Excellent Goodwill. We forgot some items for camping and we were able to grab cooking pans/utensils. Cashier was wonderful and friendly. Great pricing.

I’ve never had a worse encounter with a stores general manager. Upper management really needs to reevaluate this stores staff. We may come back in a few months to see if the issue has been fixed.

Most of the time, you can find great deals. However, they have raised the prices on some items until you would be better off just purchasing these items new from a retail store

I absolutely love this goodwill! The employees are always polite and respectful. They help with any needs and answers all questions. It is always very clean and the quality of the clothes got alot better recently!

The products are of good quality and it's staff is very polite and helpful they are one of the best Goodwills that I have been to clean helpful staff good location not alot of junk you find in some Goodwills I'd highly recommend this location to anyone looking for gently used clothing or unique stuff.

Changing my review, this place has gone to hell. From parasitic bugs and rude staff. management has fired several employees for false accusations including a very loyal older lady for 'Being on her phone to much" when she didn't even have a phone. And the district management is even worse. When you call to complain or get answers a very rude and unprofessional guy will just hang up on you. Avoid this store like the plague, who knows you may contract the black plague from here.

This Goodwill was stocked. I tried on several pairs of jeans.. I'm a happy girl. Also the cashier was so friendly. He was young and very knowledgeable. I will definitely be back!

Was not impressed. Not organized very well, seemed not very clean and junky. Stuff (household and electronics etc) on top of clothing racks could not be seen very well. Won’t be going back. Poor lighting.

Although dated. I lived in the area for years, and stopped shopping there because I was tired of being followed throughout the store as if I were going to steal something. I’m sure it’s a fine store to shop in, it your skin color isn’t a mitigating factor.

I've been to the Beckley and Oak Hill locations but Summersville usually has more of a better selection. I can usually find jeans that fit me here. I've never left empty handed from the Summersville, WV location.

Prices are too high for items that were donated. It should be a place for people to get items at low prices. Income is low.kids need things.I prefer a free mission to give stuff to ,but unfortunately the one in Summersville WV closed.
