Pretty small store, and the men's clothing section is never any good. I feel like the store is more geared towards women. Probably needs remodeled as well this one is starting to show its age and isn't as nice as newer ones in other cities.

This store is very nice, clean and organized! But, that isn’t why I’m leaving them a review. I love about three hours away and were there on a family trip. I forgot one of my bags at the counter and didn’t realize it til two days later. Amanda found the bag when I called and took the time to ship it to me! They are amazing!

It was a lot cleaner and well kept than rhe last time we visited this store, which was a few years ago, because it was so nasty looking. This visit was great and we purchased some carry on luggage at a great deal.

I just made a return on a laundry basket because one of the straps was broke and I didn’t notice until I got home and the blonde older lady said to me “I’ll give a return to you this time, but next time you only get credit because I’m sure it wasn’t broke when you bought it.” However, it was broke when I bought it, I just didn’t notice until I was home. She was very rude and had poor customer service. I won’t be returning to this store.

This is the most well organized TJ Maxx I have ever been in! There are 7 TJ/Marshall/Homegoods stores within a 30 min drive for me and none of them are even close to this one. This made for a nice shopping experience and made my OCD happy. We will back more often, keep up the great work!

Upon our long travels to the distant High Lands, we made our way to the T.J. Maxx. The shop keep knew the proper retail etiquette and how to answer any question I posed. They have an abundance of nice things to choose from. I would recommend to any weary travelers.

A good place to stop in and quickly browse to see if there might be something. I haven't found very much good lately, but I'm also not their ideal customer. My son bought a couple of great hoodies.

I love T.J. Maxx. They sell expensive things for a more comfortable price. The staff are pretty nice aswell. They sell things like jewellery, clothes, travel things, makeup, purses, dog supplies, art, toys, things for working out, kitchen supplies, etc. Can completely recommend!

Lots of great deals, especially on the clearance rack, if you take your time. This store didn't have a lot of men's dress clothes but lots of housewares and pet supplies

Because of the pandemic the TJ MAXX at the Highlands in Triadelphia , WV only allows 42 customers in the store at one time. i realize that this ia a smaller store and the number of customers is determined by the "Powers that Be" but I have had to wait in line every time I went to the store. I have seen many customers decide not to wait and have left. I am certain you have lost sales as a result. The last time I wanted to shop there I was number 20 in line. Do you realize how long that wait would have been? Needless to say I went home. YOU NEED TO GET THAT LIMIT RE-EVALUATED. Also, I have noticed that other stores at the Highlands no longer limit the number of customers.

Their selection of men's clothing has not changed since 1999. And I hate being harrassed to apply for store credit cards after telling them no multiple times, and already spending my money there.

An exceptionally clean and orderly yard sale under roof of name brand year old merchandise that favors female bargain shoppers. The place was not as painful as Marshalls if you are a guy keeping score while shopping with your current spouse.

I’ve gone close to a dozen mornings first in the door for Rae Dunn items. Needless to say didn’t find anything. I have a funny feeling that employees and family members are getting it first. I can drive 20 minutes to a different store and find it so something isn’t right. I’ve asked if it wasn’t stocked and they said they don’t have any in the back.
