Great to stock up for anything! Staff is always kind and helpful. Close to Interstate & offers Gas for members. Close to restaurants & movie theatre. Tastings are typically throughout the day. Fresh Sushi all day every day. Great Proteins and veggies/fruits. Dairy walk-in cooler. Plenty of self check outs. TV’s at super prices. Close to interstate.

Very nice/helpful employees.. Well stocked shelves even thru a pandemic. Varieties of healthier choices is expanding.. I shop here on a regular having 3 full time grand babies home with me.. Recommend to friends and family all the time..

I love Sam's club, a lot of the employees recognize me and my service dog and come up to my riding scooter and speak to me. They're very helpful. The store is always well stocked and they they have quality produce and meats and just about anything else you want, mostly in bulk of course. Everything is a good value. I highly recommend Sam's club.

In general Sam’s is fairly good. Love their curbside service and auto departure. However, the tall lady with glasses who works in the Cafe is RUDE! She’s always rude and one day she’s gonna catch me in the wrong mood and I’m gonna let her know about it.

I primarily shop at a Sam's Club to purchase a variety of meats to smoke for family gatherings, and today was my first time in this store. My normal Sam's Club adventure at other West Virginia stores is usually a poor selection of pork butts and briskets, but I was pleasantly surprised at this store. Excellent selection of all meats including numerous briskets, pork butts, and ribs.

Only giving 3 stars because normally this store is one of the easier ones to shop in the area. However today was ridiculous, stores are getting busier due to the holiday season so they need to start adapting to a larger amount of people coming in and out of the store. There were not enough staff in attendance for a busy Saturday and I only had 2 items so I thought it would be a quick and easy, in and out trip! After checking out I had to find the back of an extremely long line in order to exit the store!! I understand the significance of scanning the receipt and items before exiting and LP but GET MORE PEOPLE! The line was so long anyone in the back could barely move because people up by the registers were offering people to jump in and cut leaving us in the back waiting FOREVER!! It took a total of 5 mins to get a cart go in and shop but it took 15 minutes to leave after checking out. I do not like feeling trapped and prisoner in a crowded area trying to leave a store AFTER I paid… do better Sams Club today was ridiculous!

We use delivery. Mainly due to health problems. Sam's Club took my payment for delivery and goods and has yet to deliver. Over 24 hrs past the estimated delivery time, we are still waiting.Update: we received the order roughly 30 hrs past estimate.Today, Jan 30,2024 we reviewed our order on time, no issue

Nice store. Everything seemed nicely stocked and clean. really nice employee helped us load up.One issue - - only 2 cash registers open. Sorry Sams Club - I pay for customer service - not to ring myself out after I've spent much money in the store. Not a good philosophy. Wait was really long getting out the door.

Sams is always giving me the things I need at a decent price . They are definitely competitive on their pricing. At times they only feature items for a short while then I get hooked and can't find it again.

It's a SAM'S Club, you know what you're getting and what to expect. The ratings is because I come 2-3 times a month and the door is NEVER open on time. Standing out side in sub-freezing temps with 2 dozen senior citizens... feels bad man.

Shopping was fine, card reader wasn’t working and asked for help to see the problem. Stood there for about 20 mins with my pregnant wife and son. Was told that they don’t know and walked off. After 2 times of the guy saying the same thing we asked for a manager told the manager how rude the person was while he was huffing and puffing at us sarcastically.

My Mother was treated so badly yesterday but the lady at the door. The time was around 12:30. Mother was not aware of the going out the wrong way. The lady at the door started screaming and yelling at her in front of other customers and she was so upset as well as embarrassed. She wasn’t able to see her name tag but she did call the store today and spoke to customer service and was told the matter would be taken care of and I doubt it. My Mother is 84 years old and to be treated in the manner is just ridiculous. I did try to call the store today and ask for a member of management but no one answered. Sams you really need to talk with your employees about the situation.

10/12/23 I came in store to return one online order item. The older csr initiated my return then said it wasn't working and said I had to call the online customer service number to cancel the return so they could try again. I told her I didn't start a return on my phone but she insisted that I did. If I click on return, it asks questions that you have to answer to start a return and I didn't click return or do any of that. This is not the first time they've given me the run around about a return. Then I got a strange email from my bank saying, "your $18.17 Sams Club purchase was declined because you entered the wrong expiration date for card ending in ****. Enter the correct card info. Then you can retry your purchase, if needed." $18.17 is how much I was supposed to get back for my return and I was never asked for the exp date or to show my card. STRANGE. It is a hassle to return purchases to Sam's and I PAY to shop here.While picking up my curbside order, the man who put the big bags of chips in my trunk then on top of them put the huge sourcream and the box of 8 cans of green beans. This is crazy and while I was standing next to him watching him. Last week I ordered 4 cartons of eggs and watched them set a big heavy box on top of the eggs. I resituated everything before I left. A couple weeks before that I got out to look at the order as they put it in my trunk and it was missing half of everything, all the cold stuff, she blamed it on the shoppers and then went inside and quickly brought the ready and waiting cold items out. If I hadn't inspected my order then I would have driven away without half my order and it's 30 minutes from home. A few months ago they smashed my bread. Walmart does a way better job loading pickup orders and they do it for without charging extra. My advice to you: get out and check your order and load your own chips, eggs and bread.5/3/23: The woman who put my curbside order in the trunk smashed my bread by laying it diagonally on the sharp corner of another item that protruded into the bread. Why in the world?! This is not free pickup like Walmart or Kroger but they have NEVER done this.1/12/23: I came in to return something today that I purchased online. First the older lady csr told me that it was already refunded and my curbside order in the same order is canceled, both refunded. I told her no that's impossible. But she insisted. When she finally figured out that my order wasn't refunded or canceled she started the return. She said it will be refunded onto a giftcard. I said no I want it refunded back onto my card. She AND another older csr BOTH tell me that the only way they will refund it is onto a giftcard. I asked for a manager who came and put the refund back on my card.When I was picking up my curbside order the man said "name" and I told him my name. He put my groceries in the trunk and closed the trunk. No hello or goodbye. Very strange.Previous review: Nobody answers the phone. Doesn't matter what department you choose, nobody will answer. Not one

Place is full of items that aren’t well quality controlled. Cases of pop routinely have multiple cans with no carbonation. This has been going on ever since covid. Redbull, 7-up, amd sunkist have all had this problem. I do not get this issue at other stores. It is like they offload the ones they know have duds with no carbonation here.

Great clean store.Really wish I could shop without being hassled about swapping cell carrier. Horrible practice by Sam's Club, pay a membership and have to be reasonably polite to the energetic AT&T salesperson.Hopefully both AT&T and Sam's Club realize this was a bad idea.

My first time with my members plus card and I returned home without half of my items id purchased. The associate place the items in a different shopping cart and failed to acknowledge it. I called back to the store and noone knew anything.

This location allows employees to use the customer loading area for smoke breaks. Loading groceries with two small children while inhaling second hand smoke isn't a great experience.

Horrible customer service. The cashier didn't scan many of the items in my cart only to have them pulled out at door. Customer should not be asked to stand in line twice to fix your useless cashiers mistake. DO BETTER.
