Needed an atomizer, battery and wicks. The owner was servicing me. She rang up my purchase (~$40) and I attempted to put it together.Turns out I was sold the wrong things. It was an honest mistake and we were both confused!She called for help, figured out the problem and made me whole. She didn't charge me an additional amount for this either, even though the alternative product was more expensive.That is incredibly fantastic customer service!

Amazing place! Great location! Always is a great time when you go to Hazy Hollow Vapors. They have always had a very wide selection of flavors, devices, tanks, coils or anything that you might need even if all you need is advise. If there was such a thing as paradise for the vaping community, Hazy Hollow would be it!

I went to this store today and was very disappointed...the selection was very small and things were slightly over priced..the guy working was really stand offish also, not helpful at all. I was under the impression that when hazy hollow moved locations it was an upgrade and I stated that to the workers. this was not the case..completely down graded. I will never shop at hazy hollow again..the advertised pictures are from their old store..it was awesome..the last pic on the top right is the store now..not cool.

I’ve been shopping at Hazy since 2016 and it’s places like this that can show you just how great small businesses are. For over 5 and half years they’ve put up with me with patience and a great attitude and have always went above and beyond to make sure I’m satisfied. If you’re getting your vaping supplies anywhere else do yourself a favor and start going to Hazy. They’re just the best. Check em out.

I live in South Carolina but while in to visit family, my son took me to this place. Its the BEST vape place I have ever been to. I'll definitely go back, my son shops there alot also. Wish we had one just like this in SC. Very friendly, knowledgeable

#1 vape shop in the valley. Get your life changing cbd products here as well. If ur in the area, don't bother going to any other vape shop, ur not missing anything. Thia shop has good honest owners, the res in the valley are highly questionable characters.

From the day it opened, hazy hollow has been an excellent store front, and has become a strong advocate for the vaping community. They cater to all levels of the vaping community from advanced setups to beginner kits.They are one of the few shops that also carries higher mg eliquids. Most shops only carry 0, 3, and 6mg liquids. Hazy hollow also carries a couple lines with 12mg and some a little higher which is great for beginners that may need a high mg content, or for those that just need a stronger liquid. Highly reccomend them!
