It doesn't matter if you have a detailed list glued to your forehead or not; as soon as you walk in to see the discounted items in their neat little red bins, you end up rifling through more fall decor that you don't need to take home, yet you do. You also end up perusing through the rest of the clean and organized aisles because Target already has you forgetting what it was that you came in to do initially, and you remember suddenly that the Santo Palo, Cashmere, and Warm Amber candles smelled terrific when you last fell for this spell. Then you finally remember after an hour of staring at home furnishings that you're picking up a prescription from the very courteous and efficient staff of the integrated CVS pharmacy. You also end up stopping at the Starbucks there on the way out of what should have been 15 minutes because the staff there is terrific, you're thirsty after all that aimless walking without a true goal, and it's got a great matcha tea latte. All in all, I'm not sure if it's a nationwide phenomenon with Target, but this store has always made it easier to get lost in the shopping experience just by it's appearance in the store, friendly staff, and numerous, quality items with reasonable prices.

The store is so disorganized. The entire interior is disheveled, for lact of a better word. Not to mention the store was like a ghost town. It is sorta creepy. Yet still when you go to check out there is ONE cashier and a LINE. How can the place seem/be empty, but at check out there is long line.DO NOT USE THE RESTROOMS. You've been warned

Would not honor their own sale sign. 40% off. Showed cashier and she called someone over. They verified it then used walkie talkie to tell that department to take the sign down. Will stick with walmart so I don’t have to look that sale prices ring up correctly.

I'm not from the area and come down here every few months to shop at this store. The Starbucks employee, I think her name was Cameron, was so nice she asked us about the drinks we were getting, recommended we try a drink and even made us a sample to try.

I have visited this Target multiple times, I am not from the area but work in the area. The customer service is much better than my local Target. I enjoy that they open at 8am, I was here yesterday at 8:30 and I was the only one in the store. Clean store, Target always has amazing deals. Ordering online and picking up is such a great option to have.

Just your same old generic target full of white women who drive giant SUVs and think they're better than everyone else. This one has self checkouts, though, so it's definitely nice.

They have price matched my items, from Amazon, right at the checkout without any hesitation. Nice wide aisles and the store is very clean and the associates are always very courteous and helpful.I do wish they had more of the GI Joe Classified Series or would message when they are available online.1/26/27 UPDATEI have been able to find more of the GI Joe Classified series that when I left the first post. And the store is always very clean and the staff super helpful, except Frank at the pharmacy, he's awful, but that's a CVS thing, not Target, but I wanted to put it out there.10/20/23 UPDATEi wish there had been more checkout people working or more self check outs. The store was clean and stocked.

It’s Target it has bathrooms and is accessible for people in need It is kept clean and the shelves are always full of stuff to try to sell you. It also does have self check out if you don’t want someone doing it for you. It’s almost always open besides holidays.

Extremely friendly employees and amazing deals!!! Love the Cartwheel App! The manager Ryan is always extremely friendly and helpful at the store in Triadelphia,WV. He was passing out Target bags full of samples to all the shoppers checking out today! Every employee is always very nice and helpful! I drive an hour 3 times a week just to shop at that store because the employees feel like family! Don’t change a thing! I love it there!

Huge fan of all the exclusive collectibles. My only complaint is that I wish the staff were more careful cutting open the shipping containers. I've been lucky enough to get a few hard-to-find exclusives but I've also had to leave a few on the shelf because the box had a slice in the side. Great store otherwise. Terrific customer service.

Standard shopping experience. Ran in on a weekday to grab an extra shirt and some ibuprofen while on vacation. Obviously no try on or fitting rooms, Standard selections of items, masks all in place, social distancing measures laid out including the cash register. Never a favorite, but had what we needed without having to make a much further stop to grab these fre necessities

Great store. They have a huge variety of merchandise to choose from. There is a lot of space between aisles, to make it easier to maneuver around. Some of their prices are a little higher than wallyWorld, but the store is a lot cleaner, and more comfortable and laid back to shop. There are a few things I look for when I go into chain stores, and this store has the biggest selection of those items.

The store has a lot of products and brands you can't find in any other stores. I was looking for a specific brand power bank for my phone and no other stores at the Highlands carried it except Target. The store is well kept and managed, but they could do better in regards to stocking. Sometimes areas can look empty. The staff is really friendly and helpful. It's a great alternative to other stores at the Highlands though.

Most online orders go smoothly. I did order two TV's previously and they cancelled my order without any assistance to provide a comparable item. Competitors like wal mart always have helped by shipping the item or offering comparable item for the same discount in the past.

I ordered online with Target for the first time ever... and never again!! I literally ordered my items on a Thursday, or Friday at the latest, and went to pick them up on Sunday, the first chance I had, and they said my items had been shipped back!! Seriously??!! I have never heard of such a short window! I find this very unreasonable. I certainlyl won't be ordering again with them!

Clean store. It was well staffed with helpful employees. I got most of my Christmas shopping done here. They price matched a few items without much hassle. Plus Starbucks makes everything better.

I've been here one time on a skirmish over states. It was WONDERFUL, nothing makes me happier then to see a familiar target! Just like the ones back home, yet with some newer, comforting additons. 10/10 would go again to target!

I was outside waiting on a bus when an elderly gentleman in a scooter rode across the parking lot and dropped his wallet. One of your employees went out of her way to pick up his wallet and return it to him. I was so taken back by her kindness and honesty. Kudos to her😘....It makes you realize that there are still a few good people left in this world.

Couldn't get someone to wait on me in electronics. An employee called over another employee to help her with the same couple instead of making sure others were taking care of. I bought what I needed on Amazon for $15 cheaper.

I ordered multiple items from target and they were ready within minutes. I placed an online order from Kohls for one shirt, it wasn’t ready for almost three hours after the order was placed! One of my Target orders was placed two hours after the Kohls. BOTH Target orders were ready before the Kohls! I love the efficiency of placing an online order from Target! I will choose Targets online pickup from any other store!! I have never had a problem with ordering online from this store!! Everyone is always very friendly and willing to help! Keep up the amazing work!!

I love target dollar spot, however this location is the slowest I have ever seen stocking this area! Its not that big of a spot really and it has taken their workers three days and its still not all the way stocked! I see they're hiring so maybe that's the issue. One worker stocking was complaining about being so bored... So naturally he was moving at a snails pace. I think he would have rather just stood behind the customer service desk for which he was also responsible for. He clearly had a lot to do yet he was just sooo bored. The cashiers I will say are super nice but the stockers leave much to be desired.
