There’s a few people that work in the pharmacy that really need to learn some customer service skills. Extremely rude and had a bad attitude. Would not recommend. Switching pharmacies.

I made the decision to switch from CVS to Walgreens sometime around January of this year, and I haven’t regretted it once. I’m amazed at how friendly patient and helpful all the pharmacists I have interacted with have been, as well as the majority of other staff. Can’t say enough good about them really! (At least the one in South Charleston!)

I never get my medication on time. If there's not a refill they kick it out of their system without making any phone calls to my doctor or myself. I went without heart meds (on side of bottle it reads, "take to prevent death") for over 2 weeks because apparently they needed an insurance approval (on a medication I've been taking for over a year) but never contacted me or my doctor to help at all and every day when I called to ask if it was ready I was just told no without explanation. When I finally went in and threw a fit, they still wouldn't call my doctor to help me. It was like this at least once a month until i switched. They're absolutely worthless and don't care about customers. I would rather die than ever go back in Walgreens

Never had a problem with this location until today. Doctor sent an electronic order for two prescriptions and they insisted they didn’t receive it. Even after me calling and checking with the doctor multiple times and the doctor’s office speaking with the pharmacy directly, they refused to help at all, offering no alternative solution, and continued to blow it off. I wasted an hour in the store trying to get this resolved with absolute no help from the pharmacy staff. Ended up calling my doctor back and asking that they send the prescription elsewhere.

I rarely write reviews but thought this pharmacy deserved recognition for their exceptional service. Kara At the Myers ave location not only made sure my typical challenging pharmacy experience with Insurance and previous address errors in their system was fixed and stress free, she also provided educational information regarding the flu shot! 10/10 would recommend!!

Never an issue before, UNTIL NOW. How dare you jack up the price on Enfamil formula by $10?!?!?! Normally goes for around $30, but not at your store. $42 for one can?!?!?! Your entire chain is now considered TRASH.

I have tried to get my medication for 2 days I went by at 830p and the pharmacy was locked down tight.. went back the next morning at 9am and they were still closed... I need my meds smh.. but y'all have your own hours apparently..

Friendly staff but I was buying 2 cans of snuff and the register rang it up as $3250.00! I nearly fainted but they fixed it.
