Absolutely awful. The employees on tonight, Angie and a red head lady who had no name tag on, were awful. They had carts full of items all around the store that they didn't touch and only moved them so that they could walk and hang out elsewhere. Usually, the store and the employees are pretty good, but these two were not. They love to misgender you, and will even tell you "No." when you try to correct them and continue doing it to your face. They were extremely disrespectful when we had to come back later in the night for some other supplies as well. More than likely never going to return as long as these two """"ladies""""" are employed.Edited to add: Angie also coughed in her hands repeatedly and on top of the items I was purchasing. Used said coughed on hands to touch all over each of the items purchased. Was not wearing a mask at all.Edited on Oct. 8th: Went back today to pick up a couple of things, the red haired lady was back and she was glaring at me the entire time I was at the store. After it was clear I was going to buy merchandise, she disappeared to the back of the store, holding the same baby outfit she had been holding since I had walked in. Store was a mess, Halloween section entirely blocked from access and several aisles were too. Pictures were all taken at around 4:30PM today.**UPDATE**It has been almost two years since posting this review, and while things have slightly improved (not as many boxes everywhere/having the ability to navigate the store), the employee's have somehow gotten worse. One of the employees, Logan, will stalk you around the store and will put his hands on you to "scare" you, as if it is some kind of joke.Last week I had sent an email over this employee and his harrassment toward myself and other family members and still have yet to have any sort of response, and seemingly no action has been taken, as Logan is still working and has still been following people around the store.

Poor service , employees talking in the back with out any regards of ppl waiting in line. Can’t even walk in the aisle all product still in boxes. This employee need some one with leadership skills

This used to be a very nice and convenient place to shop but the last couple month's have been awful every time I need something quick there always closed. My daughter went to apply for a job, she was told they have enough employees! Clearly they don't or the store would be open. Went to BFS bought the things I needed 3 times the price, the worker said she knew of 20 people tried to apply and were told the same thing. Corporate should show up to check on the store.

The store often has empty shelves but carts full of items blocking the aisles and stocked shelves. The store could definitely benefit from better organization and a good,, thorough cleaning. I think the staff could use the extra help from a part time stock person. The staff is always great. Very friendly and it's convenient to have the store here.

The store was a lot cluttered and hard to look around. I know the employees can't help it. They have a lot on their plate. Besides doing cashier, they have to try to put the stuff away that comes in. It is usually one person that works, and has to do all this by themselves. They could use more help on the days a truck comes in. Just saying

Nice to have this availability in the area. Store could be better organized and a good cleaning. The isles are small with no room to pass a person without a cart. If the store was organized and stocked better, it would help a bunch! Staff is very friendly and helpful.

This location is okay. It's a pretty small location compared to others I've visited. The store itself could definitely use some upgrades and a through cleaning of the entire store. The merchandise is good and pretty much the same choices as other locations.

I was shopping around, I had food and a keychain when the employee walked by, she then stopped and started following me around store no matter where I went. I decided not to buy the keychain and put it on the shelf. She hurried up and grabbed the key chain from the shelf. Because of action I felt really uncomfortable and decided to check out even though there were a few more things I needed. She then began making very rude remarks, saying it's hard to tell what I shoved in my pockets. I offered to empty my pockets and everything else out right there on the counter in front of her before I paid for the items I bought and left the store. However she did not want any part of that. Instead of allowing me to prove my innocence, she barred me from the store and accused me of being a thief. I am well known around town and I go into peoples homes everyday due to my maintenance job and I have never had a complaint from any client.

The place is so cluttered you can not get to anything in the back half of the store. Boxes blocking everything. You can not get around boxes. Please send help for those who are working the store.We need this store in Terra Alta

Its a big store with lots of merch. But the restroom was pretty gross! Other than that I think it's a good store to shop alone or with the family!

Well for one they are not high. On there prices and the pepole there are pertty curtiest and they do ask if your vist was good and say come back again that makes pepole want to come to places like that

It is always closed due to lack of staffing. Aisles are stuffed with racks do you can't see anything on the shelves. Horrible.
