Just stopped at this gas station for a shower and wow, what a pleasant surprise! The place is super clean and spacious, making it a real comfort stop. The shower towel was fresh and fluffy, which is always a plus. 😊 Really impressed with the facilities here – it's like a mini spa on the road! Kudos to the team for keeping everything top-notch. Will definitely make a point to stop here again. 👍🚿

It was nice inside. A very nice lady at the Cinnabon stand. There is a Moe's inside this pilot. The food was so good!! 10/10

The shower wasn't clean. Mold. Gross. Only 1 towel, nothing else. Trash can in shower full. The bathrooms were even worse. Trash everywhere, soap splattered on the walls and counter, trashcans overgowing, busted plug hanging from the outlet. Notified management but she seemed unconcerned and did nothing to fix the problems.

I stopped at this place; and I get the best impression. I recommend this service station 100%. In general, this station has everything the diesel traveler needs on the road. the well-maintained facilities, clean floors and walls, impeccable food and drink dispensers, a variety of souvenirs; but Nikki's attention; is unique she showed me that she does her job professionally and with kindness. Whatever time I got there, it was maybe 1:30am, and they had absolutely NO FOOD. so I bought snacks.. young man asked how I was doing, and I told him I was upset and why.. That cashier that was working asked me if I wanted breakfast, food, or something else. I was stunned and confused. he offered to go get me some food in a magical place and HEAT IT UP!!! made my belly full, and I had to sleep. If this post were helpful, please give me a thumbs up. The restaurant was under renovation but there weren't any signs posted for travelers. The fountain drink machine wasn't working and the options for hot food was limited.

There’s a little construction going on inside so it’s a little tighter than normal but still a good place to stop almost always has really clean restrooms

Haven't visited this center before, got catcalled at the pumps twice by a rude guy and was feeling a bit annoyed. Grabbed a Cinnabon for a pick-me-up and the girl was so sweet and helpful. Great service, kind staff!

This Pilot Travel Center is very clean and the staff is very friendly. We stop here quite frequently on our trips up to Pittsburgh. It has a Cinnabon inside which is nice when you're craving something sweet. They also have stroopwafels that are really good.

The worst Moe's I've ever been too. Tasted like someone drop the whole tub of salt on my food. I should have known better, when I put the food in my mouth and it was cold. SMH!

Convenient location and nice staff however there was some nasty stuff coming out with the sweet and unsweet teas. I’d stick to bottled stuff.

Great place to stop. Moe’s grill is always awesome and is a welcoming change from the usual food options. Smaller lot 40-60 trucks about 10 of them paid parking. Good clean showers with great water pressure. Friendly staff! 💯

This is my go-to pit stop on my way North. The restrooms are always clean. The parking lot and gas pumps are well lit and have a safe feel. There is a huge selection of drinks and snacks inside the store. Plus there are some fast food options as well as sit down options for food. The workers have always been friendly.

Cleanest non-Sheetz truck stop I’ve seen. The selection of snacks is pretty good—do note there’s a Cinnabon—as well as necessity vehicle fluids and parts (e.g. wipers).

This is one of the good ones. It's like a J with the hot food, Cinnabon and Denny's. The staff is always friendly and always busy helping people or cleaning. We really like the showers here too. Always clean, towels are clean and soft even the picking restrooms are almost always very clean. Only downside is it is busy here 90% of the time. Lots of paid parking though so just call ahead and get your spot.

The bathroom area is small but decently clean. This location is one of the newer-looking locations. They have Moe's. There is a full parking lot as of right now (8:00 PM on a Tuesday night). The truck fueling area needs attention. There was some sort of liquid on the ground by the gift shopping area. Usually when I walk into a Love's truck stop I am greeted however Pilot could improve by being just as welcoming. They put a lot over the loudspeaker- a welcome message for customers could be added. There is really good music playing and I very much appreciate that.

Didn't have any issues here but treated very respectively without a problem. Showers are very satisfactory to use without issues. The MR. MOE'S is 👍 TOO. Overall I had a better experience here than that Soul Pilot in Dallas, TX where other patrons are different.
