PEOPLE LEFT BECAUSE THEY WERE GIVEN ABSURD WAIT TIMESI WAS TALKING TO A FEMALE AT THE COUNTER WHO WAS JUST SMOKING IN THE SHOP AREA TAKING A BREAKSHE RECEIVED A PERSONAL CALL. WITHOUT SAYING A WORD NOT EVEN EXCUSE ME WENT BACK AND TOOK ANOTHER BREAK AND DISAPPEARED.MY OLD WHEEL WAS PUT BACK ON AFTER 5 HOURS WITH THE NEW TIRE.MY TIME IS VALUABLE AND ILL BE DAMNED IF I EVER USE THIS SHOP AGAINIF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD

Gave shop 10.5 hours lead time for a trailer inspection. Was called to a bay after 11 and only after I called and checked. Been sitting in front of the door for an hour with the mechanics not even acknowledging my existence. Meanwhile it takes 3 of them this long to fix 1 led tail light on another trailer as they take their 3rd smoke break out of bay 4.This place is a joke. Avoid at all costs for even minor repairs. A complete and total waste of time and undeserving of your money.

This is continuing of the story that was about waiting 14h for a tire replacement...So after these "mechanics" replaced the spare tire, I went on my way. This tire was mine, and I was keeping it as a spare in case I need it.[Note*- for my trailer I am using 18ply tires, spare tire was 16ply].2 days later, at home I went to shop to replace the spare (16ply) tire with a good one(18ply).Guess what I found out when they dismounted the spare from my rim. Pictures attached below.Mechanic from TA damaged the edge of my spare tire,that costs ~$350, when he "installed" it.What can I say... ridiculous job done by TA mechanics..Another note*- I did not witnessed the spare tire installation at TA location at that moment... So if you want done something right, you guys better watch TA mechanics out.

Worst TA I've ever been to in my life and I'm an on the road truck driver. I've been stuck here for 3 hours waiting on fuel and have received nothing but attitude from these inconsiderate people! And they're so ignorant they can't even tell me when the fuel pump is going to be back on! Literally sitting on E! Do yourself a favor and don't come here!

Fuel pump was leaking and their is always fuel spilled on the island..it always takes forever to check out becuase the gals would rather stand and gossip with other workers and ignore then to wait on you

This TA has very slow cashiers, limited fuel pumps for trucks and messy layouts, it’s hard to find the entrance due to the ongoing construction... they do have coffee, snacks, clean restrooms and a Country Pride restaurant.

Fleas in the booths!!! Only sit at the tables. Food is okay but over priced. Server started out great but my oatmeal sat in the window for over four minutes after she was told I had low blood sugar and needed it quickly. Also we were never asked about refils for our drinks. Seems like most food comes in frozen and is microwaved.

Please re-train your staff on how to cash out an 18 digit comcheck express code. I had $165 express code for reimbursements that I had gotten from my boss earlier that day. I grab fuel here hoping to avoid the 3% fee on my money. She tries telling me there is a $50 advance limit and it has to be assigned to my driver id and that it only lasts for 24 hours. I try to tell her that she doesn't know how to cash it out because it's attached to the 18 digit number and lasts for 30 days. Has not anything to do with my driver id or the $50 advance limit on the card. Had to walk out while verbally telling her that the next truck stop I get to will know how to cash this out. Voila!! it's almost like magic when competent employees know their job I was able to cash it out no problem at the flying j down the road! This could have been us at the T/A but y'all wanted to act incompetent!!

There is no buffet at TA Wheeling…if you’re a trucker planning on a 34 hour reset at this location, think twice. Food selection sucks, (roller dogs, and old sandwiches) if you don’t want to eat in their restaurant. Truck parking is always full because of the oil field workers, and most of the truck lot is full at all hours. My advice, keep rolling on past…there’s better truck stops than this one…

The shop is the biggest waste of space I've ever seen... I come in for 2 tires and a PM they tell me it will be 2-3 hours.. which is normal. Then 2 hours later I ask if the have an update on when they can get started.. they say yes pulling the back of bay 1. I do.. then sit there for an hour, go in and ask how long it will be till they get started... they have a guy guid me in, then 30 minutes later call me and tell me it will be 3-4 hours till they can get started.

There’s Chrome Shop at the second floor. I like that Shop the way they handle me because I can freely walking around the shop. Wish I could give them five stars but I don’t know about the Food Service

The service personnel in charge of cleaning the shower rooms are utterly lazy and do not thoroughly clean as they should. Toilet seat has feces stain on it and hair in sink. 'Cmon, you filled out an application for this job....why not behave like you're a responsible employee...it's not hard.

Checked in at shop Sunday, ac went out Saturday night. They confirm it’s the compressor and tell me we can order one have you in the shop at 830am Monday I check in at 730 being told the parts might not get there till 10am once they arrive they’ll call me in the shop. 1130am I go check with shop, did the parts arrive are we able to get the work done, my tech is on another job once he’s done we will call you in!

Just stopped in for a used tire for a trailer. 7/32 left on it (which was fine) but they told me they had no customers and it still took 90 minutes. $312 later, I decided I'll buy elsewhere. I got 5 new ones last month for 2500. The steer was only 3 something new! Bring money. Lots of money. I sent a similar message to Jason Strope, my rep for the 5 last month and he blocked my number after just 1 text.

Every one of these TAs have raggedy showers, raggedy food, and raggedy people. They have more reserved parking spots you have to pay for than regular spots. This should be illegal, I always avoid TA at all costs, but once in a while I get screwed by having to stop at one instead of Loves.
