Although the indoor portion of this restaurant closes a bit earlier, the drive-thru is luckily opened until 9:30pm serving those like me who are looking to satisfy their evening sweet tooth.I have always had excellent service here and the employees are always absolute sweethearts!Honestly, they have super quick service as well. Like my fiancé is super impatient (especially when it comes to waiting for food lol), and he’ll pull in even if they have a line of cars wrapped around the building.Excellent place to grab some ice cream at any time of the day, any time of the year. 🙂🍦🍧🍨

Have been overlooking Summersville Dairy Queen with all the choices in town. Have been there twice recently. The food was served fast, hot , and fresh with very friendly service. Effort could be seen that employees were keeping the place clean. Won't be overlooking then anymore.

There were only a few people in front of us and nobody in the Drive-Thru when we stopped. That said, the service was definitely speedy when we visited. Cheeseburger and hot dog we're fine. My wife said that her fish sandwich was very good. I thought the large hot fudge sundae was kind of small and should have had a little bit more hot fudge. (Generally, Dairy Queens give me more hot fudge than I need.) The sundae size was probably the DQ standard, but I have had larger at another DQ.

So....never Been to a DQ that doesn't have steak fingers or The Dude steak sandwich. I guess living in Texas has advantages the people in other states have no idea they are missing out on! LOL.Had fish sandwich...mehHubby's burger was as usual.

Love their food and timed their drive through just right at lunch time. My daughter loved the Cotton Candy Blizzard!I do admit this was the first time I was charged an extra .50¢for strawberry and chocolate on my sunday. Had it not been for that , I would have gave 5 🌟

They need to reopen the indoor services, just like all the other fast food places in town have done. The drive thru was 7+ cars deep. Service was efficient and the staff was pleasant.

Strictly my opinion. The food is not as it used to be, not as good as it once was. Lack of regular type hot dogs is a bummer. The frozen side is wonderful, but here again lacking in what I would decribe as poor management with logistics possibly. The last 3 visits they were out of strawberry or two different machines were broken. Bummer.

Love the ice-cream. Is the only place in Summersville that you can get soft serve ice cream, because of all the other restaurant's machines are always broken or down for mechanics. However at this time is not worth the wait. Due to the covid-19 their Lobby is closed so they have drive-through only service. And your wait can be anywhere from 30 to 45 minutes sitting in line.

Way overpriced. $8.19 plus tax for 4 small pieces of chicken, a little bit of fries, nasty watered down gravy, a piece of bread and soda. Blizzard was good but $3.89 plus tax for a medium. $12.80 for one person to eat. I'll be going elsewhere from now on. I had originally ordered the 3 piece chicken meal deal ($6) but changed it since I wanted the blizzard instead of sundae. Where is the logic in that pricing?

Every time I go to DQ I get the Oreo milkshake. They also have delicious chicken and french fries and their homemade gravy tops it all off. As a plus this family restaurant is half way between restaurant and bakery! They have all kinds of cakes on display.

I usually use the drive thru when I stop for my blizzards, and I don't generally have to wait long. Even if there are three cars already there waiting. Friendly staff, clean work space.
