I truly LOVE how easy it is to book a grooming on the Petco website. Many local businesses are SO difficult to reach someone, even just to see their availability. I could get my dog in within 7 days on a preferred day and time. We adore our groomer as I know she gives my dog TLC despite his fear of grooming. My Bichon came home looking 10 years younger! :)

Fantastic, we were nervous about are dog first time experience with the dog grooming. Would like to acknowledge are groomer (Angela Watkins) for telling us how good are boy was and her taking care of him. 🐕 😘 he just loved her.

The groomer did such an excellent job & did exactly what I wanted cut for my pup. She's great & I'd definitely ask for her again! 💕 very pleasant attitude with a professional demeanor!

Prince is my first dog and was a rescue. Your staff was very pleasant and explained everything to us at dropoff. Angie was very conscious that Prince was a bit skidish and took excellent care of him. Afterward, she explained how he reacted to different things and we really appreciated the additional information. Prince really seemed to like his pampering session and we will be bringing him back.

Everything was fine. I have taken my dogs to Petco a few times before and they have always put a bandana and bows on my dog. This time it didn’t happen and I was very disappointed in that. Other than that it was fine. I also felt like I paid over 100 dollars for two dogs to get bathed and their nails cut and there wasn’t much difference from when I brought them in.

Today's experience was awful. The groomer calls me 2 hours after dropping my dog off to tell me that he can't be groomed. She said he keeps rolling on the table. I said rolling? Is he sick? She said no he jumps and it's not safe but he's bathed. My dog has been there plenty of times without incident. Then when I show up she's eating Pizza at the desk and gets an attitude with us. She goes back and gets my dog and he yelps in pain. Needless to say I won't be back there again.
