Went in to see about a couple of bathroom fixtures my husband & I had ordered. They were in & waiting for pick-up. While there, I picked out some paint color samples & looked at some flooring sample displays. While there, several different people offered assistance. First time EVER @ a Lowe's store! Usually, if you WANT/NEED HELP, there's NO ONE TO BE FOUND. This should be the NORM, NOT a SHOCK! Just sayin'...

We ordered a hot water heater online and needed delivery and installation. My husband called after the online order to confirm installation and was assured it would be installed. At the time of delivery we received a call that the driver couldn't find our home and the delivery was being pushed back until the evening. Shortly after, we received another call stating the driver was in the area but there would be no installation because he was a door dash driver. After he dragged the new water heater up the steps it was left in the doorway. I called the store again and was put on hold for more than 30 minutes and finally had to hang up and call back. When I finally spoke to a manager I was informed that they could have an installer call us to make an appointment. Not sure what the mix up is within the store but we were absolutely misinformed and would have made a different choice had we known the issue wouldn't be fixed right away. Super disappointed in this experience.

Logan in the paint department helped us tremendously! He does a great job at explaining what paint will be best. He has great customer service! Truly appreciate his customer care!

We’re currently getting our bathroom redone and Jason Lay helped us the entire time. He shopped with us to find exactly what we wanted and needed, he gave us good opinions and overall was extremely nice about everything. He definitely deserves a raise!

They are trying to sale hard topping mix cement. Until they get in new topping mix I will not be buying anything from them. I manufacture concrete lawn ornaments ( bird bath ,statuary and stepping stones).

Things out of stock...picked up complete shower kit, had to return 2 out of 3 pieces, broken pan & walls..lady at customer service very rude, not helpful..went to pro desk & got better help. Had to then drive to Lewisburg to pick up needed section. Summersville customer service didnt offer any help or really any concern for our situation. They are not looking out for the customer. Very disappointed. Shameful Lowes..Had to go to Lowes today for supplies.. met Josh in plumbing.. AWESOME young man. Definitely gave Lowes a huge bump up with customer service. He is about the customer. KUDOS JOSH..

It's the only big box hardware for 100 miles around. Not much to say about a corporate store. Visit the local owned hardware in Summersville for better service.

High prices as with bout everywhere. Wife got shorted some lumber on a delivery but and when she called back to tell the lumber department they got hateful and very unprofessional with the complaint. We made an appearance at the store and behaviors changed and someone finally straightened out the problem and helped us out and problem got resolved.

Only way to checkout is with self check out, which BTW had a staff member standing there.I DO NOT WORK HERE, staff at least one register.Went back again. Bunch of employees starring at you to come check your own items out. Only pro checkout open!No excuse they can apologize on reviews but don't change policy. Lots of local stores need business.

Staff clearly didn't know where things were. Ended up walking in circles. Asked multiple employees for assistance finding our items to be told we could diy itIf I wanted to build it myself I didn't need instructions.I'll avoid this store until they get it together. I'm guessing I'll be waiting awhile.

Very disappointed that Lowes has begun pushing self check out. For a store and company this size , it's sad that they feel no longer the need to run registers.Also, very few staff to help answer questions, or find an item.

Friendly helpful staff. Bought a washing machine. Money came out of my account been waiting for a receipt for 30 minutes. They have my money but I can't get my washer. Being held hostage by their trash computer system. Can't get my military discount. Won't work on lumber appliances or electronics. Trash company won't shop there again.

One star because ZERO is not an option. Customer service is the worst! My gift card balance 68.27 vanished and the store wouldn't help. Currently on hold for 3 HOURS and 20 minutes and they can't figure out anything. #shouldvewenttohomedepot

Upon trying to find out where to go for the DIY kids workshop, we were too early and had to wait for awhile. My child was bored so we took it to go. Also, upon trying to find a rose begonia that online stated they had, no one could help us find half the flowers strung all over the store. No help at all!

I stopped shopping at the Summersville Lowe's 2 years ago due to rude and unhelpful employees and management. I shop at the Fayetteville or BeckleyLowes which is a huge inconvenience for me. Today I was in a pinch and needed some things fast so I went in with a long list of things i needed. To my surprise I had the best experience I've ever had at ANY Lowe's. I was greeted by a very pleasant lady named Crissy at the paint desk and she spent over an hour walking with me and helping me find everything on my list. She went above and beyond to make sure i was a satisfied customer and She was an absolute delight. Because of her I will shop here more often now.

They usually have anything you need for the home, yard & garden. It's a nice store but sometimes (not often), but sometimes it's hard to find someone to help you locate stuff.

Expensive! Better have some deep pockets to buy here. Service is getting better. Go to Walmart instead, if they carry the same thing. Contractors are the only ones who get discounts at Lowe's. That said, the store is clean and well organized. It's fairly easy to find what you need. Some workers are knowledgeable and helpful. Would be a nice place to shop if they weren't 10-20 percent more expensive than everyone else. Forget about the Lowe's credit card also, it's 30+% interest rate has really put alot of local people in debt.

Good. But I just saw that I was charged 3 times for a $1500 refrigerator. My wife caught it and so did Lowes I think. She said that two charges were pending to be removed. Other than that, I love the place and the people working there.

Like everyone else they stay short on help, some employees aren't very knowledgeable about their job.The young lady at the paint desk is very helpful, very nice and knowledgeable.Other than that, if you know what you want, and what you're doing it's fine.Princeton Lowes keep merchandise in stock fairly well.Considering there's really no other choice for a lumber / hardware store in the area, what choice do we have.They've run mom n pop outa business.Shame on ThemShame on us for letting it happen.

Picked up an order that I placed online. They have a new locker system that scans your bar code so that you do not need any store personnel to retrieve your purchases. Unfortunately, the items I ordered did not perform as described on the website. I had to make a return trip to return items.

Upon shopping I noticed there was a bird stuck in a flower pot in the lawn and garden section. I couldn’t reach the pot to free the bird, so I immediately notified the first employee I could find. He was prompt and quickly came over, reassured me they would take care of it and proceeded to call for help. I attempted to wait, to see the freed bird, but after waiting quite sometime, with complete reassurance, I decided to leave the bird freeing to the professional. I returned a few days later, and found myself in the lawn and garden section again, where I saw the partially rotten bird foot still stuck in the flower pot, where the bird had obviously died.
