We’ve taken our Pomeranian, Winston, here for both puppy training and grooming services and the staff has always been fantastic!Chelsea and Allison in grooming have both taken amazing care of Winston. His cuts are great, and I know he’s an anxious dog that isn’t always the easiest to handle, so I appreciate their care greatly!Janet is a phenomenal trainer! If it wasn’t for her I don’t think Winston would be nearly as well behaved as he is.Can’t recommend the amazing staff at this Petsmart enough!

Awesome store, especially for a pet lover and owner. They are very friendly and helpful with all your needs. It was very nice to see the full inventory and well organized. You can even take your pets into the store with you shopping, on leash. The staff was very well knowledgeable in everything we had questions about or would help find out. I will definitely recommend it to anyone looking for their pets needs or maybe looking to purchase a new pet. Thanks for the great service and experience.

Looked at cats. They were kept clean and smell free and there was a pretty involved adoption process. We already have a cat and were looking for another to keep it busy. Store was fine and what you'd expect at a pet store

Well staff and bather was really nice, but my Great Pyrenees mix coat was cut even though I scheduled a puppy bath and brush. Only thing supposed to be cut was the sanitary parts and that didn’t even happen. He is shaved on his sides, tail is patchy and so is the top part. I added a luxury add on, I did not get the cologne spritz or the bandana. Will not go back.

I went to get my pup groomed, but was refused. I thought she was out of heat, but the lovely groomer showed me my error. The store is a bit cluttered, but had a good holiday energy.

Grooming salon shoukd be shut down! Do not take your pet here for grooming. They kept my fur baby for 3 hours to do a shave and face trim. She has gaps and burns to her skin all over her little body. I do not know about the merchandise they carry after picking my dog up, I just wanted to get her home.

So many pet products, and as a mall, it's very big. There are a lot of things, there, but it lacks a few things I, as an owner of multiple pets, I need. Like Hamburger Halloween costumes and collars small enough for puppies. But besides that, it's a very good establishment.

Got denied 1 single corycat fish by a worker who obviously doesn’t know what she’s talking about. Told us she wouldn’t sell us one since she knows we are putting it in a tank with a betta.A quick google search on her behalf would show Corycats and betta can live together peacefully as we have also had corycats in the same tank as bettas for the last 5 years with no issue. Anyways, I think she failed to see the many dead fish floating in the tanks but she’s worried about what we do at home. Not to mention how upset she made a 3 year old girl having to leave without the 1 single $3 fish. Pretty pathetic. Didn’t have an issue with the wonderful staff down the road at Petco! Told us it was in fact perfectly fine and received great business. Ole girl took it a little too serious at petsmart.

I dropped my dog off this morning to have her groomed by Susan O. She is absolutely gorgeous and it was hands down the best grooming experience we've had with Petsmart!Highly recommend Petsmart for your grooming needs & I recommend Susan O. even more!!!

I love going here for their sales! Also if you are wanting to know they price match! I get my tortoise bedding there a long with my axolotl supplies. (Well some not all.) But it's a nice place to go look at reptiles and birds. They also have some really cool fish too.

Like all pet stores their prices are outrageous, unless they have a sale. Their a good place to go to get an idea of something you might want or need but you'll almost always find it cheaper on line somewhere else

The grooming department doesn't even deserve one star! They are charging people money for services they are NOT doing. Today I had the most stressful experience in my life with my dog Leo! And the owners of other dogs need to start watching these people. Not dropping off and coming back. The older woman named BJ was very ruff with the little dogs. I think Pet Smart needs to GET SMART and video their employees in work they are being paid for and not doing. The young girl that said she did my dog, gave him a bath and clipped his nails, when i paid for the full service. I confronted her and she said she did it all, which was a lie. My dogs belly was not trimmed or his butt area, the hair between his nails not done. You know we need to wise up fur parents because this is the biggest rip off I have ever encountered....

I’d give NO stars if possible. This is the worst pet grooming business. Our dog, who is 17 weeks old wasn’t groomed at all, just bathed, and trimmed the hair out of her eyes because she “couldn’t settle down.” She is a puppy who has no issues with being brushed or bathed at home. If PetSmart has “professionals,” they should be able to handle a puppy that’s a little rambunctious. She sat there for 4 hours in the kennel and still charged us for a trimming and a bath, when they simply cut the hair out of her eyes. We were very disappointed with the experience and will not be back.
