If I could, I would leave no stars. We recently moved into a home and wanted to upgrade our propane tank seeing as how the previous owners already used Southern States we figured it would be a quick solution. We moved in at the start of August and have called them over and over for someone to pick up the previous owners tank. We called so many times that eventually we had to call a different company to replace it with a new, larger sized one. It’s sad that we called Southern States so many times that a different company had to remove the tank to replace it with a new one. We have 2 children and propane is our only source of heat at the moment. It’s now January and the tank from Southern States is still sitting in our yard and they refuse to come pick it up. We called and talked to their secretary and told her we would pursue with legal action. She stated she would call back the next day after speaking with her boss. That was an entire month ago. PLEASE reconsider this company. They are rude, unprofessional, they do not care that they left us without propane for our family. If we strictly relied on Southern States for propane my girls and I would have been left to freeze the entire winter. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!

We ordered a gridded gate that was currently out of stock and were told the item would arrive in about a week. Week after week, the staff informed that the item didn't come in. After 3 weeks we were advised that a minimum order had to be reached with tarter company before placing the order. After 5 weeks, this order was ultimately cancelled because the store still did not have it in. Previous visits had always been pleasant but lost a customer here.

Originally gave a one-star review but retract that review to a five-star review I guess when I was at the store they was having a bad day that recently when I've been going to the store to buy feed or get whatever I need they've been really helpful and they have been helping me get whatever I need and going above and beyond with good customer service

Sonya and staff is great, but whoever is ordering cannot keep basic horse feed such as select plus in, if you have horses you cannot just switch over to another bag of feed, very frustrating.
