Love this place!!! They have just about anything you need for your pets, including live feeder mice, crickets, etc. I bought my beautiful, healthy, juvenile ball python here over a year ago and she is amazing. I was very happy with my experience and the staff are very helpful and knowledgeable. I couldn't recommend a better place for those that love reptiles and amphibians. The store is big, clean and set up well and staff is awesome.

Animals are well taken care of. Fish selection is vary large and they can order just about anything you want! They get many different types of reptiles and can also order almost any of your choice. The kennels are spacious and nice with a large outdoor run for boarding dogs. The board any animal! They rescue birds and work hard to find them perfect homes! They care deeply about the animals and the pets health and mental well being ALWAYS comes first. They have MANY signs posted throughout the store ALWAYS read them most signs are not up for you they are up for the animals safety! Be sure not to touch the birds unless you have an employee to help you the birds come from various situations and some may get spooked and harm themselves. They carry feed as they are registered Purina dealers. They deliver feed right to your car and can do ton pricing! They are very knowledgeable and want to help you and your new pet thrive!

We boarded our young dog there a couple months ago, the sweet girl who tastes care of them did a great job! Our dog seemed very happy and well taken care of. The cages they keep them in are HUGE! Very happy customer!

Staff completely ignored us. Never asked if we needed anything. When we asked about animals, they just said they were not for sale, but never gave any details as to why. The store was not very clean, and the cages were not very clean. My kids used to love this pet store, but it has went way downhill over the past couple years.

Galaxy Gacha YT has it right. The place was nasty and the cages looked like they'd not been cleaned in days. The staff ignored us and upon inquiring about some of the animals, we were told they were not for sale. WTH?!?! I wouldn't go back to this place if they gave me the pets for free and the staff were by far some of the rudest I've ever met. Not sure about the reviews saying they are friendly.......but since Casey Humphrey works there, I guess they post their own reviews.

Not a bad store kinda messy not a good store for good selection of fish lots of nice e birds very talkative kinda price probably will go back. 6.00 for a molly that had popeye but she is clear now waiting for her to have babies as Molly's are live bearers.

We went in to have a look around and see what they had. Well they had dirty lizard and snake tanks some had no water. The fish tanks could of used a good cleaning also. We went in the back to look at the animals in there one parrot bottom beaks was so long I dont see how it could eat. All the animal cages need cleaned bad.

Very rude. They opened at 10 and rolled up about 10:02, went in the store, and locked it behind them. My husband and I, along with 4 other people waited to go in while they were in there milling around. About 5 min later she unlocks the door and walks away. Didnt open it for us or anything. A couple of birds had signs that said do not touch because birds can bite. Away from those birds was another bird and a man was petting it (which the bird seemed to enjoy) and the guy who worked there said very rudely " There's a sign there that says dont touch the birds! Don't be stupid." Then that same bird had some kind of story about it and when the mans wife asked about her story, the girl replied " It's a long story. Look it up on Instagram." And walked away. I will never go back for the simple fact they acted like potential customers were a pest and didn't wanna give us the time of day.

Knowledgeable staff!! You can tell the pets are taken care of, they are so friendly. Lots to see and buy! Love this place. If your looking for Dubia roaches they sell them here!!

It may have been because it was early Monday morning, but it was pretty dirty. All the bird cages were dirty. It was dark inside. The birds did not have feathers on their chests. (but maybe they were rehabbing them or something.) It wasn't as nice as it used to be.

The most horrible pet store possible! A teenage girl was horribly rude and the poor care for the pets didn't make it any better! This place shouldn't be caring for animals! Fish bowls not cleaned, snake and lizard tanks were disgusting! I feel terrible for these poor animals and I would honestly care less if this horrid excuse of a pet store were to be closed down! The workers definetly need to work on cleaning the tanks and learning some manners!

Helpful courteous staff , with attention to detail , knowledgeable about the exotic birds they carry and others . Wide array of fish , small pets and exotic bird as well as feed supplies and habitats. If they do not have it they can order it with ease.

I dont dislike it. I was very disappointed in it. Iv never seen it like this.It stinks, and the cages are not clean. Fish tanks are dirty. They need to do some cleaning bad.

We picked up our latest family addition here. They sold the puppy as a package...everything you need to care for your pup. Crate, food,treats, toy and a leash. We couldn't be happier with the pup, the package or the service! They aim to please while looking out for the pets!

I wouldn't buy another animal their.They don't have a refund policy. So if you buy an animal and it dies the next day your just out of the mo eat you paid for it. Not good business practice. Will never buy anything their again
