Massive thank you and high recommendation for the team at this location. We hit an object in the road leaving town that ripped a huge hole in our tire and we were able to limp back on our runflat just as they were closing for the weekend. They quickly got our car on a jack and had it replaced and back on the road within 15 minutes. We would have been stranded for the weekend if it wasn't for their kindness and professionalism. Thanks again and highly highly recommend!

I took my truck in for an alignment they hooked the machine up , and no adjustments were made on the vehicle, the guy also said the bolts were to tight to adjust caster , which for 1 I know isn't true because I had them out not even a week ago and 2 he lied again none of the bolts had been touched due to still having coal mud on them , and steering wheel wasn't centered as requested. Was still charged like theyed done an adjustment. Its sad to say there's some dishonesty in the summersville location . I've spent alot of money there and was gettin ready to order tires in a few weeks but to be done this way an having a rude employee when I told him I was quoted a price the day before isn't right , sorry to say but I don't think I can do business there anymore due to the dishonest and rudeness.

On my 15-hour ride home with my little girl and dog, i stopped for coffee and gas while passing through Summersville. I also picked up something I hadn't planned for (pic). C Adams closed at 5, and it was 4:05, I called, and they said come over, and we will get you taken care of. Got there they took my suv right back and got me taken care of and back on the road in under an hour. It was such a blessing to have it happen there. Thank you all so much for your kindness and getting us out the door back on our way quickly!

Stopped with a slow leak in a tire on a long road trip we are taking. They very fast and efficient and so kind about the work they do. Pulled a screw out of my tire and didn’t even think twice before not charging me. Excellent service and wonderful staff.

I called on Saturday morning (before opening) on a holiday weekend and to my surprise I get greeted by a gentleman named JR who went above and beyond trying to help me with my issue. My semi had a bolt in the tire and even though they didn’t have my tire size he gave me a list of numbers that could help. And at the end he said they could patch it for me. I was so happy because a patch is significantly less expensive, especially since my tires are not old. I get there and was greeted with the best attitudes. Cig not only patched my one tire but he checked all of my tire’s pressure for me. He came out to assist me within 10 minutes. I was in and out in 39 minutes! Definitely recommend these guys. Amazing!!!

Good place to get tires with straight forward pricing. Their service is first come-first serve, sometimes you may wait 30 mins. other times could be hours, depends on how busy they are, which I assume you’ll wait longer at the beginning of the month. They did go over any issues that I had, not that I understood any of it, they might as well of spoken in Clicks and Whistles, and clearly my face said that, as they printed out a copy of everything they told me so I could show my husband, once he got home from work.

While going way up a mountain in Muddlety we got a flat tire on our trailer. I dropped off the tire to get fixed and got a call back within 15 minutes. When I picked it up they said there was NO charge❤️❤️❤️Returning to Southern Virginia that evening we had to get this tire fixed. Thank you, thank you, thank you so very much!!! I highly recommend this establishment to everyone. Their customer service and friendliness is top of the line!!!

While traveling I had a tire issue and stopped here. They were so nice and pleasant and helpful. They got to my car quickly. My tire was not able to be repaired. We discussed several options and the practicality and safety of each option. I would highly recommend them!

From PA. Started having issues with truck. They got us in right away. Was bearings and hub. Tech said never saw one that bad and we had driven over 3.5 hours without issue. We were in and out door in less than an hour! Expert service and very friendly. Highly recommend.

We are full-time travelers and he explained in detail and showed us visually what our issues were with the front end of our older Chevy van. Although we ended up doing business with the Chevy dealership in town due to our specific problems, Jason and the crew at this location were so helpful. Highly recommend.

We traveled to Summersville, WV from NC and on the way got a flat tire on our car. When we arrived here and took our tire here to get fixed they not only fixed the flat, put the tire back on the car, but did not charge us a dime. They said they don’t charge for tire repairs. The service was friendly and fast. I would recommend them to anyone in the area looking for tires etc. A+ service guys!!

We had a slow leaking tire and were traveling from Boston. We stopped in and these guys not only diagnosed the problem but fixed a malfunctioning plug that a prior jeep dealership installed in the tire. Great guys, friendly, and kind. We will be forever grateful for their prompt service.

Bought a new set of tires when we got into town. Guys were friendly and scheduled the appointment for after work two days later when the tires would arrive at their shop. Service was quick and came with a fair price.Before we left town, took same truck for oil change and tire rotation. It’s “First come first serve”. Truck was ready to go before we finished lunch. Thoroughly impressed with these guys.

Incredibly helpful to us! We were traveling through and got a flat tire on route 19. We called them, they gave us a number for a company that could come help us jack up our car to get the tire off. We brought the tire to them and they changed it in 10 minutes for us. They rushed it because they wanted to get our family off the side of the road. We are so grateful for their assistance and for working so hard to keep our family safe! We were back on the road within an hour.

While visiting the area, our tire sensor indicated low tire pressure. We took it to the closest shop in town not wanting to haul a trailer 7 hours on a bad tire. Even though they were busy, they were honest in that we just needed a tire patch and had us in and out in less than an hour.

I have always bought tires from here and had work done until I moved. Usually never had a problem. I had my mothers brakes replaced for her here in Charleston, but we didn't have the tires she needed, so I gave her the money and told her to come here when she got home. She came and discovered she needed her rotors replaced, they tried to tell her that they had to replace the brakes with the rotors and that it couldn't be done unless she agreed to change both, even though she told them her daughter just had them changed! They argued with her, so she left and went to Carper's who put the rotors on for her no problem and assured her that the brakes were perfect and in brand new shape and didn't give her the run around. We have NEVER had a problem with Carper's. I suggest going to them. They aren't crooked!

I've been getting tires from C Adam Toney for quite a few years, but my last stop in was probably the best. I pulled in 30 minutes before 5, thinking I'd leave my car to be done the next day. They said they could get me in before 5, which I asked if they were sure, which they said yes. Long story short, they saved me a second trip out to get my car. Fast quality service, all the while at a fair price. Can't ask for anything better.

Excellent Staff, waited on me when I walked in. Very professional. Explained to them that I felted drifting while driving interstate. However, it was my tires that was causing the problem. There was no charge. Will stop there again.
