The cash register worker had no idea of prices or of any food bundle as other McDonald's.This is an expensive McDonald's lacking decent pricing as other McDonald's locations. The store fails to have any decent app. specials.This McDonald's is very high priced by company standards, other locations.The convenience stores and fast food shops nearby all feature better, more food options at better prices than at this McDonald's location.🙁

Had to wait 15 minutes for a simple strawberry shake. Then the lady that was handing out the food at the second window decided to tell the truck behind us (after we were told to pull up to wait for our food and strawberry shake) to beep their horn at us. They were also told too yell at us to move from where we were told by McDonald's employees to park and wait for our order. I do not know what is going on with this McDonalds, but i will not go back. In the last two weeks i have eaten at this particular McDonalds, i have gotten really sick. Adding to the fact this has always been one the best McDonalds in terms of customer service other than in Elkview, WV. The people who work the drive through do not greet you nor do they present themselves as welcoming or friendly and it has been like this for a while. Not to worry i got the message and will never go back.

We waited in lane 1 at the speaker while they took 4 or 5 cars in lane 2. We left. This is not a one time thing. The last time we traveled through we waited for about 1/2 an hour for our food. This was our last attempt to buy from this McDonalds.

First of all the dining room was closed at 9:00 p.m. and you could not sit in there and eat like a normal human being I want you to eat in your vehicle which is ridiculous so then we go to the drive-thru and order our food and our quarter pounders were terrible as they had like 10 times more ketchup and mustard on them than normal , terrible experience never to return to this McDonald's !

This place is worse than the McDonald's in Anaheim California really was nasty no one would help you have to register you had to wait and wait and wait they had no straws they had no cup lids I want it sent to you order play acting like a bunch of crazy people I've been to some restaurants that are real bad this takes the cake employees walking around without a face mask on not caring about being stablished which is really strange from McDonald's I'll never eat there again when I told the management about the condition of the bathroom cleaner to self I don't have enough employees

I'm on a road trip stopped here with 6 people I was gave 2 milkshakes that were watery so I asked for the refund. Someone smarted off in the background about it. But they gave me the refund I ordered rather large order 2 baskets of fries and they gave me 2 medium fries and told me they were out of baskets. No receipt, this is just a bad experience with bad attitude workers. The man at the window was cool and apologetic about the whole thing give him a raise. A+customer service for him

Went there for breakfast. The guy at the drive thru was taking orders and doing the money. I think the process could have gone faster and more accurately if the lady that stuck her head in and fussed at him for being so slow would have helped him out. The food was good tho. The part of the order we got anyway.

I have been to McDonald's all across the country. This one was the absolute worst that I have ever seen/ experienced. Staff extremely rude, complaining,etc. They get angry if you ask them for creamer for coffee or sugar Substitute for tea...The tables and bathroom were pretty bad even by fast food standards. We did not return any food or complain, this service seems to be their norm!Out in the parking lot I was helping my elderly mother to the car and a lady stopped and ask us was it her or was that place absolutely terrible. From reading this review, you can probably guess our answer.

I have never gone through the drive-thru at this location in less than 15 minutes. The average wait time after ordering is 15-20 minutes, and this is with NO ONE in line ahead of me, having ordered French fries and a tea, or something small like that. I've waited 35 minutes before, and only because my son just had to have a freakin' Big Mac. The employees just seem annoyed and uninterested, and never apologize for the absurd amount of time you spent parked in their drive-thru lane. You will however, get an occasional eye roll if you ask for salt or condiments, or the straw or napkins they didn't bother putting in your to-go bag. (90% of the time this has been in the evening, after 20:00, but the few morning/early afternoon visits I have made were no faster.)

Stopped here twice this week on my daily trips to Pittsburgh for work. First time was ok for McD, usual wait and better than average QPC. The next day I stopped around 8pm, and went inside. After waiting at the counter for 10 mins for a cashier to show up while the employees just kept staring at me, another 4 people got in line behind me. Someone working the front area drive through section finally yelled to the back of the kitchen, "hey you got a bunch of people up here at the counter if you aint busy!" Then the person in the back yelled back, "I AM busy! I got people here too!" Now 20 mins have passed and I am way off schedule for my work trip, while STILL waiting at the counter!The group of people behind me got fed up and went to the self serve screens, so I went to one too even though I don't like using those. I placed my order and paid in less than a minute and went back to the counter to wait for my food. ANOTHER 15 MINS TO GET MY FOOD!!!!! REALLY????Almost 45 mins in total just for a QPC and some nuggets!Don't waste your time stopping here. There's other locations at nearby exits.
