Wow! Thank you again Brittney! Best customer service in Charleston for certain. This lady not only noticed me hunting for something with no luck, she stepped up and asked if she could help and then searched the store to find it ending up at the restocking area and came back with it. Amazing!

Very organized and well maintained Target. Always have a good time there. Love their Starbucks too. Really like the selection of clothes and beauty products. We drive an hour just to shop there. Big parking lot so parking is never a problem. Customer service is 10/10.

I’ve always gone to this target since it’s the closest to me. Here lately it’s gone downhill! It’s extremely difficult to find an employee in a certain section/department that you need assistance in. Most don’t even know what they’re doing when you finally catch one to assist you. There’s one female manager here who is very mouthy and has no professionalism or kindness to give towards customers! Teays Valley is a much better Target so I’ll definitely be driving the extra 30 minutes to go there.

I went to this Target on Thursday night and I was shocked at how empty and unorganized it was. There were several employees working there, but the shelves were dilapidated. I am not sure what is going on at this location. This was one of the (if not the) worst Target shopping experiences I have ever had.

While checking out my mother (84) and I were chatting. The cashier stopped and said I can’t continue unless you put the bags in the cart. All he had to do was turn around and put the full bags in the cart as we were having a conversation, but he chose to stop and tell us he was done till we loaded the bags in the cart.All this while the cashier beside us had no one, but watched her coworker watch us.

Very limited selection of many items. Empty shelves galore. Wanted to purchase a standard ironing board cover, not one in the entire store. Self-check-out line a mile long while 2 registers with cashiers open. Found a few other items I needed but not worth the hassle.

Staffing has gone downhill. A promotion they advertised did not ring up AGAIN (after I wasted a trip to the store for this specifically). The attendant and a supervisor came over to make numerous excuses instead of just honoring the advertised price. This has happened so many times at Target in the past year or so that I have quit shopping there totally. I remember the old Target that collab’d with designers, had fun, bright and stylish offerings. Now everything is generic, overpriced and their food at this location is ALWAYS expired. This store is terribly managed.

We had a wonderful experience switching cellphone providers. It took a bunch of hoops to jump through, but the young man in electronics named Tyler was a true blessing. He was very patient and pleasant to work with. Tyler made sure everything was taken care of for us before he was finished. He is a true asset to this store. We would give more stars if we could, because of Tyler. Thank you so much! God's blessings on you.

I would give it 5 stars because I love target and how clean the store always is. The only reason is that when it comes time to check out you wait forever and the lines are horrible. If they don’t want cashiers then they definitely need to put in more self checkouts and provide more space for people to stand and wait to check out.

I bought an item intended for use by me out of the US since I dont live in the US.The problem was it didn't work outside the US.I bought the item in december, came back in April and took it back to the US with me. I didn't have the receipt with me but I did have the card I paid with.Apparently because I dont have a US ID they wouldn't give me a refund because they cant identify me, even though I gave them my country ID when they asked me to give them my ID.Super disappointing.

I have had amazing experiences at the Target. The cashiers have been super friendly and the store has been amazingly clean. Every time I order a pick up order through the app it’s been ready within an hour and I LOVE that feature!!

A much better, upscale alternative to the dreaded Walmart! Prices are reasonable & styles are more trendy & youthful...even in the housewares department. The produce/groceries department has great quality & selections...not huge but plenty sufficient to do a week's worth of meal planning if needed. Product selections throughout the store may be somewhat limited but product quality seems superior to that other mega-box store down the street. Also, the cashiers & other staff throughout the store seem to be upbeat, friendly, & willing to go out of their way to help you...another very pleasant difference from that other place.The only time I don't recommend shopping here is just before or during the big holidays & start of the school year. But if you're a family with kids that's pretty impossible to do no matter where you go. 😜🙃🤪

Purchased 2 cases of what I thought was seltzer water. Turns out it was 48 cans of energy drinks. I had thrown away the receipt but they still refunded me for my purchase and clarified the difference between the red card and target credit card.

The ease and convenience of ordering online and picking up at the store strongly affected my choice to purchase at this Target. It is very helpful to do this when I have busy days yet still need items from the store. The website is accurate about which items are available in the store and which items must be ordered. Employees at the pick up counter are efficient and friendly. My order is usually ready before the time period given in the email. Overall good experience. I would recommend the store.

I think Target carries some amazing store brand products. Unfortunately, even though I can't stand the traffic and the management at Walmart, their prices are unbeatable sadly.
