Great service. But they don't listen to veteran smokers like Smoker Friendly does. I've been asking for certain kind of rolling papers for 10 months, they refuse to get them. Ask Smoker Friendly once, and now they keep my Special papers in stock.

Such an awesome spot for getting vape supplies, and other related products... They're not always the absolute cheapest, on every single thing, BUT having said that, they have a large inventory of different products that are priced less than retail, and are very knowledgeable, good, honest folks! Yet, considering the cost for e-liquid, and other products online now, woo-wee! It's way cheaper to buy local, and then at least I can check it out first. Plus, I feel much better about my money going back into my own community, which will help support my own neighbors, as well! That's just my opinion anyway. I've been a customer pretty much every week, since their opening day, and it's always been a very good experience! These folks that are saying they "sell to minors", and "overcharge" without refunds on defective stuff, are straight up lying! I live here, shop here all the time, and nothing of the sort has ever happened, so don't believe that nonsense! They're a great locally owned business, that we sorely needed here in Summersville!

I bought a vape there earlier today (3/11/23) tried charging it for several hours using two different chargers and it's not working! Would be nice if I could exchange it for another one or get a refund! Love the place and would love to be a permanent customer. Can we resolve this issue? I still have my receipt. I'm almost out of vape juice and ordering online has become extremely expensive. I was thrilled to walk into this store and find such a wife variety of flavors. The fact these guys were very attentive to my needs and helped me was much appreciated. They even let me smell the flavors I wanted to purchase. I've been vaping for 4 years. Most of my juice purchases have been made in Kentucky, South Carolina, or online. I'm ecstatic to find a local store! The slightly higher prices definitely outweigh the gasoline or shipping fees for other stores. Thanks guys, you've earned this honest customer whom loves to give feedback on bad AND outstanding service💫

Great store with a very laidback and helpful atmosphere. The employee who helped us, I hate that I didn’t get his name, was easy to talk to and very knowledgeable. Even when the store got a little busy he was still attentive to our needs. When we purchased a disposable vape here, I opened it and tried it in the parking lot. Unfortunately, it didn’t work. It wasn’t a problem at all. The employee traded us out for a new one that worked and we were quickly on our way. I’ll definitely be a regular here!

They will not exchange or give you a refund if you get a vape and it stops working after 2 days I had the receipt and paid $70 for it and they was rude about it I buy a lot of stuff there but never again
