Looking for a new range. I needed something immediately. They don't have much on hand. Most you had to wait at least 2 weeks. I lucked out on a open box special. I am very pleased. It was perfect. Had even more features than I was looking for. The price was fantastic. I have purchased open box before. Never been disappointed. I purchased a open box laptop 13 years ago. It's still going strong.

The store's great the people in the store are great the products are nice.Don't ever try to call them on the phone? It's not possible there is no actual geek squad member that you can talk to on a phone. You can request them to come to your house and set it up for you. If you live close enough to them and you are within a town and not in the rural areas.You can make all sorts of appointments and they will come out eventually.But they won't speak to you on the phone... You have to drive their in person and then you might get the answer you're looking for. It is such a waste of time buying anything from that store.

Just a easy experience there picking up my online purchase. Staff member was very helpful. Was in there a short time and out the door. Product seems to be working well so far.

I don't often come here or shop at best buy in general since I live an hour away. I have been recently for some Christmas shopping and sales. I did one return a few weeks ago and the guy was nice and helpful. The "kid" (I'll be polite and not blast his name on here) today started off...okay...but then became rude and had an attitude. I had 2 returns and one exchange. He was okay with the first return, then the second was from an online order. That went...all right. He wasn't exactly friendly or personable. I tried making some small talk explaining why I was returning the items but I don't think he was listening. The 3rd was an exchange, and what I wanted was more so I wanted to know if it was possible to keep it on my best buy card and add the difference to it. I think he got annoyed that he had to walk clear to the back of the store to get the item I wanted. Cause when he came back he was rude and had an attitude. I asked questions to ensure it would go back onto the card, like in place of the other item (cause I had it under a financing plan). He was short with me and had attitude in his voice. I don't appreciate being treated like I'm stupid or like I'm a bother. I'm the customer that's asking questions for a valid reason and should be treated with kindness. He just seemed annoyed that I took up too much of his time. But that's his job, isn't it? I will say from the last 2 times I've been there I don't get asked if I need help while walking around. It can be confusing to find things there, and I've walked around and around before and never was asked if I needed help. I suppose some of the employees seem disinterested in actually helping the customer.

Best Buy is nice to find some products but overall experience I rate them 2. I've called multiple times to reach the local store. They only transfer to Phillipines for someone to take your call and set up an appointment. I've asked for local number and it's automated says it will connect me to store locally but again back to best buy international. Wasted 2hrs nothing got accomplished

I love the store. I love the products. Only reason for not giving a 5 star rating is calling customer service. It's truly a nightmare. You can't call directly to or be directed to your local branch. Even when I go into the store to avoid calling, I've been told they can't help me there that I have to call.And that is enough to have slowed down my want to shop there opposed to other places

I'll never shop Best Buy again. Ordered a PC, to be delivered here, with a guaranteed delivery date. Showed up on the guaranteed date, and it was not there. We were told that it could "show up anytime" on that date. Incorrect, that is not what "guaranteed by" means.They also said it would be there the next day. Go home to get the email notification that it was not in fact coming. Then through Best Buy chat customer support they say it was never shipped and they took more orders than they had product to supply, but they had no problem taking my money and sitting on it for two weeks knowing I was never going to get my product. I'll be reporting this entire experience to the FTC as I now have to fight to get my money back. This store will never see another dime of my money and I'll go out of my way to make sure none of our friends and family ever shop here again also.

When I entered the store a gentleman asked me what I was shopping for. I told him a chrome book that was advertised. He pointed to the right and said someone will be with you shortly. I looked around for 15 min and noticed there were 3 employees working. Two at the register and one at the door. No one is there to help customers. So I found what I needed and went to the check out. People were leaving as they didn't know exactly what they needed. There were small lines for the two check out people. I feel the man at the door would have been better off helping customers instead of standing at the door.

Honest their customer service is lacking and disappointing. It's hard enough to get good customer service in store, but their telephone support is even worse. If you need help locating an item or solving a tech issue, you shouldn't shop here. You will not get the support you need.

Not bad, however, compared to other Best Buy’s, this one is rather small.The one in Robinson, PA is much bigger and has a larger selection of items + dedicated sections to Microsoft, Apple, Amazon, etc.While you’ll find essential items here, if you are looking for accessories or ecosystem items, you may not find what you need here.

Absolutely, hands down, the WORST!! Bestbuy customer service will tell you one thing, and then the employees will do something completely different. Got screwed over on a Google pixel 7 from here. Should have bought an insurance policy!! The thing is, I did. Bestbuy says it's not active, can't use it. So bestbuy customer service, the people that are supposed to be running the show, tell me I have to go to another store to get some help. ( because the highlands store tried to scam me into bestbuy plus membership ) ĵ I had to go to the next one, over an Hr and a half away, just to have the store associate say, sorry can't help u. If your like me, then customer service is important to you. Your interaction should be precise. Not only did you not help me, you tried scaming me as well!! Save your time people. Go somewhere else

They are really busy for Christmas right now. The greeter at the door informed me right away that there was a wait list to get assistance for a store clerk, if I felt that I would need one. I didn’t need assistance on this trip, but it was good to know.

The store hours need expanded in wheeling wv location. 11 am is too late in the morning should be 9 am like all the other stores at the highlands.

I went and was greeted by 2 staff, who asked what I was looking for. I responded with headphones, and they asked what kind. I said just... headphones. They said they needed to know what kind... for a computer, a phone, a tablet? I said all of those. Well we have them in two different places so what kind. I kept repeating that I planned to use the headphones for multiple things. After a bit of that, they said gaming headphones are in x spot and all the rest are in y spot. Why all the back and forth? Why not just say that in the first place? Once I selected a pair of of over ear and a pair of buds, they rang up 3x more than marked. OK, I'll select another pair. Go back and it was clear they were out of stock on everything on sale and staff had just filled the hooks with anything to make it look full, but left the sale prices. In general, just a needlessly frustrating experience.

These guys are amazing. They know what they’re talking about. Eric was such an understanding guy.I go to this Best Buy often. I bought 3 dysfunctional devices. And actually got full store credit back!!Whew… talk about keeping it cool lololol !! Recommend this place. Their geek squad is good too!

It was an okay experience. My friend and I were greeted with a warm welcome. As we were walking around no one came up and asked if we needed help. After that, we were walking out the door and there was a huddle of associates standing there we said to have a good day to them and none of them acknowledged us.

Good selection of items and one of the few stores you can look at a demo model of an electronic device and compare it to so many others before you buy. Now prices sometimes are a tad more expensive but it depends on what you are purchasing. Never used geek squad so I can't comment on that
