Stopped by on St Patrick's Day, and they were slammed drive thru and Inside. Service was still friendly & efficient. Ordered an iced coffee with my green donuts, and it was just right. One server was in training, and I was impressed with how helpful the senior clerk was to her, while still maintaining the counter, doing drinks, and filling orders. KudosI

Never been inside this Krispy cream but it's always nice to go by when you see the red sign turn on. That's when you know you can expect fresh. I honestly never had a disappointing donut from this place. Would recommend.Dietary restrictions: If you are diabetic beware intake.Kid-friendliness: Would be a good treat to bring the kids through the drive thru to get a box of donuts to share with the family

The doughnuts were excellent as usual but smaller than last year when I was here. This may be the last time I visit this particular store as the service was prompt but the personality of the servers bordered on RUDE, same as the last 2 years. We have visited on March 9th for the past 3 years to celebrate my wife and great granddaughter's birthday. Not a very nice front line crew.

Quite possibly the best donuts on the planet :-) in here they give you a free Krispy Kreme had to take home and you can also watch them make these fresh donuts right there in front of you this is the best way to get them right off of the rack.

Called this location at 10am to call in an order for 30 doughnuts for my daughter’s school. They didn’t have what I was asking for so the manager offered to make them for me. He said he would put pink icing and sprinkles for the kids, and to pick up at 1pm. I got there a little early and told the guy behind the register what was going on. He had no idea what I was talking about. So he called the manager over. The manager then proceeded to my direction and told me I was lying that he had the phone all day and nobody ever called and asked for anything. I assured him that I did as I proceeded to pull up my call log , show him and read him the phone number that I spoke to for 4 minutes. He was so rude and down right mean to me about it, raised his voice. I decided to not argue and got 30 of the doughnuts from the showcase. The manager then walked away and I called the same number that I called at 10am and their phone rang. The manager picked up the phone and hung up on me. He knew that I had called in the first place but just didn’t make the doughnuts. Which would’ve been fine had he not lied to me and acted like I was the crazy lady. The manager was absolutely so disrespectful and rude and down right mean to me over this that another customer that heard him speaking to me like that felt bad and bought 30 milks for the kids. I’m a homeroom mom and their party is tomorrow. I’m so blessed by this bystander. However these employees at Krispy Kreme are rude , mean , disrespectful and down right lazy. They are supposed to do fundraisers and school events , instead I got the disrespect.

[[Wed.6.Sept.2023]]While wife & i was traveling north thru WV, i had her pull into the Krispy Kreme since it was closing in on 5pm and it was time of day for good IceCoffee.Can never go wrong by going to Krispy Kreme, you can always count on a Great Coffee.Once inside was Greeted with Kindness & Smiles, place was well clean and smelled Great inside (i mean, all Krispy Kremes always smell Great).Ordered me a IceCoffee, which was made Perfectly and tasted Delicious, i sipped on this for wright at a hour and every Sip was terrific tasting.Thank You All!!!!!

Today we bought two dozen Valentine's Day donuts. They are charging 30 cents extra per doughnut. Then refused to give us our doughnuts in the Valentine's box because we selected our own. $37 for two dozen. How tacky! Won't go back The glazed are the best doughnuts in the store. The filled doughnuts are not worth getting. The amount of filling can be placed in a thimble - there cannot be more than a teaspoon of filling! The filled glazed are excellent when available. Best time to visit is when the hot sign is on.

Love some Krispy Kreme, and this place supplies most of the East Coast with their delicious doughnuts! I don't get down to this part of Charleston often, but if I do, I've got to grab a dozen Original Glazed doughnuts. Sure, they have a ton of other doughnut options, but you can't beat the Original Glazed in my opinion. Staff is always friendly and responsive. There is rarely a wait, but I typically go inside rather than wait through the Drive Thru. So do yourself a favor if you're in the area and grab the freshest Krispy Kreme doughnuts you can possibly buy. You won't be disappointed. Look for the Hot Doughnut sign, and if it's lit up, they're cranking out Hot, Fresh Doughnuts!!

I don't buy donuts from Krispy Kreme that often but today I decided to because I had a coupon, if I didn't have the coupon there would be no way on this planet I would've paid $13.49 for those pathetic looking small donuts, these are the smallest and the skinniest donuts that I've ever seen, I would say you have to be out of your flippin mind to pay the regular price for these donuts, when I got to my vehicle I had to open the box because I was pretty sure there was no way there was 12 donuts in that box, but there was 12 measly pathetic little donuts in there, never again.

donuts are donuts and people are people but there is one staff member that is absolutely ridiculous and disrespectful to not only myself, but damn near everyone i bring there. i keep going, to give that person the benefit of the doubt, as i know we all have our bad days, but this person is just a mean person and a terrible employee when it comes to handling customers.also my coffee was absolutely disgusting i just about ruined my car spitting it out, in shock.

We stopped by yesterday for the free graduation donuts. That was nice of the company to offer something to the kids graduating, we went through the drive thru and asked about it, the young man was very polite, explained she just needed to provide some proof that she was graduating, we pulled around showed her cap and a senior picture. Again very polite, handed her her donuts in a nice box that said 2023 GRAD! and congratulated her. They gained a new customer yesterday. Thank you Krispy Kreme!

Well, I had been wanting to cream filled Krispy Kreme Donut for a while. So Friday 3-24-2024 we drove 1 1/2 hours to get a donut. Couldn't wait to bite into the donut. What no cream, we must have gotten glazed by mistake. Then in the last bite some cream. 3 hour drive for glazed donuts with one bite of cream. Won't do that again. Was so disappointed.

The doughnuts were dry and filling wasn't good. Walked past the widow where you can watch the doughnuts being made and the room was nasty, the machine was nasty, people standing around in the back supposed to be making them had no masks, hair covers, they were leaning over top of the doughnuts and their clothes were touching the food. Only 2 people working the front despite 4 or 5 in the other part not working. Didn't seem to be any management at all in the store and no one telling them what to do. For the price I expected better but they have jacked up prices and sorry they just aren't worth another visit.
