I bought two bags of cracked corn last weekend. Both are full of mold. I called and Manager and she acted like she didnt believe me, said she turns corn over so fast it wouldnt have time to mold! That doesnt mean it didnt arrive at the store already molded!!! She said no one else bought molded corn! I find it very hard to believe that I got the ONLY two bags of molded corn out of this whole batch..Will return two open bags of mostly MOLD so she can see it for herself!!! Very Rude!! Store is way, too high priced to have to deal with this.. I'll go to Southern States instead from now on

Love this place! I raised my deer off formula and now have her and her friends on sweet feed and corn! Plus I get lots of amazing smelling waxes and candles from here. Friendly and helpful staff. Has everything I need for all my other pets as well. 💖

Usually, I love this TSC! Today was a terrible experience! I went in for duck food and to check out the babies they had. I just hatched a goose and unfortunately lost the second egg that I had to go with it. There was a duckling out that was sickly looking. I spoke to a manager named Monica and tried to explain my situation. She was snappy and rude, spoke over me, and refused to actually listen. I asked if she would give me any kind of discount since there was a great chance he wouldn’t make it. She refused and told me they’d just take him to the back so no one would see. I told her I’d pay full price but she refused to sell him unless I bought more than 1. I’ve seen many people go in and buy single ducks, chickens, turkeys, etc. Everyone in that store has been amazing. Monica is the only one i’ve ever had a problem with and this isn’t the first time. She was very rough and mishandled ducklings when i bought them last year.

My son worked there and always came in on his day off. He only missed one week of work that week he lost his grandpa and a baby he's gf had to have surgery and he took care of there daughter. He got a better job and was working out his 2 weeks and the manager there told him she was disappointed in him. Wth Don't work here the manager doesn't appreciate a good worker.

Nice to see people who care about their jobs. The manager is a hard working and sweet lady who does her job well and I all ways see her helping out her employees with everything. This is a store My family and I love to visit!

This is a good store for all the supplies you would need for a farm. Although you may be able to find the same things at Walmart, the quality is better. Plus their clearance deals are great.

We bought a Coleman atv for our 7 year old for Christmas, it broke after about 6 or 7 rides around our yard. Tractor Supply told me there was a 2 year manufacturer warranty, Coleman refused to warranty it. After spending $1700 on out son's Christmas gift, neither Tractor supply or Coleman will fix it. I will never make another major purchase again from Tractor Supply or Coleman.

Tractor supply in summersville wv is by far the worst place I have experienced the female manager and 2 other female workers there are rude,judgemental and they love to gossip after I figure out all 3 of their names I will be posting an update. To bad summersville wv doesn't have a royal king or has employees like the friendly workers at the Beckley wv tractor supply location

Super TSC location. Very helpful associates. I had questions about wormer for my new puppy and a very nice young man came over abd explained all my options... Gave his recommendation... And even helped me find other items I needed. I will definitely be shopping here more often.

If I would have rated this store from one visit I would have given it a 1 star but the management at the corporate level made all the difference the local stores managment needs some training and better skills dealing with the public to say the least but when I made a call to Tennessee(the home office) my issue with making a simple return over too much time had gone by wasnt an issue and the item was returned for a full refund!!

Most employees are ready to go the distance but the reason for only 3 stars are they could do a bit more to have all employees trained the same when it comes to selling acetylene and oxygen the employee should be very well trained on the product the selling well long story short I was sold shielding gas twice for oxygen ,my last trip there the cashier to no avail tried to tell me I was wrong when I knew in fact I was right and in the end I was but this was avoidable with just a little more training!

The service and was terrible. We waited 30+ minutes just for no one to show up and help us out with getting chicks! They had no buggies, I had to go out and get my own buggy!

Just beware RETURN POLICY is 30 days!! Bought pair $100 boots 3 months ago with very little wear the liner started tearing out...they would not exchange or give store credit.WILL NOT SHOP there again 😤
