We are local to this Walmart. Almost everything is good or great. Clean. Very helpful employees. The one star is for expired products. I’ll go a couple of months remembering to check the best by date on Everything but the one day I don’t: I’ve purchased an old product.

I love this walmart. I stop in here for groceries sometimes if I'm running low. However, I'm a truck driver, and I'm worried I'll get in trouble one day because they have no truck signs. I'm never there long, just a quick in and out so I hope I can keep doing that.

Yesterday I went to this Walmart to buy a brand new PS5 controller. I walked in, payed the $70 for the controller, and made my way back home. I got home, opened the box that the controller comes in, and found out that the controller I bought was covered in dirt and scratches. I went to Walmart today to return the controller or exchange for a different one and they said that they dont let people return/exchange electronics. So it leaves me to wonder how I could of bought a controller that was supposed to be new, but somehow appears to be used. Did they let somebody else return a controller, did an employee use this controller and then put it back on the shelf? The whole reason I even needed a new controller is because my old controller had drift (an issue that naturally occurs with all controllers due to just using the controller for a while). Id be fine with just keeping the controller but now I'm worried to even plug the controller in because it might already have drift (which defeats the whole purpose of me even buying a new controller), and if I do plug it in, I wont feel right going to Walmart again and trying to return it.

Do not buy any TVs from this store. My parents bought a 65” LG TV and the extended warranty. My 75-year-old dad can’t find the receipt and they will not help us look it up so we can’t file a claim with the extended warranty. I spoke with in-store customer service, on the phone customer service and the store manager with no resolution. No one will help us so we are stuck with a $3000 TV with a terrible picture. 99% of other stores will look up your receipt but not Walmart??? Will never buy any big purchase here or Walmart again. Terrible customer service.

Its Walmart whats there really to say. Until today nothing special.I met Sandra in the 1st cashier line. As were unloading our groceries, she asked do you have any more veggies as she bagged them together. She came around the counter and scanned our larger item and was as pleasant as she could be.Understand Sandra's is a bit older but did her job well and made us feel like we were family. I have never had a better experience with a Walmart employee in my life. I let a supervisor know and will be contacting management asap. People like Sandra need to be recognized. We need more people like her in our daily lives.

They usually have what I need but parking, especially after they repaved is terrible. There are too few handicapped parking spaces and they are too small and the lanes are small. It would be much better it they angled to make pulling in and backing out easier. I don't know why they put this one parking space in every lane and called it handicapped. It's only big enough for a motorcycle. When's the last time you saw someone riding a motorcycle with a handicapped placard?

Very clean and organized store so it's easy to find what your looking for. I also like using the Walmart app to place orders. It's super convenient and we never run out of our essentials! Definitely one of the top three Walmarts I've ever been to.

Love the deals n knowing many of the people who work there... They also have items in the ethnical foods sections that are much looked for. Also the deli is a great place to pick up a snack on the go and their mashed potatoes are addictive...love them with their gravy... The deli staff are friendly and some even know what I want when they see me. Thanks guys 😊

Ordered a cake for my daughter's birthday it was supposed to be a marble cake with buttercream icing decorated in cow print what we actually received was a chocolate cake with white icing and some kind of cow print "paper" which was falling off!! Had it not been for a birthday party an hour later we would have returned the cake and gotten our money back!!! We paid $25 for a cake that looks like a 2 year old decorated it and wasn't even what we ordered!!! Very disappointed, the only reason I gave 1 star is because I had to in order to leave a review because they definitely don't even deserve 1 star!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Stopped in this Walmart passing through town for the after Xmas sale items.Had one of the friendliest associates I have ever come across at Walmart. She was so kind and helped me with my buddy the elf needs for next year.The store was near and everyone was friendly couldn’t ask for more

They don't even sell denture tooth brushes no more. 2 employees told me. The pharmacy is awful. 8 people standing around and you have to wait in line for a long time. Meds are always messed up. No wonder alot are closing. On day 3 girls employees were taking pictures of 6 employees dancing in the isle. And the customers were lines up to the clothes trying to get out. Sad... No wonder people are shopping at other stores.. the Lewisburg WV store...

Couldn't find some brands I regularly find in other stores. Wanted REAL popcorn, but the few bags they had were on top shelf, all the way back. Sasquatch wasn't available to reach it for me. Plenty of green tea varieties, but not enough of the flavored black teas which I generally find @ Kroger. Varieties of mult-grain bread were lacking compared to Kroger, as well. Checker was okay.

This is by far the cleanest, best kept up Walmart I've ever been to, and both the customers and staff are super friendly. I've been here several times and had an enjoyable experience each time.

Bought Gerber baby food in jars here and I got home the jar was broken and mold inside of it 0/10 would not recommend plus the people that work that usually don't know how to do anything at all even if it's simple task

This is a very good Walmart store, my mother used to work here, and there's still the typical, "Management" stuff with the employees to deal with... I worked in the Fayetteville store, and they were significantly worse to their employees. As far as the customer side of things, they are a VERY GOOD store in all the aspects you'd expect from a top quality department store! Not much more to say, other than that their forward thinking (like delivery/pickup, and tech, etc) is actually a very nice move commercially, and a pretty convenient service for us. Also, I just wanted to add that their pickup service is a game changer for most disabled folks that can't necessarily walk around the store to shop!
