Shopped at Kohl's this week. Found some excellent buys. 50% sale price on a Nine West sweater. Ending price was $11. A beautiful sweater.

Unfortunately one or two bad apples ruins an experience for everyone. I placed an order 11/12 and accidentally chose ship to store, I wasn't aware until the pick up window had passed. I was in the Wheeling store to make a return so I asked about the pick up order. The employee at customer service had to get someone else to come explain that the order had been "put back" and it's an automated process, I have been refunded. Well, even though Angela didn't have time or compassion enough to wait an extra minute, I found out I hadn't been refunded, so I needed to know where the items were in order to have kohls corporate refund my account. When I asked to speak with a manager in order to let them know how rude Angela had been, she was who they called and then would not leave the area, even though she hadn't been there the entire time I had been in the store.I won't be back. For two managers to deflect and not be personable... Tells me there's no hope at that store.

Like the store alot but too much stuff in aisles. Cashier was pleasant and liked speaking with him. He is just the type of employee every business should hire.

Black Friday was terrific at Kohls. I was able to get amazing deals. The items in the store were neatly displayed, and the sale prices clearly visible. With percentage off, I saved a lot of money and now have future Kohls cash to spend.

This kohls didn't have much variety like other kohls I've been to. I went in the morning hours . Store was absolutely freezing cold inside. Hello.... It is winter outside now. Staff wasn't in very good mood

Don’t sign up for a Kohls credit card. Instead of the advertised 35% discount on my purchase, my discount was 1.7%. I will cancel the card asap.

I have had great success finding just what I was looking for at the Kohl's store near me. Quality products are sold and I love the discounts provided at various times. My last 3 purchases were with my 30% discount. Great savings for needed items.

Staff was so helpful, but am not happy with quality of my kitchen rugs.. ..looked like a postage stamp when I put them down instead of a rug. Noticed the size had been downsized several inches from previous ones. Also really thin.

We visited the store to shop I'm on a time crunch for my vacation. I was in intimate where and I was very shocked when I ask for help a gentleman named Joe turned out to be the store Manager he asked if there was anything that he could help me with. I just felt that that was very very extraordinary and bold on his part. I could tell by his face he was a little embarrassed but at the same time he still showed up as a employee of Kohls to see if there was anything that he could do to help me find what I needed. Very nice as it turned out I found everything He had a handy handheld computer and he was able to find what it was I was looking for instantly. Joee was very professional very helpful a great aura a true gentleman, with a very charming personality. I was very pleased to meet him and my husband also mentioned he is the best manager we have dealt with in a very long time that actually has a heart to help. Thank you kohls for having such a awesome and amazing manager as Joe we will definitely be returning and making this our number one store.

Love this store, especially the Kohl's cash. And especially the easiest amazon returns I ever did! No boxing just use yr phone or the qr codes n it set it days 3 to 5 but I get it in like 24 hrs....even some items I can try to return but they tell u to keep it but they still refund yr money back. I am a prime member m have been for yrs. Just always watch who u are actually buying from Amazon especially if u may need a refund. Amazing the best video shopping music n much more n it's really cheap!

My first time here was a Thanksgiving coming back from visiting family. The staff here made Thanksgiving shopping painless. The store was crowded with people looking for deals but they had every register open and even staged a few more on folding tables. Super easy and quick to checkout.If they are this efficient for the Thanksgiving rush I imagine that would carry over to day to day events.

Kohls had alot of work to do if they plan on staying in bussiness, their mens department is sad, so many tee shirts with stupid prints on them. No selection of long sleeve no print shirts. The women's line is also dated , you guys better wake up or the writing is on the wall.

On Friday 7/12/19, I went in to buy 1 pack of Tee shirts. I noticed that they were extremely busy, like busier than I have ever seen. They had at least 6 people checking out and there was still a long line. Those 6 people were doing great as the line was moving relatively quick. When I was in line, the lady at the jewelry counter said "I can take the next person in line" and everyone in line looked at each other to see who was going to claim that honor. A lady stepped up and started the process. I watched and tried to decide whether or not I should go over and get behind her when I thought, Hey, I only have a pack of tees, surely this won't be a problem, so I did. When the cashier got done with the lady in front of me she looked at me and said, "can I help you?" "I just need to check out", I said. "You have to go back to the line, I will call the next person." I said, "I am already here and I have 1 pack of tees, can you just check me out?" "NO, you have to back to the BACK of the line!" she said louder than she had been speaking. I looked ta the line and it was twice as long as when I left it. "Ma'am", I said, " I just want to get this one pack of tees, do I really need to go back to the end of the line?" She turned away without saying a word and walked to the other side of the counter. I put the shirts back and drove straight to Target and bought a pack for half the price. I know this is petty but the small things are what make a company great, otherwise, you are just average. I will not go back and it is solely because of one person. What a terrible reflection of the company.

They were counting customers at the door, very polite, decent sales stock seemed less than they used to have and not as much variety as they normally have, but check out was quick and all staff was super friendly! They wiped carts and debit pads down between each customer and had social distancing signs clearly marked on the floor!!!!!

Well ordered online and in store pick up. Called about in store and they did not have the items even though I kept getting a text. Wanted to return some items from delivery wrong size but I either pay or take to store which isn't next door. Tried to get a prepaid return slip but not like other companies.
