Maybe my best car buying experience I have ever had yet. Very professional staff, Dealt with Ashley and glad I went there now, she was very professional and very well knew what she doing. I didn't feel like I had to do anything in this car buying process. They took the time to go over warranties etc. But don't fall into the warranty trap, it is terrible here. Just buy without the warranty and hope for the best.

My car was recently totaled, and I had a narrow timeline to find and purchase a new vehicle. After a week of searching, I found a great vehicle at this location. I scoured the web looking for the same make and model vehicles, but I couldn't find anything close that even began to compare. Literally everything on the web was really high mileage, not much of a service record, or just priced really high. I got a fantastic deal on an SUV that I absolutely adore that was within my budget. The purchase process was also a breeze. I so much appreciated how quickly and efficiently the process was completed. Wow seems like all the five star reviews are definitely fake! I've been there bought a vehicle there I know people that work there and those 5 star reviews couldn't be farther from the truth! If you need a car find a reputable place that has more than two type of reviews (fake and true horror stories) ball Auto isn't even accredited A+ by the Better Business Bureau (Google it) so heed the warning find a good, honest and competent place or be prepared to write a true Real honest 1 star review just like this one.

I went there originally to buy a Chevrolet Silverado and to be honest it was just a little bit out of my price range, but they had other options I liked and they gave me a great deal for my trade in and let me take home a 2013 Ram 1500! Ladies and Gentlemen if you are in the market for a nice pre-owned vehicle you need to check them out. What I love most about this car lot, is the fact the salesmen don't come from every which direction badgering and trying to push you into a vehicle you don't want. They let you look around on your own for a little bit. And as soon as you need them, they're right there to help ya. Zac McCullough made the oh so dreaded process of paperwork and dealing with the bank a breeze, Zac we honestly can't thank you enough for all your help. We got our car from Ball Pre-Owned, and it was a pleasant process. This was our first time buying from a dealer, but Ashley made the process super easy!If you happen to be in our shoes, Ball Pre-Owned is the way to go! Almost any credit situation can be approved! If I had to give you any advice, ask for information on your warranties! We paid extra for a warranty that doesn't have a proper website and we have no idea how the coverage works, but there was most likely just a miscommunication during the paperwork! Ask questions if you need! They are super friendly.

Cars are priced way to high for the amount of damage the cars have. The one we were looking at had a busted windshield and definitely hit something down the passenger side. It also looked like most of their vehicles were peppered by a few gravel trucks. Most if not all of the vehicles have bad chips in the paint.

We went in when they opened and filled out an application for the car. We sat there for over two hours, no answer on if we could get it. Went home to wait. They refused to call us at all. We had to call to get updates. 4 in the afternoon we finally call and get the no. I'm not angry we got denied I'm angry because she freaking wasted OUR WHOLE DAY 9AM-4PM because she didnt want to call us or give us answer. Now other places are closing and we needed a car for tomorrow. Guaranteed credit approval is BS and they act like they would rather Pull their own teeth than sell you a car.

Bought my son a car at the auction in October 2018 a nice looking Hyundai Drove it down the road and the transmission went out of it before he got home Ball auction gave us the phone number of the dealership that brought the car to the auction we paid $1800.00 for this car we called the auction place of business and them were no help but finally after 5 months of fighting with the auto business that sold the car at the auction that was from Fairmont WV and getting advice from a lawyer he finally gave us our money back but he put to us through so many lies and failed appointments, we never thought we would get our money back from him but finally 4 1/2 months he did pay us back. We are debating on going back to the auction and buying another car after all of them months.
