They're my go-to for bottled water, generic meds & special deals! Since the Pandemic, Big Lots has had some issues in getting full supplies of inventory. I've been looking for their dried, chopped garlic for months now! Checkers are always friendly & helpful. There are also times when my preferred brand of bottled water isn't available. The shortages are the only reason for a 4 instead of a 5.

Recently bought furniture from this location and legit good customer service! A gentleman named Kevin helped us secure a mattress we wanted. Another incredibly nice gentleman, I wish I got his name, not only loaded it into my truck, but strapped it down for me, too. Just genuinely good customer service. I can't express this enough!

I use to love BIG LOTS! However they jacked up thier prices and thier clearance items are sadly ridiculously too high to be considered 'clearance'. And frankly, the oversized store manager I think, rude. Unfriendly. Unkind! There are only two employees that make it worth being in there, ones name is Jackie and the other is Connie. Both women are super friendly. Kind. Great attitudes, super sweet ladies!

Update: this store location no longer has a lot of deep-discounted deals, clearance or otherwise.The premise of a closeout store is to acquire factory or distributor overstock at deeply discounted prices, then pass those savings on to customers. Sadly, Big Lots no longer offers such attractive closeout deals. Their deals are much that same as traditional discount retailers, leaving this bargain shopper sadly disappointed.I have always loved the closeout deals offered by Big Lots. their clearance prices are aggressively low--one more reason to keep going back for more!!!!!

Got a great deal on a super nice vacuum today, better than Walmart for sure. Their outdoor section has lots of nice options but way overpriced. Dollar General has a lot of the exact same product line and is so much cheaper. It's hit & miss for good deals at Big Lots- you'll either find a fantastic deal OR potentially pay way too much. The deals are good enough to keep me checking there tho, once in a while.

Great spot for last minute gifts for the kids. Our grandbabies love Spiderman and Mickey Mouse, and they have those two liscenced merchandise options. Made quick work of our list.

It's a Big Lots, the prices aren't as good as they used to be. But I come here looking for unique foods, their international selection is pretty good, and let's face it, where are you going to find international food without traveling to Charleston or Beckley.

We have been here at least 4 times to buy furniture and can't get waited on. Employees stand and stare at us or completely walk by us but never offer to help.

They have a huge selection but for months... everytime I stop in to make a furniture purchase they don't have what I want in stock. A breakfast bar, queen bed, electric fireplace, and twice now on a recliner. They refuse to sell what is on the floor and can never tell you when more will be available.
